Beautiful homes/yards

Some friends we know bought a place and paid a decent amount of money the water was not on at the time when we seen it and they said you take it as it is but everything would be fine and there was no issues with the plumbing and other things as soon as we turn the water on oh boy need to get a plumber and the plumber said this is why the water was off because if the water was on the trailer would have filled up with water so they absolutely know about plumbing problems and they hid the issues by turning the water off. My opinion this is just your typical trailer park management they remind me very much like Northtowne Meadows. They will do whatever they can to take your money. Remember youre paying a lot rent only for the dirt youre putting your trailer on every month. And if you dont pay I promise you they are very unforgiving Im glad I got to leave and honest review for everybody to browse and see the truth. Thanks.

Beautiful Little Community. All the homes are larger luxury manufactured homes, many of them are newer, and they all appear to be well maintained. The management company brings in new homes each year and offers the option to custom order a new home to your specifications if you would like. They also sometimes offer small loans in the spring to help residents keep their yards and home exteriors maintained. The community has a quaint, small-town feel that I particularly enjoy. Youll find a wide variety of demographics living here, including families of all sizes and stages of life. In the evening youll find neighbors taking leisurely strolls, relaxing on their decks, playing with their dogs in the enclosed dog run, and the children playing in their yards or at the playground. Everyone seems to feel comfortable and safe here. The community also boasts a well-maintained pool, and a club house that residents here may rent to host small functions if they so choose. The staff here are all friendly and helpful. Occasionally there are some communication issues, but it seems those typically only happen when they are understaffed. Sometimes parking can be a challenge if you have several guests, but guests can park at the club house and often neighbors are willing to lend extra parking spaces if needed.

Well kept, tidy, quiet.

Buying a mobile home is a tricky thing. You almost never get out of it what you put in. We purchased a home there in 2013 at a rock-bottom price from a person desperate to get out. Wound up selling 5 and a half years later. Sold for less than we paid but got out with a little cash on top to make a move out west. Buying a new one is economic suicide unless you plan on staying in it for your entire life. The park itself is nice. The square footage you get for the price is awesome especially if you find a used one. Was scared when bad weather came though, as they offer no protection and no shelter. It all depends on your situation for us it worked out well, for some it may not work out so well, especially if youre buying new. Remember that buying a mobile home in a park is like owning and renting at the same time, which is an unfortunate situation. It is either better to own or rent. Combining the two makes it difficult when you want to sell or move.

I recently gave a review of a visit to Panera here on the Ohio turnpike because my updated phone number was not working at the turnpike stores. Now, neither number is working at the turnpike stores. The manager came out and assisted with the transaction. He did tell me the turnpike stores operate the same way as the city stores. So, why the phone number problems only at the turnpike stores?
