Came to PanIQ for the first time with some friends and completed 2 rooms, Kidnapped and Wild West. The rooms were both a lot of fun and very unique! Gabe was our game master for both rooms and he was great. Ill definitely be back to play Aliens sometime soon!

Awesome experience, we did the kidnapping room and accomplished it in 56 minutes. Just when we thought we were done we had more clues. It was a great experience.

AWESOME! My friends and I had the best experience with PanIQ escape rooms. We had done one prior in Utah; I, myself, have done 2 others in the Phoenix Valley. By far the best one I have done. The staff was very friendly and genuine. It made us more excited about our adventure! We had booked the Wild West room and escaped. It was a VERY cool room and we loved it. In fact, we had so much fun, we decided to do ANOTHER room. We decided to do the Kidnapped room and escaped that one as well. It was a blast and we WILL be back to finish off with the Alien room! Thank you so much, we had a fantastic time.

Lots of team-building fun! Went with my coworkers after work. We had a great time in the hostage/rescuers rooms. It was the first escape room experience for several of us.

The outside of the building was a bit of a turn off as it looked a bit run down but my kids and I (ages 12, 25, 23) had a blast! The props and clues were pretty awesome and the workers there were very patient with us as we kept calling them on the walkie talkie for clues, like constantly! We failed the escape but the worker there still offered us a walk through of the remaining clues instead of dismissing us as soon as our time ran out. We will absolutely be visiting this place again!

This was a brilliant escape room! We did Wild West and enjoyed it so much we returned and did the Alien room as well! We were a family with kids 11 & 14 and there were bits that were suitable for all of us. The guy running the room (Josh) was really helpful and enthusiastic, gave us lots of advice. We managed to book at quite short notice too. Will do the 3rd room next time we’re in the area.

Lots of fun. We did the easy room. Me my wife and 2 ten year olds. We asked 3 clues and made it out with 10 minutes to spare.Lots of fun. We will go again.

Like many others, my friends and I tried out the Wild West escape room here and had a great time. Most of the puzzles were intricately designed and well thought out. Some solutions were really cool to work out and the atmosphere was always buzzing up to when we successfully escaped!That said, some reworking could make this place better. Other escape rooms have given my team a notepad and flashlight, which this location could really benefit with as we always needed to write a clue and some rooms were not lit well enough to see important details. Also, the ending was anticlimactic as were we quickly congratulated and sent on our way. Other locations take time for surveys and/or commemorative group pictures.Overall, good escape room for a night out with friends. Keep an eye out on Groupon for great deals!

Great experience! I love the setup since it was spacious & the rooms were difficult but just enough of a challenge to keep everyone involved & interested.

Experience was extremely fun, and had a great atmosphere! Been to a previous escape room that was not as interesting as this one. Gabe was very friendly, patient, and helpful in answering all questions. The escape room is well worth it!

My friends and I found this escape room for the Wild West room on Groupon and decided to try it out for my birthday. We had SO much fun. The few hints we needed did not at all take away from the game. It was complex enough that all 4 of us had to be involved, but not frustratingly so. We escaped the room with 9 minutes to spare! We plan to go again!

Had a great time! Bought the Groupon, scheduled online. NO, the phone number does NOT work. They are based in Russia. I dont recommend giving them your CC# or your real e-mail address. Still, it was a great time and weve gone (successfully) through every escape. The Kidnapped room was by far the hardest.

1 adult 2 teens escaped with 11 minutes left. It was insane! We loved it and it was for my son’s birthday. We did the Wild West which has 3 rooms you have to escape from! LOVED IT and will be going back for the other 2 rooms!

Outside of the surrounding neighborhood, the escape room itself was fun. My kids, 15 & 12 enjoyed it for sure. It was a true team effort. Staff was friendly and the room we did had some wear and tear but nothing gave away any clues. Will do the other rooms they offer for sure.

Super fun! The guy who set us up was super nice and helpful. We did the Aliens room and it was a blast. Rooms are challenging but the solutions actually make sense.

Went tonight and it was a lot of fun. We did the Western themed room and crushed it with only one clue. Just a heads up, if you arrive too early, the gate to the parking lot might be locked. They show up to unlock it 15 minutes before youre supposed to arrive.

We had a group of 5 of us who did two of the rooms - Aliens and Wild Wild West. Both rooms were well done. Weve done a game there previously and will be going back to do more.

Love it, fun fun fun. Cant 2ait til my college aged son comes to visit. Hes gonna love it.

