Havent been to this theater in years, but decided to go see Dora there today. The employees were all very friendly and helpful and the movie quality was good. The theater seats didnt look very clean and the bathrooms looked rough and stank of urine. All but one of the video games were out of order. And, the ticket purchase kiosk was out of order so we had to stand in the concessions line just to get tickets.I think well go to the AMC on Bayou or at the Wharf in Orange Beach from now on.

Just re opened but the management staff was great, helpful and understanding of this covid..

This place is very nice. I come here on dates to hangout with my girlfriend and have fun. They have extremely cheap prices for many of the movies. The food can be a little expensive but the drinks are normal priced. The seats are comfortable and the projections are high quality and clear

Crazy expensive. 2 sodas, 1 large popcorn...and 3 candy.... $40.00!!!!Theater in ok shape. Sound systems good.Seats decent.

Theater is hidden off the main road and feels pretty dated on the interior. This is neither our closest nor preferred AMC, yet it somehow ends up getting a lot more first showings of independent movies, so is still worth the trip for that. This is also the only theater in the area that often has a security guard posted.

Saw Underwater with Kristen Stewart and it was great. The theater had a scanner for customers who bough tickets online loved it! Maybe they can work on numbering the theater rooms better.

Clean and friendly. Even the bathroom was spotless. I love $5 Tuesdays and the premier stubs club. Unlike some of the older theaters in town, I never feel like my feet stick to sticky floors. I do wish the popcorn bags were a little sturdier, though. The thin bags tear too easily.

The check in process has one automated machine. No ticket booths employees available. This creates a terrible bottleneck for customers. Much less the people who can’t figure out the self checkin/ pay machine! That’s frustrating. Additionally, you’re forced to use the machine for tickets whether they are prepaid or not tickets. Cinema 15 had the screen half purple until I mentioned it to the staff member. Bathrooms were clean and overall great atmosphere. Just short staffed.

The outside of the theater was really messy and dirty. Inside the lobby was decent but the seats could not have been more uncomfortable. I am 74 years old and kept sliding out of my chair. About 1/2 thru the show i changed seats and it was a bit more comfortable. I was in the #18 theater in the second row seating about the center.

Clean establishment. Friendly service. Ample seating. Good selection of drinks and food. Comfortable seats.

It is very close to my home and when I went with my aunt, we were the only two people in the theater to see the movie and no long lines for concession. It was a nice experience. I cannot wait to go back.

Its kind of amazing how few people were there for a Friday night movie. Thank goodness though, because they only had one person working. She was doing ticket sales and concession.The theatre was clean enough and the a.c. was could. I guess I just remember how popular this place use to be and now its practically empty.We were not a later movie, but when we got out the lobby was already closed and there was literally nobody there. It felt like they closed and forgot a movie was going.It was sketch going to our car afterwards.I wont be going back for a night movie again.

No security, no accountability, and no respect for their already underpaid employees. Until this place actually decides to hire an authority figure who can maintain control of the environment, I’d choose a different theater to go to. I tried to reach out to this theater about this issue and was unable to get any kind of answer or explanation whatsoever. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere folks!

The staff is very friendly and the theater is kept thoroughly clean continuously. 4 stars for now since it was my first time at this theater and it was a late evening show. Will update as needed.

Went to see sonic. We had a great time and the concession stand was fast and friendly service.

Im here watching Incredibles 2 with my family and let me tell this place is incredibly disgusting. I couldnt find anyone to give us a refund because the are understaffed so we just watched the movie. Next time I want to watch a movie I will watch it in a dumpster because it will be cleaner than this.

Great place to watch a movie. This theater features all of the latest movies vibrant screens and sounds good. Safe and clean. Small arcade in picture booth great for kids and date nights.

Nice theater. Comfortable seats. We went to a preview showing of the movie, I still believe. Put out by Kingdom Story Company and Lionsgate. It was a wonderful story about human love and Gods love. I highly recommend that you go see it when it comes to theaters on March 20th 2020.

