My son has fun playing here. Cute pretend play place, has a cafe, complete with barstools and booths, kitchen cash register all the accessories etc. His favorite is the car station with the gas pumps and NASCAR outfits, kinda wish the cars were turned so the gas pump reached. The vet station is always fun. We been a couple time since it opened, the room with the air balls that shoot up wasnt working the last time we went. Hopefully they can keep up the maintenance cause its super cute. Each area has lots of awesome accessories and things to really let their imaginations run wild. The staff seemed sweet and helpful.
Second time there, they replaced water works with reading and learning area. Bakery was converted to bday room, dont know if thats permanent. Staff awesome and friendly. Price decreased also. Definitely a great value to let your kids run and learn and wear themselves out. Clean and safe.
This place is great for kids to have TONS of opportunity for pretend play. Lots of reviews mention the cost for adults and, yes, there’s not much for parents for the price but it is totally worth it to have my son play vet, then police officer, then run a diner all within one trip. I highly recommend the annual pass for a family. You can apply what you paid that day and it includes 4 people. The fact that Arcadia is air conditioned and indoors is why we came here in the first place. Unlike at the playground where I feel like I have leave as soon as we get there because of the heat, I can stay here for a couple hours, go get lunch at the mall, and go right back.
My twins had a great time at Arcadia museum! The exhibits are educational yet entertaining and the staff are super friendly. It does get super busy on the weekends but it was not busy at all on a Thursday afternoon. It is fairly expensive for the size of the place and it would be nice if there was a cheaper price for toddlers.
Love this place and my little ones even more!.. So much for them to do. It is mostly for pretend play. My kids had so much fun.
Cute play area for sensory and imaginative play for toddlers (and plenty of photo ops for parents). Its reasonably priced and a fun way to spend an hour or so. It can get very packed, especially when there are birthdays being celebrated (which you can see on a calendar at the entrance and the employees will let you know), but if you have young kids and are trying to go do a fun thing, you probably were already anticipating this.
Although a cute concept, it is not worth the price. The water play area that is showing on the website has been removed. The ball pit area is lacking in balls, and the air conditioner did not work. It was set at 68 and only got up to 78 while there. Was very dissatisfied with our visit.
This place is way too expensive. Save your money and go to somewhere like the Orlando Science Center. With that being said it is a good enclosed space to let your kid run around and explore.
My granddaughters bday party was held there today. The concept is awesome. One idea you may want to pursue is to get a drywall guy to cut out a rectangle in the wall in the party room in the back. We couldnt all fit in the little room so if we could just see what was going on it would have been great. Other than that, A+...
Wow, I was impressed. This child play area is unlike others. The set up is function with a grocery with a cart pick foe food and cook at the restaurant where parents can wait for their childs latest creation. There is a construction area with styrofoam brick which are fun to build and knock down. There is a science area, water, ball bin, etc. This place us different from other child play area I have attended and I am thoroughly impressed. Great design!
We love this place. Just think they should have more employees to supervise the back area. Only one employee is available during the week. They should also add a gate of some sort as smaller children sometimes run out to the mall.
This place is pretty much essential if you live in Oviedo or nearby and you have kids. It is decently priced if you go for a membership and they have several options that suit your needs. It can provide several hours of entertainment for my two-year-old and my four-year-old without me having to exert much energy which is great. For the price and the fact that it is in the Oviedo mall I think it is a great price.
Food is solid and the arcade games have something for everyone! Looking forward to trying bumper cars and the escape room.
It was cute. My kids really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly. There was a big group that came in while we were there and it did get over crowded very quickly. The little areas are super cute and reminded me of the childrens museum back home. I think the yearly pass is a little much for what you get.
Great place for kids to play and entertain themsleves. Very good for rainy days as well. Facility was clean, safe and fun for kids to play. Like that you can go eat something in the mall and come back again. The front young lady was very friendly!
Hreat place. Ton of fun for kids and adults
This place is so much fun. We had my granddaughters birthday party here and the kids loved it. Even the adults enjoyed themselves and were able to play and interact with the children. The kids got to be veterinarians, grocery store checkouts, chefs, foodservice, and they had a little jungle gym. I love this place.
One of the cutest place ever! Will be taking my little girl there more often
Its fun. Theres fun for families. Best for ages 11 and jnder. Plenty of ticket games. Decent prices for bowling, arcade tokens, escape rooms, and they have theme nights.. Theres huge space and a TV area.
My two year old really enjoyed it here and played for over 2 hours! Even though we went on a Sunday it wasnt too busy. Loved that there are multiple play areas! Some of the toys could use replacing from wear. We will be going back!
