Talk about what kind of things we should be doing with our families to get out of the house. This is the third time we have attended the escape rooms with my entire family. Each time we have gone everyone has been incredibly professional and courteous. The game masters find a perfect balance between letting our group figure out the puzzles but at the same time they are very supportive and are available for assistance. The rooms are spectacular. We started off with the wicked witches castle, we did runestones, and now we finished the mad hatter. So many details and so much is put into the rooms to ensure that we have a fantastic experience. We found it so satisfying and we can’t wait to come back and do the next one. Everyone has been vigilant about wearing masks and demonstrating the safety of the organization. I encourage everyone if you want to do some type of great family event or an icebreaker at work, definitely do the Eludesions Escape rooms. It’s important that we also support our local small businesses especially when they are run and owned by veteran heroes who Work hard at keeping us all safe. Two thumbs up. Thanks again!

We went in a group of 6 and did the mad hatter room. It was fun very engaging. We got it as a Christmas gift, check groupon. Come early. I think most people have issues if you don’t plan ahead we did a 4:45 time slot on a Saturday night and it wasn’t busy.

Phenomenal. Painters Collection is their most mind-blowing room, Mad Hatter is fantastic, Oz is easier but still great. We cant wait for them to put out more rooms.

I have wanted to do an escape room for about 2-3 years now and this one definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved all the puzzles and our game master, Tyler, made it so much more fun with all the little jokes and hints that he gave us throughout and was so nice and super helpful. Especially when our boxes wouldnt open, he immediately stopped our timer and got us spares so we could continue. Amazing game master and amazing room. Will definitely being going back again very soon!

Eludesions is great! They helped me set up an event for my sons 16th birthday party with 7 of his friends. They had a great time and already requesting to do it again! Eludesions is one of the best escape rooms we have done and worth all the good reviews!!

We returned to finish the Mad Hatter. Wed gotten to the 4th room the first time and didnt get far with it. The second time around we still had some challenges in the 2nd and 3rd rooms, and finally managed to finish the 4th room. Then the 5th room! Good luck with that room ;o) What a great experience. Next time well try a new adventure. Mad Hatter solved! OZ solved. Whats next?

One of the best escape rooms in the valley! About to do my third escape room with them. The Alice in Wonderland room is by far my favorite. They have the best puzzles that coordinate with the theme of the room. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. I like knowing that I am always supporting a local business. Plus, the owner is also a veteran! I have been to many other escape room businesses and this is by far one of my favorite places. For the price you cannot beat it!

I love participating in escape rooms! I found Eludesions and was immediately intrigued. I went with my fiancee and participated in one of their rooms. It was unlike anything else I have done. The lights, noises and surprises add a level of difficulty to the experience but also add to the excitement . We participated by ourselves in one of the harder rooms and it was difficult with just us but we made it!The one criticism I have is that there was one clue in the room that was wrong. The only way to get out was to have help from the game manager. I made him aware of the mistake and he agreed that it was wrong.The staff was courteous and the space is very clean. I would definitely recommend!

This was our very first escape room experience. After some online research I decided to book a game room with this company and let me tell you it did not disappoint at all. They have five stars for a reason! The rooms are well designed, challenging, and super fun. We had so such much fun the first night, we booked another room the very next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be visiting again. I highly recommend this place to anyone, plus its veteran owned which is a bonus because we love to support our vets!

First time doing an escape the room and I absolutely adored it! Especially getting to work together with my friends. I enjoyed every second. Plus our game master was awesome(I cant remember her name) but thank you! I honestly cant wait to do another one.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here. The room (the wicked witch) was well-done. It was challenging, but doable for a bunch of 12 year olds. The staff was super friendly. Loved the picture they take at the end too.

We have done three rooms at Eludesions. My wife and I do escape rooms ALL THE TIME. Weve done them all around the nation and the world, and honestly Eludesions is the best place we have ever gone to. Weve done Mad Hatter and Area 51. The last time we were there our game master was Charlotte and we had such an amazing time doing Mad Hatter that we went through Operation Counterpart right after. What a fantastic concept that is, we cant wait to do part 2 and 3! As I was writing this I got an e-mail about Frenzied Festivities, and we are so excited to go try that one out! GO HERE!

