Horrible costumer service. I can’t even call to speak to someone directly about my problem. I got charged twice for a show I didn’t attend. Rose M, from the costumer service chat was condescending and tried to tell me I was lying. That is the worst costumer service I could have experienced. Also they never explicitly say you need the app as most of the time you get an email with the tickets too. Most condescending service. Would not recommend. They don’t listen to the costumer and throw you through loops to receive your refund. If I could give a zero star I would.

Worst ticket company! They dont allow you to sell your tickets online if you cant go to the concert. They send you to the Tickets Now website and then when you input the barcodes an error message comes up that states the tickets are eligible for resale! Unreal. Since they are paper tickets, Stubhub doesnt allow you to list them either so they are completely worthless if you cant attend the show. Terrible Company.

Live Nation and their predatory fee structure coupled with their monopoly on certain events ticket distribution should be against the law. Market tickets for $23 a ticket and then tack on $20 in fees for EACH TICKET. Im sorry, your fee structure is BS, your entire company (you too TicketMaster) and its outright unethical operation and practices can go straight to hell.

Terrible customer service experience. Live Nation provided a couple benefits to folks who attended a recent rain-shortened Dead & Co. show, but not to those of us who purchased tickets through StubHub. I first tried contacting support through the web site, but got an error each time even though all the required fields in the form were filled out. Finally called and was told that the wait was over 15 minutes and the automated system would call me back when it was my turn. They verified the correct number with me, and a few hours later I still hadnt received a call. Called back and was told the wait time was now less than 15 minutes. Waited on hold for about 30 minutes and finally got someone who basically told me that theres nothing they can do. So even though Im a verified, legal ticket holder Im left out in the cold. Thanks for nothing, Live Nation!

Awful. They create a fee on top of fee and by the time you buy your ticket, your fees are almost as much as the tickets.
Imaginary fees for no reason. Horrible customer service. Total monopoly, don’t care at all about their customers or the concert experience.
Very laggy, low budget website. Made navigating a nightmare, and constantly refreshed. They charged me $12.50 in service fees, which is about 35% the cost of the ticket. I hope they put it towards fixing their awful website.
