I visited this playroom with my daughter as my friends recommend this place to me. As I went there, I observed that everything was so clean and organized. Its really the best place for my daughter. Everything that she sees inside the playroom was all safe. I really loved this place. Lots of fun! Highly recommended to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
What a wonderful place for little kids!! My 4 and 2 year olds loved it here. They could do most of the rides and those were just right for their ages. The employees were all kind, and the bumper boats guys especially did a great job helping my kids have a great time. I wish we lived close so we could come back again and again!
This place is really cool for children. It was clean, spacious, and lots of nice toys. I brought my son in this wonderful and safe playroom to play and socialized and he has a great time. I was also very happy seeing my son enjoying playing. This is perfect for kids to explore real-world work in a fun learning environment. Highly recommended!
This place is a gem hidden in a beautiful park. Highly suggested for children 10 and under. The cost is very affordable, and the fun is priceless. The addition of the rock wall was great for my 8 and 12 year old children. My five-year-old loved riding roller coasters for the first time. Go during the day during the week for great fun with little crowds. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Our family loved the classic rides and games.
The unlimited wristband is worth it if your kids like to go on and on and on...Parents do not buy a wristband i did and made it worth it but if your kids can get on alone then just a wristband for your kids will be fun. Its not that big but my kids had fun, we spent close to 2 hours. Will definitely come back again, friendly employees.
Ive been visiting this park for 60 yrs and 3 generations. If you have younger children its a fantastic place to take them. You can picnic at the park and do the rides. Great place for family gatherings especially bdays. I feel its slightly overpriced but the park staff are awesome.
My four year old and I just spent a full day here on Saturday and well be back soon. He couldnt get enough of the Alice in Wonderland rabbit tunnel, the Dragon Slide, the new Fairy Tunnel or using his $2 Magic Key to play the story boxes. He also had a great time climbing on a range of things including the Clock Tower, Peter Pan Pirate Ship and the like.
I think this is a cute place at the park but its ideally for smaller kids maybe 5yo and under.
Tried to take my son today. Sign says they are closed until September 19, 2020My 3 year old loves this place and my now 17 year old loved it when she was his age too. Fun place for kids.
They do need to repaint the rides it would make them look a lot better
Excellent, they are disenfecting games after every use. Very clean
Went here for my little cousins birthday party and its a great place for kids. A little on the expensive side but very fun. Took my son whos almost 2 with us and hes a little small for rides but he loved the carousel and the train that goes around the park. Would totally recommend this place to anybody with kids that are 3-10 years old. 10/10 Great place
Pleasantly surprised, beautiful park, and Enchanted Island was great, very clean, the staff was friendly, nice assortment of rides for young kids and a Wonderful train ride. A single ticket is $1.25, the train is 5 tickets, which is the most expensive ride. Every other ride is the same or cheaper. Paddle boat rentals are $16 for 2 people and $4 for the rental fee for the boat, so $20 for a 2 person boat ride. There is a 3-4 person paddle boat that is $26.I was surprised by how great this small amusement park inside of a park was, I highly recommend it.
Very cute place! My first grader and fourth grader approved! The staff is very friendly and social distancing is practiced
Definitely on the older side but my 2 year old didnt care lol..
A nice option for families with kids if youre looking for child-friendly activities. One of the minor attractions here is the kids area, which includes an interactive indoor playground and entertainment area for young children. Check out their page, which describes the various forms of children entertainment available.
I went here as a kid. I am now 33 and completely forgot about this Gem! Took my kids for the 1st time and they loved it! Will def be returning! They have super affordable birthday packages! Cant wait to return!
I love the Enchanted Island Amusement Park at Encanto Park in Phoenix. I have been visiting this park since I was a baby, had my 5th birthday here, brought my children and my whole daycare. Its a perfect place for the little ones and I think it is VERY affordable! Everyone in AZ should visit!
Great amusement park for kidsIve taken my 1 and 3 year old there and my 3 year old can do all the rides. Weve gone in the spring and fall then the weather is nicer. There is never any line to do any of the rides.
I absolutely love this place and have nothing negative to say about it. Been coming here for the last 17 years and its just so great for younger kids! They have a few rides for the older kids like the train and a rock climbing wall. Great way to spend an afternoon.
Absolutely. Amazing place to have some Family time took my kiddos here on Saturday as a last minute plan and ended up purchasing a year membership. We go at least twice a month. Just left their winter wonderland with enough cheer for my fill and more. The staff are always do friendly and helpful. The ride attendants make the fun because they are so over the top with their enthusiasm.
My grandkids love this place! We get them season passes and go almost once a week.
Very well kept park. Pricey but fun. The rides are great for small children.
