I’ve never left a review before in my life but this was the worst service I’ve ever had by a waitress. We had a table of industry workers and all agreed the cocktails had little to no alcohol despite their high price. I watched two other couples complain about the same issue. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she disputed this with us and made no effort to make our experience better. It was poor service in our opinion. To be fair she did remove the cocktails from our tab when mentioned it again as we cashed out. However when we asked to split our bill at the end she said it was too much of an inconvenience as she was too busy.Comedy was good but I’d genuinely not recommend this place to my friends due to our experience.

Great wisky & cigar bar that has talented comedians perform in an intimate setting. Above Infusion incase you cant find it.

The Comedians were great. However, the place is really small. There isnt an actual stage. This is basically a bar where you can watch a comedy show. Drinks are also very expensive. A two person tab with three drinks each came to over $100. There are a lot of better comedy venues in Philly. Likely wont be returning.

Besides the small venue, it had my family and I laughing the whole night! I would 100% recommend this place! My advice is just get there early ( 30-45 mins ) that way you can find the seat you want!

BEWARE OF THE GRATUITY SCAM!!! I was here last Friday with a friend, and the server sneakily added 20% gratuity onto the $90 bill without mentioning it... for a party of two. So she ended up with a $40 tip on a $90 tab for service that frankly was barely worth 15%.I proofread that the tab was correct, but didnt look at the lines below it. If your guests have to be vigilant with the tab, youre doing something wrong.

This was the first time Ive been to comedy show, that every performer had a reference to the later show (9:pm) as being better. Referring to the smaller crowd me and my date attend (7:pm) as an reason why things are not that funny.I was given the impression that this was a reason for the low energy performance. I believe performers should do their best no matter what time the show is playing.Lastly, ordering food was just as awkward. Not only was the food a very long wait (40min) it was placed right in front of us, in a shopping bag. Then the bartender just walked away. I quickly called her back and said, I didnt order this to go! She said, oh,..well this is how its served. I would have typically just paid and left. However, the best part about my night, was my date. While she was just as dissatisfied as I was (with the show and food/service) we enjoyed our company.I am willing to give the Philly Comedy one more chance sometime later in the summer for the 7:pm show, only if Im still dating the same lady. But doubt that I would be lucky twice on a first date.R.R.

Very intimate and laid back, smaller than it appears in photos. Prices not bad for a Center City club.

This place is AWESOME! Its in the best neighborhood in Philly and is right above Cuba Libre in the Infusion Lounge.. so the drinks and food are awesome along with the comedy! The overall vibe is a mix of old school Philly mixed with a contemporary appeal. Its really great to see another venue in Philly that features live stand up because there arent many. By looking at the calendar, it looks like they are bringing in a great mix of national headliners and some awesome local acts too.. this is a definite must do!

My husband and I went for a date night. We were able to snag a good. Deal on Groupon. The club wasnt what I expected, seating was limited and it was a dark bar. We were able To get a hookah, which was fun, but expensive (I think at least, I dont have much to compare it to) comedian was decent, but I felt bad he didnt have any room on the mini stage.

This is a classic, speakeasy vibe mixed with upscale cocktails, delicious food items, and comedy you wont find anywhere else in Philly! A lot of clubs only feature 2-3 comedians, here your getting a nice mix of 4-5.. so the shows arent stale or boring and it has a great mix of different comedians. Well done Philly Comedy Club!

Its a fun show. A great mixture of NYC comics and home-based Philly comics. And the place has hookahs! Cool vibe, very chill and the comics are funny too!

Fantastic part of town! The show was small and intimate with awesome comics. Drinks were really tasty and not overpriced. The atmosphere was very chill and stylish. Lots of comedy clubs are old and grimy. We did the dinner deal with Cuba Libre downstairs, SO GOOD! Highly recommend for a date night!

Don’t waste your time and money. It’s a reason that the tickets are so cheap. The drinks are watered down and way overpriced. I actually turned down free tickets for future shows. Purchased my tickets from Groupon and after tonight’s show I still think I overpaid!!!

Philly Comedy Club is such an amazing addition to Old City Philadelphia on Friday nights. Its upstairs from the legendary Cuba Libre on 2nd Market, where I had their special $30 Comedy Show menu before the show, and I ate like a king.... THEN, the show itself was upstairs at the very plush Infusion Lounge @ 7pm. Not only did they have an intimate, Vegas lounge kind of vibe the way they set up the show, BUT the custom cocktails for the show were unbelievable too.... The BEST part about Philly Comedy Club, was that they are offering a totally different stand-up experience than the bigger rooms across town. This was a real showcase of national and local comics, in a more chill setting, so you really felt like the comics could connect with the audience. Each one was unique and funnier than the next. Which is WAY more akin to kind of shows Ive seen when Im in NY or LA. So I think its clutch that we now have something like that here in PHL. I really look forward to going back soon, because their calendar seems packed with amazing talent.

Really exciting to see a new comedy club in Philly! Ive been to a lot of clubs in a ton of cities, and this venue brings together a bunch of awesome elements that you wont get at comedy rooms. For one its right above Cuba Libre, so the food thats easily accessible to the club is 5 star. Most clubs will offer the same old stuff whereas here you get some amazing food and impressive cocktails. Also you get a great assortment of comedians. We saw 5 comedians the night we went, and I recognized 2 of them from tv and radio! Afterwards I looked up the comics and every one of them had been on tv, which is not something youll see outside of New York or LA. And the location of the club is great! There is a 2 drink min, but thats standard and honestly youll end up having way more anyway because the rinks are that good! I looked at the calendar for future shows, and will definitely be back!!
