I had a problem using the pre-paid parking ticket because I didnt follow the instructions correctly. I took a ticket from the machine instead and made payment. I contacted Ticket Philadelphia the next day by email via their website explaining what happened. Received a very nice response and my credit card was credited for the pre-paid amount that day. Very satisfied with their customer service.

When purchasing a gift certificate to be mailed directly to friends in NJ, I entered their address with a message.Later, noticed that the email confirmation stated the shipping address was mine, not the gift recipients. I called the ticket office to confirm that the gift would be sent to my friends....yes, but there is no message to be included.After reciting the message greeting, I asked how long it would take to deliver the gift certificate. 10 to 14 business days!!Opted to Fedex it ....$25 dollars. Will not use this service again