Could be better but good place for family with kids to unwind
Nice fun place. Good for kids. Loved the train ride through part of the park!
They cleaned the rides after each ride beautiful
Definitely a great spot for the younger kids ages 3 to 8. It is like a permanent carnival or small fair. Staff was friendly and the area was well kept. Food and refreshments is as expected. This place is part of a larger city park, so picnics and outdoor play is definitely an option.
This place is so much fun for young kids! Most amusement parks cater to older kids and this place is the opposite. My son loves it and the train that takes you around the park.
This is a great place for small children to go on rides and play carnival style games. It is aimed towards kids 3 to 10. Several rides like the carousel and train are adult friendly. There are snack bars and vending machines as well as snow cone stands. There are many designated areas for birthday parties. We had a great time with my grand daughter and her parents. Wrist bands we $21.50 for unlimited rides. A book of 10 ride tickets was $40.00. Its easy to do the math which is the better deal. Staff and ride operators were friendly and very patient with children.
It was our first time there and we had a blast! Our 2 year old even got to go on some rides! Definitely going back. Its a beautiful sight at night
Its insane to me that they legit try to charge $25 in an armband. You go to just any public park in Scottsdale and is covered. You go to Encanto and it directs sun right on top of you no shade anywhere. They seriously need to add a canopy cover and the place will be so much more enjoyable. It is not safe to be in the direct sun. A couple large canopies in the place of would be set
This was actually very cute and pretty much exactly what is advertised and what I expected. They have a few good kid rides and its not too costly. The snack stand makes good jumbo pretzels with that hot, melty cheese. Kids of all ages can find a ride or a few to go on. I enjoyed it with my one year old and she had fun running around.
I had a great time with my 3 yrs old daughter. She had fun. Road her first roller coaster! Carousel!! She loved the splash pad! I will go again!
Best suited for younger children, around 4-7 yrs old. My 11 year old niece couldn’t ride most of the attractions because she was too tall, and my 8 year old nephew was only semi-entertained. The pedal boats were fun, and it was a nice enough spot to pass a couple of hours.
Fun place for kids to play. Most of the rides my 2 year old wasnt tall enough to ride and then some my 10 year old niece was too tall for. Lots of people, but not too long of waits. Price is fair. Needs some updating, clean though.
Very fun family day, all ages location@
Not every ride was open for the kids. Also the water boat ride is gone. It was now a splash pad
Good experience. It seems a little overpriced, but was worth going to with a Pogo pass. Great for younger kids. They had a blast!
Perfect for kids between 3 and 8. Any younger or older than that and they cant do all the rides. They had some fun rides and my kids got to ride them over and over because there was no one there. Most of the staff were friendly. Some were less than thrilled.
Its okay... children around 2-8 will enjoy themselves but sadly the surrounding park Encanto is full of homeless people. I lived across the street until my fiance passed away last mothers day. My late fiance was verbally assaulted and threatened by a homeless man. His language around our children was not something you should have to hear when simply walking by. Sorry she didnt have change.. Glad I didnt hear it. But I have seen homeless using it for alcohol use, drug use, and sleep. The park is nice other then that.
Great for kids under 6 they can get on all the rides and the price is not bad either under 20 for unlimited rides
This place is a dream for small children ages 2/3-5/6 years old. Rides are appropriate and surrounding area is quaint. Recommend you bring your own snacks and drinks. Buying tickets is very pricey so check and see when they have bracelet deals. We lived in the neighborhood and bought discounted memberships; definitely worth it. Also, dog friendly, and made for a great afternoon and or evening out in the neighborhood.
Went here with my son for our weekly outing because he wanted to jump flips. He flips anywhere he can and since the trampoline parks are closed, we went to a park. This park is just a few blocks from the house. It wasnt too crowded. In fact, there werent too many people there at all.
I only came here for a company get together for my bf but it was really nice. U enjoyed the water and paddle boat rides. The beautiful scenery. Obviously Im too big for the games and rides but if you have kids they would love it and you will too
This is a great place to bring your little ones. They have fair style rides and souvenirs they can take home also there are snack stands available. Sometimes they have special events such as festivals or special engagements. They place also does birthday party rentals.
Fun for everyone!
A hidden golden treasure. Didnt know that this place existed until we had the company picnic there. The kids loved all the rides. The train was fun. Beautiful time on the paddle boats feeding the ducks at sunset. Great place for a day of family fun.
Birthday party for my grandson was awesome!!!
