First time going to this place and we had a pretty good experience. It was clean and had tons of places to jump. They have rock climbing that has a foam pit to catch any fall. Dodgeball and basketball trampoline areas. We we went during toddler time which was a good price for the allowed time. The only downside is the snacks were a bit pricey. Other then that we all had a good time.

Went with my four year old son and he had a blast! The foam pits were the best. One thing though... They really need to have a few fans installed and strategically placed to move air around, it gets hot.

Our boys had fun here. Its a clean place with awesome staff. We will highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

Just had my Daughters B-day there and I was VERY VERY HAPPY ... for my son we did it at uptown jungle and it was a nightmare in comparison to how easy and pleasant this party was ... staff is AWESOME friendly and actually HELPFUL! PARENTS: if you want a low stress party for your child where you can actually relax and enjoy it also, I HIGHLY recommend this place ... staff actually CARES! OH and it was WAY cheaper than uptown jungles bs stressful party and my kids are sleep now! thanks!!!!

Went for a birthday party and had a lot of fun. For a Saturday, it wasnt too busy. Glad it was toddler friendly overall so my 18 month old could join in. Wish there was more food and drink options, but I did see a coffee cart, and we did have pizza delivered.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! everything was clean and organized when we got there. they had a schedule planned out for us which was great! our party host, Deisy was absolutely great! I would definitely recommend have a party there or even just going for fun!!!

Friendly staff. Cons: a little pricey, the music is too loud, and the arcades distract kids from the trampolines. Otherwise, a good place to get some energy out of your kids.

Decent place to take children that enjoy moving and jumping.They have some arcade games but they are a bit pricey for the length of play time.Food/drink is pricey also.Admission is a little high but not as high as some competitors in the area.Clean facility.Benches available for parents to monitor children from anywhere in the facility.Thankful for this place on a hot day.

My 5 grandkids ages 2 to 10 had a blast here today. It was CLEAN and tons of trampolines so smaller kids could have safe areas to jump on. Staff were friendly and helpful. This was a 30 minute drive for us but well worth it!

*First Id like to state that the kids had a blast.....We had a bit of a rocky start to our experience. However, the managers were able to find a resolution. Our party host and hostess were amazing. They deserve the utmost kudos. Also, I appreciate the owners quick attention to our initial grievance. His compassion and understanding is what retained my business.All in all, the children had a great time. And thats really what was most important!

I have three toddlers and they all love this place. Toddler time prices are good ($8 each per hour) and I bought the socks for jumping so we just bring those each time (socks cost $4). Its clean, big and they play top 40 music that even adults can tolerate. There are about 10 different areas for them to explore so they just move to different stations.One drawback is the snack bar situation. There isnt a set staff member there so you have to wait a while, plus the food is overpriced. They dont want you bringing your own but I bring water for my kids and no one says anything.This is a great way to escape the heat, have fun and its a great price. The staff supervises play areas to ensure safety. If you saw the news reports recently which say trampolines can cause injuries, then feel free to dismiss them. These injuries happen when teens or adults bounce toddlers or babies. This isnt allowed here. Anyone with trampoline experience knows this is foul play.

Ok to start oof when I walked in I say a red for ed sign and I really think that they shouldn’t allowed to put the sign up for political reasons, secondly my child was offered a slice of pizza and 3 hours of fun. (Teen night) every kid got one slice of pizza my child told me that they had on box left over of pizza and he decided to ask if there were seconds, the staff told him there were no seconds and he said ok and left. He told me that when another kid asked for another slice of pizza the staff gladly gave it to him and didn’t check his wristband. (One you get a slice of pizza they mark your wristband), And frankly I think that isn’t fair for other children that only get one.

It is s a great way to let your kids exercise and have fun . . . Also Wifi.

Had my daughters birthday party here. When we made the reservation the hostess did not tell us anything about signing waivers. We brought 10 kids from our neighborhood. We were the only splash of color in there. Lol. Native Americans, Mexican Americans, African Americans. When we arrived we were stuck filling out the waivers for almost an hour for kids I hadnt known long enough to know each of their birthdays? If i would have known we had to go through all that I would have asked the parents to escort their children. Secondly we moved several times because some older man with a mohawk kept following us around? I mean like leaning in on our conversations and just standing there staring without saying a word? I was like what is he doing? Kids had fun, but the older employee was very creepy and why pay the whole amount when the kids only enjoyed half of the fun? Even though we booked in advance we couldnt have any food, or cake? My baby had to have a cake elsewhere. They were good kids though, happy with the bottle of water that was given.

This is my sons favorite trampoline park. Very friendly staff, good kid food(they have ICEE’s, which my son loves). In this part of town this is a great addition, especially when it’s a million degrees out in the summer.

Lovely how clean it is and it smells so great for being a trampoline park! Some employees are soooooo good with the kids and even when they are not interacting, they are watching the controlled chaos! Definitely recommend jumping here!