This place was amazing! I love the way the facility looked. The hallway that led to the rooms set the tone for an escape room and I appreciate how each door was labeled with a lit up sign and the title of the room. The front desk was friendly and warm. (Shout out to Becca!) We did The Painters Collection. I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone or group who would like a challenge! I am definitely coming back for more rooms! Thank you, Eludesions!

The staff was super friendly! The place may seem sketchy before you walk in the building, but its a very nice place. Its clean and doesnt seem ghetto. Case File X is awesome! I would recommend it to ages 14 and above. The puzzles were on the difficult side (it is one of their harder rooms), but we got help from our awesome game master, Hailen! Sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name. I would like to try a few more rooms from them. Thank you for an awesome experience, especially for my out of town cousins. They seemed unsure about it, but in the end they LOVED it!

First time weve been to Eludesions ... and it was a total blast !Weve done some other escape rooms, I really thinks this experience ranks above the rest.What a ton of fun this was. Checking in was super easy and everything was very well catered for. They had lots of hand sanitizer to make sure everyone could feel safe (these are the new times we live in). The place is really big, they have rooms on the main building and also rooms on an adjacent building - very nice setup. As for the game itself we did Operation Counterpart. Our host (game manager) was Camryn (hope got the spelling right) and she was very good and patient. She explained everything and then we proceeded to the game room. The room was very clean (for those who want to know). Most of the clues/puzzles were with some sort of electronic sensor mechanism; very impressive. It was hard, but most of the things were logical (once we figured out the logic behind it - and when we didnt Camryn would give us the right nudge). The whole experience was absolutely worth it. There were four of us and we all got out with many side stories and fun facts afterwards. Highly recommend it.Thanks a bunch to the Eludesions staff.

Cory was our Game master and he was absolutely amazing! I brought a friend here for their first escape room experience. Cory did a great job explaining the rules and making it fun. He offered clues at the perfect time so we didn’t lose interest when we were stuck. 10/10 plan to come back again!

Had so much fun here! It was my first escape room, and we chose the Yin & Yang room. So cool with all of the different puzzles and riddles! Definitely coming back in the future!

Took my teenage daughters and friends for a two room adventure. Oz and Mad Hatter,they have done other rooms around the city and they thought these were the best. To quote them out of five stars Id give it a six. Rooms were interactive rather than just puzzles, they loved it!Staff was very friendly, informative and fun to talk to.Everyone wants to go back sometime for a different room.

Top tier Escape Room. Took the family to do the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. Fun, challenging, and well designed. We had an excellent game master, Evan. He was courteous and helpful and guided the the group to ensure that we had an enjoyable time!

We did the Wizard of Oz room. One word....Fantastic. The room was decorated very elaborately and the puzzles were great. Highly recommended. Drew was our game master and did a great job! Very personable. We have done escape rooms all over the country and this was one of our favorites.

Today we did the Frenzied Festivities room. This was the fifth room we have done at Eludesions and it did not disappoint. It had a holiday theme and was quite challenging but with a couple of clues we were able to complete it in the hour. Highly recommend Eludesions - our favorite escape place in the Valley.

I had booked a room for me and 8 other friends for a Saturday, all essential businesses were to be closed due to COVID-19. I had called Monday-Saturday trying to see if they were open because we live 1 hour+ away. Left multiple messages with no call back and never an answer. I get a call an hour before my schedule time and I was like exscuse me I called all week trying to see if you were still open so after being mad about that they will not refund my money keep in mind almost $300 they make me re book it. We book it two weeks later and have the same problem with not knowing if they are open and no one can answer a phone or call back. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO ANSWER A PHONE OR CALL BACK!! HIRE BETTER FRONT OFFICE STAFF!

Our group had a great time! Tyler was a friendly, helpful game master who made the experience fantastic. We can hardly wait to try another room.

We did the Operation Counterpart Room and had a great time. It was the first time anyone in our group had done an Escape Room and we will definitely be going back to try other rooms. The room design was well done and realistic, the puzzles were challenging and fun, and the staff were awesome!

