It’s a lovely place to call home..Quite...Stunning views...Park Management and staff friendly and accommodating. I can be in downtown in 10 minutes !

A nice place to visit but, dont know if I would like to live there cuz, Im barley turning 40yrs old and it seemed the the average age of the people who live there were around 65 or 70 years old so youre looking for a retirement community that be a perfect spot great views and nice people also dog friendly

Was there for garage sale, good experience

It is very clean guiet and they were cool about catching me using their pool shower.thank you Parkview!

For what it is its good

One of the nicest locations in Palm Springs . Upscale community beautiful mid century clubhouse pool spa manicured grounds walking distance to downtown shops and attractions . Parkview has it all . Esp the wonderful neighbors .

A very nice mobile home park very close to downtown palm springs.

I am unsure about this place

Pros: close to downtown, over 55 only, NO RENTALS, eclectic mix of residents, wonderful viewsCons: obsolete infrastructure (lots of electrical and water problems, horrible streets), high lot rent with few services in return, resident manager sees every interaction as a battle to be won (my opinion), security issues due to large numbers of homeless in the area, land lease is up in a few years with no word on renewal so home values are cratering, lots of non-maintained empty/abandoned lots making the overall park look semi-derelict.

Its just like any other mobile park. There is nothing special about it, other than its prime location