A little late but had the chance to see Captain Marvel. A Wednesday night was a great choice. It was not too busy and we had the undivided attention of the staff. They were also very prompt to clean our theatre after the movie was over. A note on concessions I appreciated the help of the cashier in finding economical and filling snacks for us that did not break the bank.

This theater is really rundown. None of the signs at the theater displayed what was playing, and worse, halfway through the movie, half the screen went magenta and stayed that way.

Clean theater. New releases. Fair prices. Great for the family or a date.

The theater is fine but the online times of movies were all wrong. Our show was to start at 4:40 but when We got there found out the movie wasnt starting until 6:15. Employees said this has been a problem and many people missed movies, arrived too early or arrived too late.

We went on a Monday night which was nice because there were not many customers there so, no crowd. The down side to that is, because it was so slow, they had very few people working which is most likely the reason that the restroom was a bit messy. You can tell that the theater is getting old because the seats were not too comfortable however, there is good leg room. We did enjoy the movie though!

Purchased tickets for my son and I to watch Spiderman. Theater evacuated 10 min after movie start and after 20 min still couldnt get back in. Contacted them the next day via phone asking about a refund and was told that I would have to drive up there to get my re-admission tickets. I told them that I was out of town and couldnt drive up there. They said sorry, cant help you then. Not real customer oriented. Dont really feel that 10 min of a movie was worth the $20. No wonder going to the movies is dying out. Worst customer service of any business Ive been apart of in a long time.

The popcorn was good. But the signs that showed which the theater was showing were down.

Exposed wiring in the theater, multiple tripping hazards. Front lobby is dirty. Whole place needs a remodel.

Horrible experience I will go to bayou from now on . All most ever soda was out all the lights that direct you to the movie were broken floors were disgusting. Never again .oh and pop corn was not good it was very chewy

Nice environment, seating is not that comfortable and the snacks are way, way over priced. They do have the lastest movies and its about the only choice you have in Pensacola so I guess they feel like they can charge whatever they want and you have to pay it. A good dinner out with the family is a better choice but if you just cant wait to see that movie that you will be able to see on Netflix then go for it.

Went on premiere night for Avengers End Game. Staff seemed overwhelmed as they ran out of popcorn. They were calm but would have been able to work effectively with a manager helping to see things because they were focused on assisting customers. They were very pleasant despite the pressure

Employees not very friendly. Act as if they dont care very much.Popcorn is slightly stale on Sunday afternoons and mostly broken. Good theaters to sit in though; fairly clean.

My experience with this theater isnt the movies its the fact that this theater is willing to allow a small starting up church to come in and use space every Sunday. Thank you AMC PCOLA 18 for being such a gracious host. Now if only you can add a discount on buying tickets immediately after church service that would be EXTRA AWESOME. Again thank you

Great service, great place to watch a movie. With the new AMC merger it was nice to be able to use the ticket kiosk to buy my tickets fast. I didn’t have to wait in the line to get food or anything just to get tickets as well. It was enjoyable, the seat bench I sat at wobbled a bit though but overall the movie was good.

No problems with the service I received or the theater where I watched a movie. I had a little trouble spotting from the road because I have never been the the area before. If it is a hot day and you want to watch a movie in an airconditioned theater then here is a good place for you.

Awesome family fun, better food options lately, but they keep raising the prices through the roof. I went from taking my kiddos there every two weeks, to MAYBE a visit each month. Yeah... their staff is rude, young and inexperienced, and even had a manager pull a racist card on our family at the Bayou store. He denied our African American party entry, to be hospitable to a party of white attendees. Then after catering to them, did he let us through. Even with our premier customer status!

Nice AMC theater. Clean restrooms and had apple caramel popcorn for a fall flavor, it was good

Captain Marvel was great! But giving one star as were rating the establishment and not the movie. Needs improvement with customer service especially since we only interacted with one employee. No Hi, no smile, no thank you, at least tell us to enjoy our movie. Theater floors were sticky too.