My friends and I have absolutely fallen in love with doing escape rooms this past year. This room set up has heightened that love even more! The rooms are dynamic and require superb problem solving while requiring some physical skill as well. The staff was excited to set up the rooms for us. Overall an excellent experience here! With the staff being energetic, and the rooms being challenging and unique, we had a great time. Highly recommend!

We went and did the Wild West room and had a great time! The production value on the room was top notch, and the puzzles were outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed with the construction of both the set and the games. Great mix of puzzles without being overly reliant on combination locks. Cant wait to go back and do their other rooms!

We had a fantastic time, the Wild West room was well-designed and our family of 4 got out with only 1 minute to spare!

It was first time for me and my family. We had a lot of fun and kids felt good after getting us out.

Place is very unkept. The rooms are super dirty and filthy with literal piles of dust everywhere in the room. Rooms are very worn out as well and have seen some better days. The rooms are very outdated and one of the more boring rooms in the Phoenix area. It was also super hot inside the Wild West room. They opened this place in 2015 and havent cleaned it or updated it since then.

Accomplished the hardest room with 5 minutes to spare. It was my first escape room and I had so much fun. Will be trying to go again.

First time was cool but someone forgot to put one of the props back in the room so we were stuck for a bit... but deff made up for it the second time... great family fun and gives you a good mental exercise!! Recomend to all!!

Bought a Groupon and booked online for a session with my family. When we arrived the place was locked up and no one was there. Tried calling, and wasnt able to get anyone on the phone. Very disappointing as we are on a family vacation and everyone was looking forward to this.

Weve tried 2 of the 3 rooms here and have enjoyed both immensely. PanIQ tends to do a really great mix of dexterity puzzles and paper puzzles so its a nice blend for teams that like using their hands and their brains.

This place is very fun. We did the medium room. Which is the easiest. So if you want to be challenged choose the other one. The Alien room was cool with a xfiles feel. I would recommend doing this with a group and making a reservation.

I go to a lot of escape rooms and this is definitely in my top three favorite of all time. The rooms are intricate, fun, aesthetically pleasing, and this is one of the cheapest escape experiences out there!I’ve done all three rooms they have and I’m actually doing the Wild West room again!This most recent time I went there, I had to reschedule our game FOUR times and Jacob was extremely helpful in moving the time to dates that would work for us.I’ve had nothing but all-around great experiences with PanIQ room and would highly recommend it to anyone.~Caleb

The room was great. The game master, not so much. When we entered, it seemed they were more into playing their computer game, than actually helping us. Wasnt paying attention to us in the room, told us not to touch something that we needed to move, and the final mechanism in the room was faulty. Sad to say wont be returning

Slightly sketchy to drive up to a gated cement square of a building but don’t let that deter you! Lots of levels and really intricate escape rooms with helpful staff that point you in the right direction but still let you figure it out!

We escaped the sheriffs custody robbed the bank and headed for Mexico. Lots of fun....

My sisters and I did the Alien room and it was awesome. Great family outing.

First time at the PaniQ escape room and we all had a blast. We all did the WILD WEST room and it was a challenge but we made it out within the hour just in the nick of time... make sure you take people that love to have fun. We will definitely return for another to try another room equally challenging.

Found a groupon for my daughters 12th bday to PanIQ Room and they had a blast escaping the Wild West Room. Jacob the supervisor was an accommodating host, very helpful and respectful. We will definitely return to try the Kidnapped Room! Thank you for making my daughters day a huge success.

We did the alien room and had a blast. The clues were fun and the obstacles challenging. We gave four out of five stars due to the fact the employee that set us up forgot to reset properly which caused us to miss a couple steps. All in all a great time and we would like to go again.

Great escape rooms if your into them youll love them

Wild West room was fun and challenging! Best thing about PanIQ Escape rooms is your experience is with your private party. Its way more fun to try and escape with your friends and family, than it would be with strangers. I would definitely go back and try other escape rooms!

Ive tried the kidnapped and aliens room and both were great. Dont let the front lobby fool you. It looks low budget but the rooms are great. I love how each room actually contains multiple rooms that you have to get through. It makes the experience much more fun since you never know how many rooms you need to get through to escape. Very addictive!

Great experience. I can’t wait to go back. We had 6 people and the puzzles were all challenging and fun.

We did the western room with four of us. Would be crowded with more. Had to get a hint to complete each of the four rooms to complete the escape. Interesting and challenging, was fun.

This place was so much fun! We brought our entire family here for a fun challenge! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We did two rooms and they were both a blast! We liked the first one so much, we did another one right after! If you havent been, you should go! :)

The facilities werent the best. The puzzles were kind of easy and the rooms were kind of small. I think this place sound be great for a beginner with a smallish group.

