It is quite and we have a few good people here like everywhere but management will tell you one thing and do different. We have lived here about 3 years and my ex-wife and two of my children wanted to be closer so I could help her with my disabled son. I talked to the manager about a home myself she said as soon as the carpet was changed she can look at it and fill out the $25.00 application. Carpet was changed on Monday her appointment was made for Tuesday it was all a go she and one of my children came to the appointment just to be told they have a application all ready for the home and there are little thing management think there doing good but ther not.

We just recently moved from out of state and living in an apartment. My family and I hated the apartment complex we were living in and began looking for somewhere else to live. Fortunately we found this place. The community is great. The management is awesome!! We finally have a piece of mind and quite. There are so many upgrades and the office helps to keep the community involved (as much as they can considering the pandemic). Brand new pool, private parking, quiet Community. What more could we ask for.

Perrysburg Estates is a nice, affordable and safe community to live in. My family and I have lived here for the better part of 20 years and have honestly found very few things wrong with the park. The current management and ownership have done a tremendous amount of work to rebuild the park both physically and in terms of reputation. In just the last few years, weve added dozens of brand new homes, resurfaced roads, have redone plumbing and so many other things. The current state of the park is the best it has been since Ive lived here and I hope to continue to see the positive changes we have seen recently.

Perrysburg Estates has done a great job recently of improving the neighborhood. They have added new mobile homes which has made the park look much nicer. They have rebuilt the pool which adds a much nicer touch to the park than before as well. However, that is not the best thing about living in this community. The management and maintenance team have done an amazing job of making this place feel like a community rather than just a place we all live. Last year I lost my husband and In the wake of his passing, maintenance painted a smiley face on a tree stump in my yard to brighten my day. Little things like that have built up over the past few years and really make Perrysburg Estates a great place to live.

I have 2 different family members that live/lived with the park. While office staff may be friendly for the most part the park is ran very poorly. They are not proactive about anything. They say they have emergency maintenance 24/7 but that is not correct. Their new homes are rushed together and have a lot of issues with major things such as electrical. They hire their own inspectors not the county and homes have even found to not be hitched down into the ground. For the price you pay to live here looking elsewhere is highly recommended.

I would recommend Perrysburg Estates to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, n well managed place to live.

Went here to visit family and found it to be very clean, well maintained, and overall pleasant. The residents seemed to be very friendly towards one another and they all watched the kids who live here as a neighborhood should. I dont think Ive been to a nicer Mobile Home Park in the last decade. A lot of them are horribly ran and properties are disgusting. We felt welcome and at home here.

Was needing to be moved by the first of the month, they had us approved 2 week prior, they let us move our property into the unit, but cant stay there over night yet... So I watch my future house from the comfort of sleeping in my vehicle... This review will hopefully be upgraded soon to a better rating, because I understand the snags with new builds.. However communication with the office people, Renea is the only one who knows anything, and her co-worker is useless with leaving messages in my eye...