Staff was very rude and the building was very run down. I would not recommend visiting if you want to enjoy the movie you pay for.

This location is very run down looking.. Looks like its all but abandoned! I was afraid to purchase concessions....The exterior of the building looked dirty, parking lot trashed, video game area was dark and all but maybe one machine was unplugged or out of order, & the auditorium looked as if it were trashed during a riot!Definitely needs to be cleaned and or remodeled from top to bottom! Wont return to this location for sure!This is a generous review by the way!

Great little place to watch movies. Not usually busy, but Endgame had just come out so the place was actually packed. Looks kind of humdrum but it is kept clean and well maintained.

Everything was awesome... except we saw a movie at 9 and purchase the #1 large popcorn and drink with free refills... then when i went back at 10 to get more popcorn it was closed and there was none. Very disappointing.

This movie theater has really gotten run down. The employees were friendly, but the signs telling you what movie was in that specific theater were out on the entire right side.

Tried to go to a movie there yesterday. Couldnt even get tickets before the movie started because the lines were so long and they were taking so long to get to the customers. Definitely prefer Bayou 15.

Theres a reason this is my second choice of theaters in town. The staff left a little to be desired at the last matinee that my family went to see. But theres always plenty of seating for shows that are sold out at Bayou!

Theater staff was great. However the carpet could use a good cleaning. We ordered lots of food and everything was pretty good.

Very disorganized. If you want to see the previews you need to get there 30 minutes early. If you arent a rewards member you have to stand in the concession line to buy tickets. They need designated registers for their reward members, because it takes 5x as long to get through the line they way the have it. Wont go back

Went to watch our film of choice, purchased tickets and our food. Sat in the theatre and watched our movie till halfway in, the screen went black and sound continued. Did that several times and finally went to management and they resolved the issue but unfortunately the damage was done. Had to move to another theatre to watch the rest of it. Not the best experience but the staff were very helpful.

This place is my go to movie theater in the area. The seating is great and the rooms are always clean. The food here is a bit overpriced but is there a theater that doesnt have overpriced food? Overall, this place is worth it.

Most of the time theyre great but they have people going through work often it seems, new faces everytime I come in and my most recent experience; the girl had no clue how to enter in Stubs and charged me for something I didnt want then told me I couldnt be refunded and get what I want. Very frustrating but its not always like that and theyve always been quick and responsive for how much work they get. Need better training though.

It is kind of laughable that this is the nicest movie theater in the area. The seats are not all that comfy like they use to be. Or maybe my back is getting more pain with age. It is rare that I go to the theater anymore. The magic of movies is fading, but the smell is not.

This review is solely just to shout out Devin. My fiancé left his wallet in the theater. Devin was very polite and helpful. He found it in the theater and assured him that all of the money and credit cards were still there. Wonderful customer service. Give that man a raise!!

Went to see John Wick 3 at 2PM showing. Movie was great but actual audience experience, not so much. Movie didnt start until 2:30PM. Watched a dozen movie trailers and dozens of ads. It was almost to a point where I felt like I should be getting paid to watch them. Warm and humid in the theater, made it uncomfortable to watch the movie. I dont recommend going here to watch movies.