Very fair priced and entertaining. The location isnt amazing, but the room was so fun! It took a lot of us to get through it, but we finally did it with 7 minutes to spare. Great way to spend with family or friends!

Great escape room! We did the aliens one and my only complaint was the airflow of the AC wasnt the greatest at first. It certainly cooled down as things heated up though!

Wonderful employees, and the best escape room Ive done so far.The room we went to required some climbing/physical excursion so its probably best to ask if the room will be accessible before booking.

Pretty good.If this is your first exposure to an escape rooms they arent all run like this one. Youll still have a good time and enjoy yourself, but their are others with a greater attention to detail.The rooms were fun and offered a fair challenge. This is just outside of Downtown Phoenixs high rise area, so the area is a bit rough around the edges.

My son decided to take a few of his best friends to an escape room and we couldnt be more pleased with our experience. Bought a Groupon and then called to clarify a couple of things and everything was good to go. Will recommend them and hopefully be back for another challenge.

We did the Kidnapping room which as they said the harderst room they have. It was a lot of fun and the layout was designed perfectly. We had a blast! We got stuck on the final clue right before time ran out. We will come back to do the other rooms for sure.

This was our first escape room and we went to check it out. We were so impressed with the host, with the introduction we received, and with the room itself. They offer clues but not so many that the room was too easy. Even though we didnt escape from the room, we had a blast! I would recommend PaniQ Escape Room to anyone interested in an escape room game. Highly recommended!

Took my wife and her family here for her birthday. We did the Kidnapped room, and Ive never seen her family so excited and having that much fun! We had a blast and escaped in 30:00. Beat our score if you can.

This was our first time doing and escape room. We were totally enthralled. Enjoyed it sooo much and we will definitely do it again!

Had an absolute great time playing the Alien room. This wasnt my first time doing an escape room and the level of detail put into the room was amazing there were definitely features I hadnt seen before. It certainly wasnt just thrown together. Definitely excited to try out the other rooms.The hostesses was fantastic and prepd us before the game to let us know basic need-to-knows. The place was clean and super easy to find since its just off the 17.

Absolutely Outstanding in every way. This is a must for a team building exercise as well as for personal and family relations. Clean facility, courteous staff and a totally involving and fun experience. No matter which of the three rooms you try first, you will want to experience the remaining two rooms. Engage and enjoy!!

We all had a good time. Everybody had something to contribute to the puzzles. The puzzles were mildly difficult. If we had 5 more minutes, we would have done it.

Tried out one of those escape room puzzles a while back with 3 other friends and it was awesome. They have an alien room, western room, and kidnapped room. Basically, you have to search around the room and find clues that help you to find keys or codes to open locks. It was very entertaining watching everyone poke around the room, getting stuck for a little while, and then finding a clue that got everyone else excited. Sometimes we also split up and solved different clues at the same time. They give you about an hour to solve the puzzle as well as a walkie talkie to ask them for hints if you are getting stuck. Word to the wise, if you are taking longer than 10 minutes to figure out a clue, just ask for a hint. Second hint, if you think you should try something... just try it. Often times it is what you are supposed to do.It is well worth the money and time. You will have a blast.

Had a unexpectedly fun time. Wish we could have played longer . Like a fun ride at an amusement park, you just want to get back in line to get on again.

First time doing a panic room. We went with a group of 6 friends. At first I wasnt sure how I felt about being locked in a room for an hour, but it was a lot of fun working together to escape with only our own ingenuity. The time seem to pass quickly as we were racing the against the clock to solve the series of puzzles that would enable us to escape. I thought it was great! Especially with friends. Would be fun to do with a group of friends, family or team building for work. Grab a coupon and go check it out. Now I want to try all the rooms!

We went with a group of four people to escape from the old west! It was really fun and we only wish we had more time to complete the escape. I think an extra 30 minutes would have helped finish the task. Id like to come back and try the other rooms!

We scheduled an appointment at 8:30 and got to the place at 8:15, just like the email said!! We get there and the gate is locked off and no one is there to help us. We wait til 9 pm and still no ones shows! Super sad since we won’t be coming back and we loved it before:(((

By far the most boring escape room I have done. I want to emphasize “boring”. The place was well kept, it looked good, and the staff was nice. That wasn’t the issue. The puzzles were just really boring. It didn’t feel creative, it felt more like we were just standing around alot. The final puzzle had great potential but was poorly made.

Had the best time but did not escape.Got stumped and had to be saved. Great fun though. Very positive staff.
