Great place to live friendly community.

Models quite nice, well done & appealing. The park seems quiet and well maintained. The stability of the park future is, to me, uncertain as is the space rent (not stated as a lease) which is not guaranteed for more than 3 years.After 3 years a max 5% increase is applied.

Very nice community with new homes and some a little older. Newly paved streets. New work out room club house remodeled and location location location is amazing

There is no place like Palm Canyon Mobile Club! And I mean that in a very positive way. It is well run by nice people. The facilities are top notch.

.New homes are nice. Very very over priced for a mobile home all greeed. Kaplan group should be ashamed. Every month they raise the price by sometimes 10 grand. Remember this is nice low income housing for Palm Springs

The park is being upgraded streets are terrible. The pool area looks nice but bathrooms are not available on weekends. Club house is also closed on weekends?