My kids really enjoyed the place.our first visit there and we had so much fun.the music was on point.my concern is the cleanliness of the female restroom .I took my daughter to the restroom to change her diaper.it was really messed up.I know there might be challenges on the routine of cleaning due to the large volume of users but I expect management to have a rotation cleaning. Aside from that i’m Good with the place.the staffs were nice and friendly

This place is a kids Graceland. Our kids were invited to a birthday party here and it was our first time here. The place was really busy but not overcrowded. The kids had a blast and they had areas for all ages and different types of activities. The concession was reasonably priced. Great place for a kids party.

What a great place to spend a HOT day in Phoenix at, great times for the kids and very enjoyable for the parents!!

Pros:- open floor plan.- reasonable food prices- friendly and accommodating staff members. I have 1 autistic child and the staff members did their personal best to help keep him stay inside and entertained.Cons:- unkept bathrooms (thats a big thing for me)- anything over an hr of play starts to get boring (says my 11, 9, 8 and 6 yr olds) they can only play video games and jump until its just not fun anymore. I bought 3 hrs passes for my kids and we left after an hr and a half and couldnt get a refund on the remaining time left. That was a bummer!So my personal opinion, dont buy hrs of play time. Stick to 1 hr and try to buy as u go if theyll allow that.

My 3yr old daughter loves going there. Yes, they have been closed for awhile due to a complete overhaul. Which I hear is amazing by the way. I called today to see when they would be open. Larry took the call, and I couldnt have asked for a nicer and more professional person. He let me know when they were set to open up, and even offered to me to stop by and check out the new facility for my daughters birthday in a few weeks.

Great place to jump. We went on a Sunday and it was a great day to go. My daughter enjoyed every second of it.

Good place but they are kinda rude they have a music machine and I put a dollar in and it gave me two credits and I played a song and a bunch of kids ran over to the machine and wanted to change the song that I payed for, I feel that if they are going to put a music machine and have people pay for a song they should feel free to play whatever they want and not have the manager say “you are banned for the music machine”.

My kids loved this place. Very clean and staff was really friendly. Tons of different bounce activities for kids of all ages. Really cool climbing wall into a foam pit for older kids and cool area for toddlers! Way better then AZ air time. We will be back!

We loved Jump City but Altitude is a huge upgrade. So many new areas to bounce around. One of the best new additions is the fact that they are extremely well staffed. My kids are very happy that they are finally open. It was worth the wait.

Took my children here for a birthday party and ended up Having an issue with a couple older kids talking stuff& cursing ((IN FRONT of my children i might add)) and ended up having to tell the staff about this problem the staff did not do ANYTHING!!! The older child even saw me talking to the staff and went over and starting arguing with me . AND AGAIN THE STAFF DIDNT DO A DAMN THING . SMH. I had to walk away because my children (4,5,7) where seeing this all go down... Later after we did cake we saw the same child arguing with a group of young adults ...((AGAIN THE STAFF DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE CHILDREN CAUSING PROBLEMS I will definitely not recommend..

My kids love this place! The team is great too. Its so nice to be able to have a fun place to burn energy without being out in the hot sun.

A huge improvement over the last place that was here. The fact that everyone has to have socks on goes a LOOOONG way in making this place a clean, safe environment for my kids to play in. Yeah its a few bucks more but you certainly get what you pay for. The staff are well trained and attentive and treat the jumpers like guests in their home. We look forward to escaping the heat and thunderstorms at Altitude for a long time to come.

We really enjoyed our visit. The staff were very helpful and everything was very clean. Lots of new activities to keep the kids excited and everything is brand new. The offering of coffee from the neighboring local shop, White Cup Coffee, was a pleasant surprise. 4 stars only for 2 reasons, it is pretty pricey and no outside water bottles are allowed inside. Not a fan of paying for water after paying so much to get inside. This will not be a regular hangout, but a great spot for special occasions.

Took my son here for his birthday and my family. We all had alot of fun! Except the snack bar the girl didnt know what she was doing. I ordered two pepperoni pizza and she told me 20 mins. So 20 mins pass I only get one pizza they forgot about the other pizza. She told me another 20 mins . That goes by then she says that she waiting for the front people to come make the pizza so I went to the front and asked for help. So Im assuming its the manager hes goes back to her and was told to wait another 20 mins. I waited a total of 1 hr and a half for a pizza. Also the foraf pizza we got was not cook all the way the dough was sticky . Was told afterwards from family it was gooey. So I recommend eating somewhere else before coming here.

