In case you are wondering why my place is so in poor taste!!!Thank the owner and the person in the office for the state of my exterior. I personally care for my home, but they choose to throw weight around and I have chosen to let them have it. Please be aware: QUOTED BY THE OWNER THIS PARK IS NOT A DEMOCRACY AND HE CONTROLS THE EXTERIOR…..VERY SORRY FOR THE UGLINESS !!!!!!!!BEHIND THE FENCE THERE IS TASTE!!!!!!!

Safari park is a great 55+ community to live in. It’s very centrally located around the Palm Springs area. Very easy access to get to Palm Springs international Airport.The grounds are kept very neat and tidy. The pool area is monstrous and definitely well kept! The pool is heated year-round. Vons grocery store is literally minutes away from the community. Space rent is a little bit high, however you can’t live this reasonable in the Palm Springs area.

One of the nicest parks on palm springs.. I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and also it is convenient to the area of the City right off the highway 111 so as to make you feel like your not on the city.you

I’ve been living in the Park for over a year now. I’m thrilled to call it home!!! Affordable and friendly, safe and secure.

We had to wait until we reached the wonderful age of 55+ to be able to purchase our home here in Safari park. We had our eye on one particular home for two yrs. Even though we werent ready. We spent almost every vacation to the valley viewing a different mobile in the park. Nothing compared to the home we ended up with but our hands were tied by age.But finally by the grace of God and good timing we were able to purchase the home we wanted and had waited for. We have been here almost a full month and couldnt be happier.The park staff and some friends made the transition very easy and the community has been very welcoming.