This is the best escape the room I have been to. My husband and I did the Mad Hatters room. It was decorated amazingly and the clues where fun and challenging. We plan on going again and trying the other rooms. The guy working at the place, Drew was great. Wonderful service.

I left a review here after doing a seasonal room that was negative because my group had a negative experience. Eludesions got in touch, explained how they had changed the seasonal after feedback from visitors, and strived to have my group come again for a new experience. We came back to do a different room and we were not disappointed! The staff has always been friendly, the facility is huge and well kept, and the room we did was the Mad Hatter room. The game was phenomenal. The 6 of us that went were challenged but the game wasnt overtly difficult, and 4 of us had never been to an escape room before but still had a blast. It meant a lot to me that Mr. Conover reached out, and I truly wanted to come back to experience what I see on the reviews everyone else left! I appreciate Eludesions and encourage everyone to give this place a shot because WOW it was a blast!

We have done almost every room here except Painters and this one was Amazing! I don’t like aliens and scare easy (hence the drawer and Camry pointing and laughing... thanks for the honesty haha) but this was very well done and very original. Camry was a phenomenal game master! Want her on all the games. Very on point and because this was our 19th room we know how we like clues and she respected it. Love this room. Love the company. You all are amazing. Thanks again Camry like the car!! You rocked!!

I love going to art galleries and museums! This was like that experience except you get to be immersed in the art! These escape rooms are thoroughly well designed and thought out for the experience they claim to provide. Top notch staff, facilities, and fun. An adventure Im telling my friends about so I can get together another group and go back again!

Awesome time! This was our 2nd escape room but our 1st time visiting this location. Every was friendly, they started on-time!, the rooms were well maintained and outfitted and unlimited clues really helped us get through (almost we were short 10 seconds) the game while having fun. Mike, and the staff, were very friendly and helpful pre-, during, and post-game. The online room descriptions and online booking were very convenient as were the following up emails about what we needed to do to have a good time (arrive 15 minutes early is important - do it!) Well be back.

We did the witch paintings room. Excellent room all without any combination or key locks - making it more creepy and fitting to the witch theme. Halen was our game master and she was perfect! Offered clues when we needed so we could complete the room. We’ve done many escape rooms and eludesions is one of the best!

We came here last night at my brothers request for his birthday. He had a coupon book for the plaza so we decided to use it (10% off) as we had a party of 10, which was max for the Runestone room. We had ages 13-60+ and it was a first time for us all. Drew walked us through everything. What to expect, how communication is key. And he reached out to us via a monitor if we wanted clues, which were very helpful as we didnt really know what we were doing. After the first couple clues we started to get a feeling for it, and it was just so darn cool. We finished with 8 minutes to go. Everything in the room was well taken care of. With lots of different people and groups diggin in stuff, I could see where wear and tear would play a part in each room. Lots of fun. We will be back!!!

Yesterday was our first experience at Eludesions and our entire team of 9 was very impressed. Everyone kept commenting on how well thought out the experience was and how nice the technical aspects were. We did the Runestone room and it was great for our large group! Having tried several throughout the valley, this escape room is by far the nicest. We will definitely be back!

I took my daughter and her friends for her 15th birthday. It was our first time doing an escape room and we had a blast doing it. We did the Wizard of Oz themed room and it was amazing on the amount of detail they put into it. The lobby was very welcoming and the staff was great! I live in Prescott and there was nothing but chatter all the way home about how much fun they had and how they cant wait to go back again. We definitely want to go back and try the other rooms.

Group of 8 tackled the Wizard of Oz themed room for my sisters birthday. Had a blast. We had to ask for a few clues but made it out with minutes to spare. It was harder than I expected. Would go again.

Our group of five did the Oz room tonight and I can’t express how amazing it was. There was so much detail and thought put into the entire thing. It was by far the best escape room I’ve been to. Ive done several rooms around the valley. The Witches castle at Eludesions is one of my favorites. Very well thought out. Keeps you going back to previous room for clues. I am excited to go back, want to do Mad Hatter!