Very disappointed the way we were treated my son was crying and screaming so we were told that he can not ride the ride so we were ok with it until another family had a screaming toddler and they let them continue the ride. Also the my son had wanted to go on the dragon ride and a member had told us it was close, then another family had showed up and he opened it up for them felt like were treated unfairly would not ever go back to this place I understand the rules for kids but it was unjustified the way the staff treated my family and I.felt like my family were being judged by the color of our skin because our son wasnt supposed to ride the rides due to crying and screaming but another toddler did the exact same thing and nothing was told to them.
While our kids get to enjoy the rides my hubby and I get to enjoy root beer floats and seeing all the families having birthday parties around us. The staff is always friendly and nice. Very Respectful and helpful.
This is a great park. my 2 year old loved it. its just a bunch of rides for little kids, 30-54. great idea for a park, surprised there arent more like this, for that I give 10/10.takes about 2 hours to do everything, but the kids will probably want to ride everything twice or more so you might be here longer. fun!!!
Amenities to have a great relaxation day with family, easy access from anywhere in Phoenix.
The amusement park is great but if you have a birthday party here your pretty much on your own, they allow outside food which was great but they are slow to help you empty the trash and it was never clear what their role was during your party! Kids did have a great time
Nice place to spend time with family. I would say for kids up to 10 years old my older kids couldnt do anything other then the wall but the little kids had a blast. Only thing i did not like was the bathroom. Spiders all over in the stalls very creepy. But all in all nice park .
One of the drivers was texting and driving . I saw this unsafe act and decided to go around them. They then proceeded to hawk their horn and cut me off in a very dangerous manner. If these are the kind of people that are working around children and the public Im appalled. My young daughter was in the car and we could have been hurt . Not to mention the 2 men in the car stared and laughed as they cut us off and drove away
Theyre open they are practicing social distancing its very safe and a good place to go! Its a bit hot outside but its worth it after weve all been trapped in our houses
Beautiful place to see and be can feed ducks geese and swans.
We found it a little difficult to find the correct entrance, turn left at the corner once you hit Encanto Park. It is on the left. We were there on Friday and there was a special $10 for unlimited rides. Our daughter spent 3 hours there and still had not had enough. The rides are safe and height and suitable clothes are strictly adhere to. A great day out for her and us watching. Parents need to accompany children on a few rides. Loved the model train ride around the island. A very pretty and relaxing spot.
So fun!!! On fridays its 10 dollar unlimited rides
My kids love it here. Both my 7 year old and 2 year old love going on the little boat ride the best. I struggle to get them off of it. I love that you just pay for the tickets to go on the rides they want to go on. The train takes you all around and it is fun for all of us. The employees are always friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. We go as often as we can because it is so much fun for the whole family.
Kids had a great time
Good place for kids, the little train, water plaza and fort fight. the ticket deserves the money if you can get coupon. food is ok with reasonable price. will come again.
Lots of.fun for the grandkids.
We spent a Saturday afternoon here and it was so pleasant! The weather was next to perfect, so much shaded seating and they have a snack bar as well. it also was not crowded although there were a few Birthday parties taking place !! Encanto park is just nice and a definite fall or spring bucket list you have to bring the family to atleast feed the ducks!!
Great place for company picnic.. for kids, there are some good rides.. train, boat rides are good
Ive only been to Encanto Park when i was a little girl but never went to Enchanted Island . I went with my cousin and her family and had a good time watching her little kids enjoying the rides
I wouldve given it a higher rating but after we were rudely told that we couldnt have a party there without a reservation and asked too leave, 3 stars is generous.
For a child this place is magical with train n kiddy rides. Good place for a picnic and you call also feed the ducks.
Beautiful park, I have been going there since I was little, I have so many great memories as a child and now as a mom. I have a toddler that loves to come here and she really knows how to enjoy every second in there. One of the ladies that works there loves my daughter because she likes to put her hands high while flying on one ride. I took my first pictures here on my first mothers day, when it was her 2nd birthday and many more, I really recommend this park
I think its a fun place to be for a birthday party. There is a lot of scope for improvement yet they keep doing what they have been doing in that park. Have not seen them adding anything new in few years.
I took my kids there and now I take my grandkids. Hope ur around for their kids too thanks.
Our family enjoyed the time spent here. The train ride is a blast and everyone enjoyed it. Wonderful park with a lake and paddle boats available for rental. Very happy while visiting got to take some really nice photos.
We took our 4 year old Granddaughter there. She had an amazing time. We used to take our kids there when they were little and I went there when I was a kid as well. Great fun at a still reasonable price.
We did a birthday party for the first and it was amazing for relaxing kids had lots of fun and everyone enjoyed themselves! Staff very helpful and super friendly!
My daughter is 3 and loves this place. We go there regularly. She isnt very big for her age, but can ride most everything she wants. I could see bigger kids getting bored here. Bonus is they have a splash pad.