My daughter loves this place! Have bought the membership twice now. Its worth it. Helpes her make new friends, get all the energy out. There are different areas. Like a kitchen, bakery, cars, water table. And the jungle gym.
Fun. Allows children to use their imagination. Very clean.
My son loved his time here. There are so many things to do but I wish the space was a little bigger because we went on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded. The price is fair.
Fun for the kids at an affordable price
We did an event recently with the business and the staff is very professional. Our mermaid had a visit and we can’t wait for the next visit. Dreams Do Come True LLC highly recommends Aracadi Kid’s Museum.
Unfortunately, I loved the concept of arcadia, but the place was a mess!!! They should have someone working at the front to assist customers and in the back organizing/tidying up. Toys were scattered everywhere all over the floor and not appealing what so ever. Looked like a hurricane tore through the place. I shouldn’t have to gather stuff off the floor and piece it together for my child to play. I guess it’s okay if you are a parent that chooses to dump your kid off and sit on your phone while your kids play, but I actually like to engage in my child’s activities and do not want to be surrounded by a mess. Very disappointed.
It was an ok experience. For the price I was disappointed and honestly could of just went to the science center as they have similar activities and much more. And I was more disappointed in the family packages. I have 4 children so yes I expect the packages maybe to not meet that number, but a family package is for 4. So it almost feels like only families with two children are welcomed lol. Cause it certainly isn’t worth paying an extra $50 per person especially for an adult. We are there for the children not because this is a great adventure for us. I think adults having to pay will definitely hurt the business in the long run, but that’s just my opinion.
We hired Dreams Do Come True LLC. After my daughter met Ariel I knew I had to book them. Great entertainment and location.
Very good, intresting place for toddlers
UPDATE: The company contacted me immediately stating that they did receive my concern and have temporary shut down the water table exhibit for a deep clean and maintenance check up. As well as sanitization of all the toys. Thank you for the prompt response and the concern for the safety of our children. We have taken our son to Arcadia several times and have recommended the place to others. However, after our last experience, we will not be going back. We were there last Saturday. My son is 19 months old and loves the water play. I noticed that the area smelled like old musty water, but that didn’t faze him so I let him play. Due to his teething, he likes to put everything into his mouth. He tried to put a boat in his mouth. When I went to take it away, I noticed it was all slimy. I then took a closer look at the other water toys in the area and most had the slimy film all over them. I brought it up to the girl at the front desk, but all she did was laugh and say “okay”. I then emailed the company. As of today, I have not heard anything back. I’m not looking for an apology or a refund. I’m only worried about the health and safety of the children playing. Very disappointed.
My kids got a blast from this place. They loved everything here
Great place for kids, especially under 8. Lots of places for them to explore.
Really nice play stations for every childs interests. Everything is hands on
Nice little play area for kids
Took my almost 2 year old and it was too expensive for the experience. I’ve been to a couple kids museums in a couple different cities so I was expecting something similar with this one, but it was disappointing. The prices were expensive for such a small “museum,” and some of the areas were really for older kids (the Ball pit/jungle gym thing and the water area was too tall for my kid)the learning aspect of the areas was kinda lame like the gas station area had some of those electric kid cars that were just the shells of the cars which were tethered to the ground (which is fine, but it takes away the interactive component when the noises and lights are disabled)This may just me being nit picky...but with other kids museums, the expectation was for kids to be kids. It was gonna be safe but also a little crazy and messy as kids explored and played with things while learning and the museums were structured to accommodate those things. But this place had a lot of rules for the kids, like cleaning up after they played in an area. I get that that is an important life skill, but when a kid is in a play environment and the parents paid too much to be there, those signs were kinda annoying. Never saw any signs like that at any other kid museums. And the floor in the water area was real slick when it got wet. Again, like wet = slick, duh, I get that but other museums have floors to accommodate kids getting water everywhere without it being excessively slippery. The girl behind the counter was pleasant to us and she did a good job answering questions.Could be enjoyable for older kids, but it wasn’t worth it to my family.
I like this place. I do think it’s over priced compared to other similar places in the area. My five year old was kind of bored here. There is a large kitchen/diner area which is very elaborate and several kids can play in at the same time. There is a vet area with stuffed animals. They indoor climbing area is nice both of my boys spent most of their time in there. My three year old really liked that area. They saved my five year olds attention by doing a story time and craft however they didn’t announce it at all so you have to happen to notice it’s going on. The water play area is nice, but the “jackets” they have for the kids are not water proof and were soaking wet. For the price I would go to one of the many many other indoor playgrounds in the area over this one.