Purchased tickets in advance. The movie started at 7pm. Im typing this at 7:41pm. My family has been watching the movie this whole time. However, Im standing in the concession line, where Ive been since 7pm. The major issue is that this facility hasnt separated the ticket purchase line from the concession line. They are one in the same. Now its 7:45pm and my movie is halfway done, and I havent seen one second of it. This system is horribly inefficient, likely due to understaffing. Nevertheless, I paid to see a movie that Im not seeing. Now its 7:48 and Im still in line. Its worth noting that there are more concession areas well past the ticket purchasing line that are unattended. Perhaps placing a few employees in those areas may increase efficiency. But, what do I know? Ive never managed a movie theater. Oh wait...there is one thing I know. I paid to see a movie that Im unable to watch. Now its 7:53 and there are still 4 parties ahead of me in line. So, the best case scenario is that I may see the last half hour of the movie. Heres another thing I know. I will never return to this theater. In addition, I will tell this story to many, many people.Wait! I had to edit because story doesnt end there. When I finally made it to the front of the line, I was summoned by a loud and irritable NEXT. While trying to order drinks and popcorn, I was told that not all of the sizes displayed were available. As in, we dont actually carry smalls, just regular and large. Then I was told that the person filling my order could only fill half of it for legal reasons, and was offered the opportunity to suspend my entire order and wait for another cashier. Of course, I paid for what the original cashier was legally allowed to provide, as I didnt want to give up my spot in line, then waited for another cashier that could complete my order. When I got to the second cashier, I remarked on the inefficiency of the operation, to which he relied, hey man, I just work here. Our experience here was truly surprising. When a family goes out to eat...or goes to the movies, they are paying for an experience. These places arent doing anything for us that we cant do for ourselves. We can watch movies at home. We can make popcorn at home. By going out to do these things, we are buying an experience...and hopefully a positive one. Unfortunately this experience was a negative one.

The staff were very friendly. The seats need to be repaired. I love butter on my popcorn. One of the dispensers wouldnt stop flowing and the other one was broken. The elevator jolted as it went down. And no Im not a very big person, in case someone was wondering. The Bayou theater is the one Ill go to next time.

This past Saturday evening we had a BAD experience at this location. We had several disrespectful, obnoxious & immature young teenagers storm and chase one another through our theatre. Shortly after the alarm sounded. A few hundred people were inconvenienced by these hooligans. Other patrons who we spoke with said they were disturbed in their shows by these out of control children shouting obscene & vulgar comments. The & fire were dispatched. AMC had the announce the theatre was closed for the rest of the night. If you have options for viewing - choose another location until AMC can provide enough security for their patrons to feel safe.

One of the nicer theaters near me if they could keep the unsupervised kids under control.

No IMAX screens, as a result prices are a little better. Older theater and the floors are sometimes sticky. Everything else is great. Parking is sufficient, bathrooms too. Its due for a renovation and update. Still like this one though.

Dirty outside on sidewalks. Trash cans full. Bathrooms ok but really need updating. Concessions are improving. Bought our tickets online but still had to wait in line for about ten minutes even though only one person was in front of us. AMC can do better.

I generally have good experiences at this theater. Its clean, the staff is fine and the sound is good. For some reason people go to a theater across town more often which is fine by me. Less crowded!

There was no one checking for tickets. Bought mine online. Saw others just walking in. Theaters dirty. Not a usual AMC. As we left out exit door, teens lined up trying to walk in. Not a nice place. Sorry.No more visits here for us.

This is not the first time or I wouldve chalked it up to employee call-outs...Its Saturday around lunchtime. Were directed to the concession counter to buy our tickets. One bored-looking teenager is working at a snails place, and theres a long line wanting snacks AND tickets--because theres never anyone at the cashier windows, and their single ticket machine is down. Let me correct myself: theres apparently TWO lines--but one is for the people who paid for a special membership, so we should just step aside--as another customer rudely pointed out.A million years later we get our tickets and NO ONE takes the stubs--we just find the room ourselves.Inside, the chairs squeak terribly any time a person shifts. Some of these terribly worn chairs are even bent, nearly far enough to dump you out right onto the sticky floor. (Sticky and smelly is typical of a theater, but for the price paid to get in, I expected better from here).So where were the other workers? Who was enforcing the special membership line? Can someone please get invested in truly managing these properties?

So the management and staff at this theater is fantastic; 5-stars. However, the place isn’t always the cleanest in the bathrooms;3-stars. Average of 4-stars. Overall, enjoyable experiences!

Yall need more security to monitor the facility better n enforce the dress code from that expose underwear of any sort n making sure people get what they pay for when watching the movie not hearing loud people just talking n phone ringing

Well tonight they evacuated the building. management let the situation get out of hand before calling the law.. ruined it for everyone.. wont be going back there. Not safe. I couldnt comment without rating or it would have been no stars.