I loved this place! I had my daughters 2nd birthday here. I decided to book this place based off pictures I had never been, but loved it. The costumer service I received from Stephanie over emails was amazing! They were very prompt in answering back and always had an answer for my questions( and I had a lot since I had not been there) most rides are for like 9 under I would say they base of height. And they’re not too scary! The kids LOVED the splash pad, and our party host was great! I would definitely say though if you’re thinking of having a birthday party here in the summer definitely go for the 7:30 slot! The heat was a killer for us, we had it at 5:30pm.
I been taking my sons there on special occasions and on special days its a traditional to my boys I been just to ride my 6 month old son and now I take both boys to spend quality time. Its a good decent price on everything even at snack bar to enjoy. I recommend it to anyone with toddlers .Mine love the .
My kids love this place we bewn coming since my LO was 6 months ride the Train so now that hes 4 he can ride more rides. My 2 year old loves this & it will be a tradition to my kids. Very affordable and i love their specials! Come have some fun with your kids!
This is the perfect place for company parties and awesome family days!! They have everything you need to make your day special!! Ask about getting a Frozen Margarita Machine from Mr Margarita Phoenix for your corporate events!!
Grandchildren had lots of fun
Worst cusomter service!!! they tell you one thing and switch it up at the end! This was suppose to be our very first family experience here and it already went down the drain! To the point where even the supervisor got on the phone and tried to be argumentive vs being helpful! I will NEVER do business here again!!! Its people like her that put a bad name to the park!
Not many things to do for older kids 10+ but still very fun to just walk around and do crafts
Great service, fun rides, good food, paddleboats are a good way to relax after all of your activities, plenty for adults and children alike
My daughter had a blast at this place! Unfortunately, she was 2 inches too short for some of the rides, but was able to ride equivalent rides at SeaWorld a year prior. There is only 1 ride that I could ride with her, and the train. The water park area could be much better. It was weak dripping and would be better if the area was a small wading pool. But shes 2 and had a blast. We will be back often!
I have faint memories of coming here as a child, and boy did it bring me back! We came here for my daughters birthday party and even though it was 111° outside we had an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, the shaded area where we had the party was clean and even had our own private play area for the kids. Above all they fixed a mistake that I misunderstood and that shows what kind of business they are. Thank you so much!
Family friendly affordable
Nice hidden treasure of a park in Phoenix thats perfect for kids. Train Rides, Splash Pad, Rock Climbing Wall, and other carnival-type rides. Its perfect for birthday parties and other celebrations. The park grounds alone are lush green and beautiful and there is a good bit of shade during the summer months.
20 dollars for a 30 min boat ride is insanely high cost at least make it for 2 hrs seems fair for 20dollars not 30 mins. You would have to have a motor to go around the park in 30 mins not enough time for an expensive boat ride
Lots of fun,we went paddle hiding boating
Rude staff. Dont post no outside food allowed on the park rules, then are rude as help when you try to feed your toddler. The rides are good for toddlers/young kids, but if you want to stay in business learn what basic courtesy and hospitality are.
Nice place to have fun and relax if you like walk or just seated at the grass
I have great childhood memories at this park. Loved the paddle boat ride. My youngest son is 2 and Im looking forward to sharing this fun experience with him soon!!
What a fun place for kids. There are really no adult rides here so you should know that before going with teens or thrill seeking big kids. We were driving passed on our way home from somewhere else and decided to check out the park, which is beautiful and fun even without the Amusement Park part. The rides are all very clean and seem to be taken good care of. The operators were all pretty kid friendly (minus one guy). The all day wrist bands were so affordable ($22) but the parents do need tickets or bands to go on with kids. The food prices are really high, just like youd expect. We left and got fast food and then came back. Lots of places to eat within a mile or so. We got the kids shaved ice which was actually reasonably priced. Way too hot in the summer monthsto go here but early March was perfect.
Mostly for small children..the older ones get a little piece of history...what fun..
The owners need to teach staff some basic math. The staff charged 21 tickets for 4 persons party with expected price 5 tickets per person.
My 4 yeAr old boy had his birthday party here...he loved it..
I love this place, but more importantly, my kids love this place. Mini amusement park for smaller kids and playground, lake for older kids.
I take my Babygirl every year for Easter & on occasions, when they have good discounts for single parents less fortunate. Perfect experience for her because most rides are appreciate for her. & prices are decent for the food & snacks.
My girlfriend and I enjoy taking our baby girl, shes 3 and has a blast on all the rides, she especially loves the train. I love the discount days for wristband and tickets. Highly recommend it if you have little ones. Good way to get them used to Rollercoaster at a young age.
