It’s really a stretch to call this a “park”. It’s a place to launch a kayak, and not much else. The view is kind of nice there. When the creek is low, you can walk along the creek bed. I took my dog there one day and we walked the creek bed. He seemed to enjoy that.

The park is great if everyone would pick up their trash.

At this time only the kayak ramp is available. However take the short walk down to the creek side and admire the Creek and surrounding trees good place to sit and just relax. Be sure at this time to bring chairs because there is no picnic tables nowhere to cook.This is a relatively new park and not all of it is open at this time. There may be more development with more facilities here at a later date

Unless there is more here than parking and a creek, this should not be called a park. Dont get me wrong, the creek is nice. But, it is literally parking and a creek.

Just know that if you walk down the creek past the bridge some man will come tell you that is private property and to leave.

The park is closed because the bridge is out. The bridge is being replaced.