I had my 7 year old sons birthday here a couple of weeks and all the kids loved it! The party was affordable, the staff helping with the party was super helpful and all the kiddos thought it was the greatest thing ever! Some of the moms and I even joined in on the fun with some jousting and dodgeball!! My soon-to-be nine year old will be having his birthday party in a couple of weeks and we will be having it at Altitude :-)

This place has potential to be good fun but is dangerous. Watch your children carefully.While there I saw four kids with ice packs on their heads. Management doesnt enforce rules and monitoring is done by teens who allow reckless behavior.

The only thing I didnt like was the cost. Its probably the same price for all trampoline parks, but this was my first one, so thats what Im going off of. Overall, good experience and a lot of fun. Go early in the morning to avoid the crowd. It is especially good for the young kids early in the morning.

Our kids love it and have all celebrated birthdays there.

My son lives this place. There is seldom a Saturday that passes that we dont go to Altitude. It does take a back seat to Spider Man or Avenger movies.

I took my 2 little girls here for 2 hours.At first walking in the door it looks disappointing but looks can be very deceiving! I jumped with my girls & boy oh boy did we have fun! I really enjoyed myself.I felt like a kid again & out of all the other trampoline parks weve been to in the Phoenix area my girls like this one the best.The rates are very reasonable too. We will be going back again soon!

Great place to take my 3 year old son and one year old granddaughter. Its clean and staff are so friendly and playful with the kids. We love coming here!

My 8.5 year old child, wife, and myself = $42.18 to play for 1 hour. The fall season cant come fast enough!

I visited this once a year ago. It has fun trampoline areas, decent amount of sitting area, friendly employees that are mostly high school age. They have a full snack bar where they cook food as well. Their pizza is marginally better than Peter Piper. For the best deals, go to the web site or go with a large group.

Great variety of fun. Foam pit, fight pit, lots of trampelines and safety guards everywhere just in case someone gets hurt. Temperature is nice. Not too cold or too hot. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the restrooms were not available due to the water not working. They were very sorry for the inconvenience and provided free hours of time for next time we choose to come back.

Went to my nephews bday here and it was really fun for both the kids abd adults. The best part was tge private dodge ball game that read included in the party. There was pizza and a snack bar for food. Later in the day they turned off the lights and had a DJ similar to a cosmic bowling.

Its not like the other jump places that offer a wide range of choices to enjoy the experience but with the Groupon rate we received it was exceptional. We had a very nice and quiet visit. Plenty of room. The food was outrageous so eat before arriving.

My kids had an amazing time and could jump for hours. Lots to do! The only downfall, in my opinion, is that the music is WAY too loud. It was hard to hold a conversation at the birthday party we attended. Even my child commented that the music was too loud. We will be back but with earplugs!

The Birthday Party hosts were very unorganized and inattentive. The kids had no idea what court they were supposed to go to when called and none of the staff made any effort to direct them. The dodgeball game itself was pretty odd and the coach seemed uninterested. The worst part was being stuck in a restroom stall with no toilet paper. Had to ask a stranger, thanks for the awkward moment.

The place is nice, good location. I would give it more stars but the staff seems more interested in the TV and talking to eachother rather than watching the trampolines. Price to jump is reasonable. The bungee jump that is with the main trampoline is an extra $ 3 (which I didnt see anything posted about).

Great choice...much better thank any other trampoline park in town. Worth a drive. All equipment is new and there is a great variety.

I loved it were able to go where ever and the staffs there are awsome they play with you and they seem pretty chill so i did love it and i would definitely recommend it to lots of people i had tons of fun. THANKS

We had our daughters 8th Birthday here. WONDERFUL!. I initially tried to get the private party room because we had ALOT of adults coming after church with their kids, but it was already booked. The staff were very accommodating with a nice set up in the main area. The party assistants helped us decorate with the additional Items. They helped us move party items from our cars, assisted with serving food and cake and even helped us pack up the cars on our way out. We loved the pizza (It was from Rosatis) and there was plenty of it. We also where given unlimited water bottles for our party!My daughter and her party where treated to a private trampoline dodge ball game... They really took care us I was able to just enjoy my daughters birthday instead of being busy. I would actually have her 9th birthday there too.

Great place. Had a wonderful time. We had a little hiccup when checking in since we had a large party. But the MOD made things right and compensated is for the confusion.

This place goes by a different name now. different atmosphere from other large parks but the price is great especially for smaller kids... found a Groupon Deal and had to check it out.

I take my boys every weekend, 5 and 14. They love it! Very clean, great staff and great atmosphere.

For the price I was not impressed it was $33 for two kids for one hour. Also you have to buy their socks you cant bring your own. One hour is not enough time for the kids so you pay a small fortune. I would not go back. Also my sons friend twisted his ankle when another kid jumped to close to him it was not bad but the staff didnt seem to care. I ran out and walked him off the court. I would rather pay for urban jungle or pump it up.

The boss Joe is very unprofessional, guarantees jobs but doesnt follow through, pets his 14/15 yr old daughter do the work. Just rediculous.
