The staff is very helpful and their Jet Ski’s are in great shape. The process is what they can improve significantly and which should help them and the customers.The whole paper filling process can be made online so folks can fill them ahead of time. I’m sure legal issues come in but there are so many places where I’ve signed up my life online.We were told online that they are accepting walk-in but when we got there, after 10 minutes we were told they can’t take anymore. Then we were told to come at 9:45 am next day so we can finish the paperwork by 10 and can be off in the water. Well, the staff reached there only at 10 next day and it took until 10:45 for us to get in the water. This can be very critical if we were stretched for time and that too during a vacation.

I came here with our the children for a fun day. We had an awesome experience here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and helped us with every step of the process. The jet skis themselves were brand new and in perfect condition. The kids ride on a tube behind while I pulled them around. They had a really great time! All in all, this was a great experience. Well definitely be back!

We had a great time! Very professional and serious about safety crew. Enjoyed having one of the crew out with us to make sure we were ok and give directions when I wasn’t sure where to park for swimming. My boys enjoyed riding on the tube! We even saw dolphins.

Crazy fun! My husband and I had a great time on the jet skis! The day was beautiful, and the water was pristine. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in (didnt get her name) was informative, helpful, and welcoming. Troy and Grant and the other young man were friendly, helpful, and reassuring (since Ive never ridden), and we had a blast. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time today. The jet skis were clean and new. Everyone was so nice. We got the 1hr pkg and the smaller ride area but they do have a larger area pkg. We had a couple of first timers -- my 6 yr old and 15 yr old. They had a blast. My 15 yr old was able to get the license which allowed her to drive. All in all a great experience. We will be back.

The most fun Ive had in a really long time. Came here for my friends birthday and rented jet skis for an hour. We did the chose the big area which felt almost endless. It was about 9 miles open ocean which is plenty of space to go as fast the jet skis can take you. Id definitely come back.

Had a great time here today. My only regret was not doing a two hour rental. With the big loop package you are able to ride by a couple of islands.The staff was great and the jet skis were in great condition.If you are staying the Perdido Key area go here to get the best jet ski experience.

I came down here from Atlanta to celebrate my friends 31st birthday and when I tell you we had the best times of our lives we surely did. Our group of 8 had a great time jet skiing. We were able to dock onto a small beach and found a big shell for my daughter. We switched off and had all had a chance to ride. Great place fun, sun and safety in mind!

Great jet ski rental joint. Friendly people and lots of jet skis so theres a minimum of waiting. If youve never done it before you should know that each jet ski has a GPS device on it that prevents you from getting within about a hundred meters of the next jet ski or from going out of bounds. Mine was extremely sensitive and was constantly throttling down my jet ski because it thought I was too close to my wife. Whereas my wifes never went off at all. It was pretty annoying frankly but overall not that big a deal just a word to the wise. Highly recommended we would definitely go back!

It was an amazing experience! Everyone was super nice. I would highly recommend taking the option to go all the way to the bridge and the beach; its nice to have so much room to run! They make sure youre educated on how to safely drive before you go out too, which I liked. We will definitely return!

Seriously the most fun riding around on jet skis! There’s a huge space to ride in and you can also dock on a nearby island and go swimming. We saw dolphins swimming by the island which was beautiful!! All around an amazing experience and well worth your money!!!

Friendly staff, really nice equipment, smooth process. We only needed one jet ski, and were on the water in about 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our ride!! Be sure to head out past the Sandy Island where it opens into the gulf. Calm, pretty, and it was interesting to watch the kite boarders.

Upside: we had a great time. The water was choppy but just across the channel is a good size island inlet where we could go for throttle over smooth water. The jet skis ran well.Slight Downside: we showed to 30 minutes as requested, to fill it a bunch of paperwork. This could have all been done online! They need to put more work into their business model.MAJOR downside: in addition to the 30 minutes they requested us to show up, we were kept an additional hour! By the time we finally got access to our jet skis, the actual reserved time slot was nearly over. They had 4 guys in the water and a field of extra jet skis, but still didnt honor our time slot. They could have called to tell us our slot was moved. There wasnt even anything to do. No beach hut, no food, no shopping. No bonus minutes or apology. Poorly managed. Friendly though. Just not a very tight or well run operation.

It was easy to understand and get the hang of quickly. With the large area to ski you get to have access to a variety of views. We were even able to see some dolphins!

New jet skis, and several of them. Quick and easy service to get set up and get minors Florida boating safety certification. Decent prices.

Had an amazing time! first time choosing this place over pensacola beach, and will from now on, choose this place. Social distancing measures in place in the office. We opted for the 1hr 9mile course, and still didnt reach the end of the area! They also have an electronic setup on the skis to keep you from hitting others and to keep away from beaching the skis. Definitely recommend.

Super fun! plenty of room to ski. Stopped at a sand bar and swam for a little bit, good times definitely recommend. Recommend 2 hours so you can explore, beach it and swim.
