Individuality is celebrated here. Each mobile home is different. Some are brightly colored, some more traditional. A few look like beautiful Victorian homes. Its an older park and a bit run down but its in a great location.

I live in the Ramon Mobile Home Park. I love it here. LGBTQ accepted.

55+ park. Its reasonably priced for having a prime location, maintained nice enough, and the neighbors keep watchful eyes over their park streets. There are amenities, too! Its very conveniently located right near stops for the main bus routes, as well as Ralphs supermarket and 2 shopping centers with restaurants, cleaners, CVS, and also the library & senior center. Though it seems lately there is some commotion always happening there, such as police, fire, rescue, etc...

Quiet residence with a pool

Ramon Park is a lovely, unique, special place, full of people who care about the park and each other. As in any community, there are a few disgruntled people, but any visit to the park will find a vibrant happy community, people working very hard to improve and individualize their slices of paradise, and a manager who has devoted 11 years to improving and refining the park. Moreover, in the past couple of years, there have been a number of upscale mobile homes brought into the park. Every time I look out my windows and see the mountains, I feel blessed and proud to live there.

It is one of the oldest Parks here in Palm Springs but many of the owners have completely updated these older mobile homes

Just bought in this park, and so far, so good. People are friendly and helpful, but not intrusive.

Old place with run down mobiles. Slum lord with non working air conditioner in 100+ heat. Horrible treatment from staff
