My father lived here over 30 years ago. He loved it. I thought to myself how charming this place is. Just like something out of the 1950s. In fact I’ve owned a few in this park but have settled on Cairo st. It’s super quiet and lovely people and really clean pool area. Very low rent for 55 plus folks. It might have been a “trailer park” when it opened yet it was famous in its day! And in Twin Palms, nothing but million dollar homes all around this park. Also a great manager Tom. Who always has time to listen
I recently moved here and so far its been wonderful. The residents Ive met so far have been friendly, its clean, and the management just updated the gym. Theres even a community group with several events per week, usually held at the clubhouse. Contrary to one review, this is NOT on tribal land and anyone with knowledge of this park would know that.
Lived there for 9 years. Very well maintained. Certain people are very mean, not friendly, rude and clickish. Of course there are a few very nice people. Close to downtown and Smoketree shopping center.