This place was absolutely stunning, it isn’t your typical escape room in an office building. Just the entrance into their rooms was stunning.I did both Mad Hatter and Wicked Witch. I was worried I was going to run out of time in Mad Hatter because I was just in such awe of the room decor! It is so well done that you feel transported. The puzzles were challenging but not overly difficult. There were puzzles I hadn’t seen in other escape rooms so it was really nice.For Wicked Witch, again another beautiful room. I found it slightly more difficult than Mad Hatter but was able to escape with time to spare.Another great thing about this escape room, is Drew (gosh I hope I remembered his name). He was so personable and seemed like he was genuinely happy we were there. He gave us some great recommendations and talked to us about their new room coming soon. I live in SoCal but will definitely visit again when I’m out there to complete some more of their rooms!

Ive done over 20 escape rooms in Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Scottsdale, Flagstaff, Houston, Las Vegas, Scotland, and Australia. This place beats every other location in terms of theme, design, puzzles and excitement. Escape rooms suffer a lot of wear and tear especially from beginners trying to rip things apart. They are maintained very well. The rooms here make you feel like you are on a theme park ride.

This was better than expected, really didn’t know what to expect. The experience was great !!! We will surely be back for another adventure. Our game host Nick was great! He was informative and friendly!!!

Soooooooo much fun!!! My sister and I went here last night as our first experience ever doing an escape room. The entire process was easy, from booking online to getting into the game. The entire staff were super helpful, kind, and efficient. The game, Mad Hatter, was a complete BLAST!!! I seriously cant stop thinking about it. Whoever created this is a damn genius. The game was well detailed, so fun to walk through, and the clues game right on time.... every time. I like hope they watch you so you can get a clue right when you need it and exactly for what you need it for. Highly recommend and well definitely be back to play alllll the games you have to offer. So far I’ve been to two of the rooms at Eludesions, and it is such an amazing place! Both rooms have been so intricate and well done. The attention to detail blew me away both times, and each time was a truly immersive experience. The level of difficulty was perfect, and if we were ever stuck, the staff was quick to give a hint if we asked. Extremely happy with both experiences here, and I will definitely be going back!

I’ve never been to an escape room before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect but this was really cool and very well done! It was a lot of fun and I’m super glad I went. Definitely worth and probably coming back again. All the visuals were amazing and I was honestly impressed it was awesome!

I work at another Escape room store in Phoenix and this place was AMAZING!!!! The Alice in Wonderland game is to die for!!!! Though back when we played it there was a glitch/ malfunction with a table, it was 100% worth it. The malfunction didn’t make the experience bad nor better. The game alone is outstanding! The clues were not very straightforward but again the game master was relatively new or in training and they can not really tell us exactly what to do, that’s OUR job as the players! I would definitely pay to go back!!!!

Very impressed with this escape room! The puzzles are challenging yet fun. The detail of each room is incredible! What I really like about this place is that its not just all lock & key puzzles... There is so much more than that which makes it a lot more than other places. Another big plus is that staff definitely helps when youre stuck! I cant wait to try all 4 rooms! Great job Eludesions!!

We had my daughters 13th birthday party at Eludesions and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. We chose the Wicked Witchs Castle, and the kids loved it. The facility and customer service were excellent and our guide, Cory, was awesome!! I highly recommend it!

Great experience. I’ve been twice with both Alice In Wonderland rooms. I beat the Witches one with about 10mins left. I beat the other one with about a minute. Hailand, Haily (probably wrong name, the blonde girl lol) was super awesome with my second experience there today. Hats off to her.

It was a lot of fun. The rooms are a lot bigger compared to a different place we’ve been to before. So much better and cleaner. Room wasn’t cramped at all which was great. Definitely will be back again!

Our first time doing an escape room ever! Our Game Master Caleb was very helpful and made our experience so much more enjoyable. Their rooms are well thought out and we cannot wait to come back and play another room and try to beat them all!