We have a 4yr and 2yr and started going here and its great! We can easily kill 2 hours and their membership it decently priced. Only 1 exit really for people to go in and out so might be easy for an parent with multi kiddos. I havent tried it just yet, not that brave .
The best place to have a little kids birthday party. Toys and games enough for everyone, and all are designed to stimulate body and mind.
A lot of fun best for 1-4 years old. Could spend 2 hrs there no more.
Ehhh place is messy and looks worn out 15 $ plus 5 $ for extra parent it’s a rip off to be honest your better off going to my Little town in the sanford mall 10 bucks per Lil one and both parents free plus way more things for the lil ones to do it nice and clean and brighter then this place
Well apparently they actually close early (5:45pm), not 6pm, so they can clean. False advertisement of hours. What a shame.
This is the play place weve been waiting for!!! So much dramatic play and imagination at work
My kids 9 and 4 enjoyed and played for several hours with a lunch break at the mall food court. I didn’t mind paying for adult admission but that price should be less. The general cost is very expensive. I found a coupon on Groupon making it worth the visit. It does seem like management is trying to fix things that people have complained about. No more bubble room and we were able to get the air vacuum working in the Science room after carefully following the directions.
This is a great indoor option for young kids. The first adult is free now, but I wish all adults were free so my husband and I could both go.
We have a membership and the little guy loves this place
Kids loved it playing in the kitchen.. a little pricey if you have a big family
Excellent place for 1-3, possibly 4yr, activities geared toward their interests. A great rainy day outing
My brother loves this place.
Just wasted $80 for 1 hourkids $15 feeAdult $13. nothing for Adult. just sitbatter take book to readComplete tour can be done 1 hrToo expansive. chucky cheese less expansive.will probably never going again
My 7 year old LOVES this place. I decided on a membership to try for a year after already paying to play four times before. I bring my son in at least once a week, so the membership is worth it for us.It’s a small space offering a variety of “places” or rooms for imagination play. It looks like a little town with a diner, produce stand, gas station, bakery, and a home construction site. All the kids seem to really love these. The diner is very well done, and probably my personal favorite. My son likes the construction room the best and spends most of his time playing there, or the ball pit. There’s a bubble room, a water room, a Science room, and a small obstacle course type thing with a ball pit. Obstacle course/ball pit aside, these other spaces are mediocre at best. The giant bubble rings almost never work, if you come later in the day you’re lucky to have enough bubble liquid at all. The water room is “meh”, some of the fountains and sprinklers don’t seem to spray water out. The science room is a joke. There’s tubing with air flow that is suppose to push these plastic balls through, it has never worked. The balls get stuck in the tubing, if you try to move the tubes to allow the balls to roll out, the tubing pulls apart. They should really reconsider doing something else in the science room.My only other complaint with this place is they should not be charging the parents AT ALL. This is a place where kids play and parents sit. Parents, your kids will absolutely love it here, but be prepared to pay $8 to sit and just breathe the air.
Wonderful experience for the whole family, plan to play and interact with your children not just watch.
Great service, cool little place for toddlers
Very fun place for kids especially who wants to go with family members.
This place is way too expensive to go more than once. My son is 2.5 and even he was bored after 20 minutes or so. Not sure how they can call themselves a museum when its just a couple different play areas. He tried to play in the ball pit but the other kids were really rowdy in there and one was even climbing up the rope wall to the ceiling so i had to get him out before he got hurt. None of the toys actually did anything they were supposed to (no batteries in them) so it was really disappointing. Skip this place and go to the science center.
My 2 year old really enjoyed her time there.
Our 2.5 year old had a great time, however, we probably will not be returning due to adult admission price. To be honest we would rather pay a little bit more to go to the Science Center where theres something for both the adults and kids.
My son really likes this place.
My kids love this place!
Kids (2 and 5) love it here. Clean, lots of toys, friendly staff.
What a blast! Cant wait to come again.
Great place to take the grandkids
We love this place. It was worth it to buy into the unlimited family pass; the price was comparable to other play spaces in the area and in my opinion its so much better. My son has a blast everytime.
We will! I am bringing my summer camp group there in a few weeks!
Good place for kids and birthday party
Havent even been here due to price! !! Crazy $15, lower it and get more business and to read reviews sounds like management needs improvement too.
We took our children here yesterday using a deal from groupon. We’ve been in orlando for over two years now & I would occasionally search for a children’s museum so I was very excited when I found out about this place. We struggled to find it at first because I didn’t realize it was inside the Oviedo Mall. I was a little disappointed that the bubble room wasn’t working because my two year old would have loved that! I now see from the other reviews that that seems to be the norm... My daughter loves to pretend to take your food order so the diner & grocery store setting were perfect for her. My fav as well. They have signs placed to display the rules, one of those being to keep up with your children but I can tell you now that not everyone follows that rule & that was a little annoying. I know it’s a play area for kids but the way some of the kids were running around was crazy. I can now say that we went but I doubt if we’d go back. I know it’s new but there’s definitely room for improvement.
UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:We went to Arcadia tonight to see the changes mentioned, and it was a much better experience all around!Admission after 5pm was just $5 per person which is much more affordable for two hours of play. The new platform steps around the water area allow kids of all sizes to play safely now, which is so great! There were many rugs that weren’t there before to keep kids from slipping, and the smocks kept the kids dry! Fantastic upgrades!I’m so happy that we went back to give it another try! Highly recommend a visit!PREVIOUS REVIEW:I’ve been to Arcadia twice now with my four year old, and while both times were a fairly positive experience, there are a few areas they could stand to improve upon.First, price. This place is very spendy because you don’t just pay for your child, you pay for yourself as well. If there were adult activities too, that’d make total sense to me. Seeing as there isn’t, and you are simply a spectator at this place, it’s too expensive unless you happen to come in when they’re running a special (which we did on our second visit).Second, the water area is poorly planned and slightly dangerous. The water coats (even if you put them on with buttons in the back) do not keep your kid even remotely dry. The tables (save for one small side) are made at adult height. My kid is 44” tall and she has to stay on the small end or she can’t see over the table lip. With the taller tables making up two thirds of the entire area, it’s just wasted space no one under (roughly) age seven can see over. The worst part about this area though, is safety. There are only a few floor mats laid down, and they don’t cover enough of the floor. I saw four kids who were simply walking, not even quickly, slip and fall hard on their bottoms. Between the risk of injury, and the fact that it smells like mold over there, you’re better off avoiding it.Third, when they have several parties at once, they take away the use of the bakery room and use it for party space. That’s one entire area you cannot use then, but your admission price is not adjusted. That may seem odd to expect that, but in a place as small as this is, and for the price they charge, it’s an entire area of entertainment lost.Overall, even with those few issues, the place is cute. The kitchen area is by far the best ... I’d even call it darling. There is food, and costumes, and my daughter really enjoys that area. The playground is cute, but it’s small, so when you have older kids roughhousing in it, it becomes a place that your smaller kid probably shouldn’t play. If it was easier to retrieve your child from the structure, it would be different, but once they’re in there, there are areas parents just can’t climb on.The construction area has several fun things to do (tools and building wise), there is a rug with cars and buildings for very little kids to feel included too, and the veterinarian office is adorable with an exam table and lots of animals to treat! While this isn’t a place I could see purchasing an annual pass for ($199 to come anytime is a lot of money when there are limited activities), when they have specials, it’s worth it to visit. Best of all, they’re open til the mall closes so you have a place for kids that isn’t shut down at 6 on weeknights if you need to burn some more energy before bedtime!
The kids had fun, but why we paying for adults?? I asked them and she told me so parents can play toghetor with kids,I believe parents brings kids so they can relax, all day at home I think its enough for us.
So much to do here! My kids, ages 4.5 & 2 spent 5 hours playing here!
Great place for the kids to explore and learn, but I think they should waived the parents ticket, at least for 1 adult, we dont play, we just here to watch our kids, if this was done would be a 5 star rating from me
Fun for the kids at a good price.
It might be not the management fault but I still have the right to leave this comment, my son was jumping on the trampoline when an adult “a dad of another boy” curse him and I would rather not mention what did he call my son, but my wife stepped in the situation and told him you shouldn’t call any kid such a thing and not even an adult at least front of little ones.Just a piece of advice they should have someone all over the place to watch over people like a captain.
For a kid from 3 to 7 years old is ok... For the parents i believe the price need to be zero. We only watch the kids..Very simple activities and is not big enough.Enter for kid is 12 dollar and parents 8 dollarWe be ther for by 1 hr
Kids loved every minute of our spring break field trip!
Little pricey, ok spaces. Hard to track two young kids around the space
Absolutely had a blast!! Will be back!
I have an issue of having parents having to much to drink while kids play and then go on driving
Small location for such a huge cost. The adults have to pay a large amount as well.
Excelent place for the kids to interact, play and learn!
Lots of activities to keep the kiddos busy.
Fun and awesome toys
Great place
So much fun!!
Fun place for the young kids
Its OK, needs more maintenance
Fun for kids for sure
Good

False advertising. Says its for kids up to 11 years. Its more for 2 years old to 5 years old
I didnt visit this place
Just great..
Great place
