Just enjoyed another great production

I have been to Stagecrafters plays from time to time and always had a good time. The plays are well acted and directed. The ability to buy two tickets together online at a discount over paying more at the door is a nice touch. The theater design while not anything extraordinary, is comfortable. Everyone serving the theater goers are always pleasant and not pretentious. The eat and drink choices during break could be wider, but certainly not a deal breaker. An enjoyable evening out at a community theater for sure.

This is a quaint theater in a wonderful neighborhood of Chestnut Hill. Come early enough to enjoy some of the local businesses. The theater puts on a variety of types of plays, but theyre always enjoyable.

Very good community theatre. A variety of plays for all tastes. The facility is very good, with all seats having good sight lines. The surrounding area has a village feel.

Saw Trouble In Mind on Saturday (06/25). Extraordinary! I was completely captivated with the powerful, convincing presentation. The performance stirred anger in me, sympathy, empathy, fear, and the pain of dashed hopes. This performance did what great art is supposed to do, provoke thought, discussion, and deep reflection. The players - all of them - were on fire, and this soulful performance stirred real powerful emotions in all of them. You cannot fake it. The players, director, stage staff, everyone - threw everything they had into this play.I have ben a subscriber to The Stagecrafters for years. This was hands-down the best play ever.As I left the theater with friends, and walked towards Germantown Avenue, I felt like a wrung-out dish rag, completely drained, wobbling on my feet. It moved me to tears.Every single person associated with this performance was GREAT! Bravo, Stagecrafters!I cannot wait to see whats in store for 2016-2017 season!Lee GeislerWest Mount Airy