Looking at the ratings I’m pretty surprised on our experience, we arrived at 8:45pm and decided on a room fairly quickly, we were told we could start our room at 9:30. I informed the gentlemen up front I wanted to book the room and everyone paid. He came out at 9:30 and told us that He will let us know once the room is ready but we are going to share it with another group who booked the room, we told him we did not want to share the room with anyone and wanted our group to do it ourselves. He clearly did seem happy about that but it was fair since we had already been waiting and asked him to book it for us. We waited an additional 15 minutes and no one was around. We had to go through the door to the room to get someone’s attention. Another gentlemen came out to assist and told us there was no 930 time slot at all. He did apologize about what happened but did not offer a real solution to the problem. He did offer us other rooms but we would have to wait till 10:30 or 10:45. We were not interested in the other rooms and told us we would have to wait 5 business days for our refund, which interferes with our night since we had already spent a good chunk of our money for the night. People make mistakes and that’s fine but the way it was handled not right. No real solution to issue. The room ended up getting double booked and we were the ones set aside even thought we had waited 45+ minutes. I rarely leave reviews but this needed to be shared. Thank you.

Fantastic! Our family of seven had a blast in the case file x room. Those in the group who had been to other escape rooms said this was their favorite. Its a nice big room with a realistic setting and a variety of puzzles that will capture your attention and challenge you in a fun way! Well definitely go back and try the other rooms. By far the BEST Escape room in the Valley! We have been to a lot but this one is very clean and the rooms are awesome! The owners take a lot of pride in their work! They are very friendly and help you have the best experience ever for an escape room! It is Veteran owned which is a huge plus for our family! We love supporting local and Veteran owned businesses. You gotta go experience this room for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

Great game! We picked one of the hardest games, and almost finished 4 of the 5 rooms, which was great for first-timers! Would play here again and recommend to everyone. The only complaint was we chose a game where the lights were dimmer in some rooms and black lights made it hard for some of us to see the clues.

Me and my family drove there from Morenci AZ just to do this and we had so much fun as a family. We felt like we were characters from a game we were in, trying to get out finding clues and unlocking doors so much fun!!

Our group of 6 did the Wicked Witch (Oz) room. This was our first time at Eludesions and we had heard that in Arizona, they probably average the largest sized rooms. It didnt disappoint! The design, props, decoration, and interactive puzzles were very fun, tricky, and unique. We were definitely helped by our game master, as we got stuck in a couple parts, which after receiving a clue, it all made sense. So if youre used to letter locks and combo locks, youll be challenged in this room. I would definitely recommend this room! The staff were very laid back and fun.Also, I spoke with a female staff member over the phone regarding a question I had, and she was very helpful in helping me find an answer. Then to my surprise, Bob the owner, calls me back regarding this question, and clarified the answer. Hes definitely someone whos business I would like to support. Very generous gentleman, and I appreciate his customer service and business acumen. Our group will definitely come back to try all of the rooms at Eludesions (we learned its pronounced like illusions).

My family and I escaped from the Mad Hatters Tea Party and we all agreed it was EASILY the best escape experience we have ever had. This was my 9th room and I typically walk in to these thinking Ill be pretty comfortable with most of the puzzles, but this experience was absolutely unique. This gave me the same rush I felt during my first escape room experience, leaving me completely charged and charmed, with the captivating puzzles lingering in my memory over the next few days.

Did the mad hatter room and had a great time. Finished with about 10 minutes left. Will definitely return for the other rooms.

I’ve been to many various escape rooms and this location is by far one of the best. Everyone who works there is super friendly and really loves what they do. Every aspect of this place is high quality. Even the bathrooms are wonderful. I can not recommend them enough. I’ll certainly be coming back to try the other rooms and I’m very excited for the mad hatter room and any other new ones they come up with!

All I can say is this place is fantastic. Starts off with a great and friendly staff that welcomes you. They have a good size modern waiting room while you wait for your friends to show up. As for the escape rooms its self, all I can say WOW! They are challenging but at the say time not being too difficult. Every time you solve a clue you are just surprise on what happens and on how the next clue is given to you. The detail and quality of the rooms are just amazing. I have done two rooms so far and everytime I leave all I can think about is when is the next time I can go back and do another room. Me and friends would easily talk about 30 mins after about how much fun we had.

This was my familys first escape room experience and we couldnt have been more pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful explaining the game clearly. The facilities were clean with a lovely contemporary decor. The Game was challenging and fun! I will go to Eludesions for their other room challenges. Well done!
