Nice beach, porta potty was clean with tissue, nice moderate trail and just a few folks. Perfect getaway for peace and quiet. A few were out on the water doing jet skis or fishing.

Great hike! A little confused about the van in the woods though.. wondering how it got there?! Clearly marked paths.. definitely got the heart pumping! Especially since it was humid..ended in a happy and satisfied ball of sweat!

One of the lady lifeguards, had brown hair, I am not kidding she kept staring at me. So much so the whole time that when I stepped over this plastic barrier (made of plastic) as a quicker way to get on the beach, which I assumed there was nothing wrong with it and no signs. I gently stepped over it and since the lady was staring she said “next time, walk around” I was in the water in and out for 3 hours and she kept looking/staring at me. I didn’t say anything, but made me uncomfortable and I felt like I was being watched and when I turned around, I was being watching by her! So whoever you are, lady with brown hair. Please don’t do that. The other lifeguards were amateur.

Small but clean town beach. Plenty of parking. Lifeguards on duty. Very strict social distancing regulations, a good thing. No showers but there are porta potties.

A great relaxing place with good vibes and different concerts in special summer Tuesdays where everyone is welcome. Come with the kids and enjoy the beach, concert pavilion or the playground. Enclosed water area with lifeguard (when open) and floating dock to jump off a big plus.

Very bad place. Very racist and was super mean. They wouldnt let us swim after waiting for nearly 2 hours. The lifeguards were disrespectful towards me and my little kids for absolute no reason. Very disappointed. If I could give this place a zero star I would.
