Nice but short mountain bike trails. Builders did great job avoiding/ removing roots and using available space. If trail was longer would be 4 star review.

I love this park, perfect for spending a lunch break at. Also got up early for a sunrise here, absolutely beautiful! Nice mountain bike/hiking trail for those with that interest, and a nice playground for kids.

Its out of the way. But, I found it to be clean ( including the bathrooms ) and beautiful! With wonderful views, of the river and marshlands! There are benches, alongside the trails. Just in case you want to sit. You might want to keep your eyes open. Because, I heard that there are a lot of alligators, living there!!️ Im from New Orleans, and I can believe it!️

Great use of a small area. Fun trails, all skill levels.

Theres a little bit of beautiful just about everywhere in Florida. Sometimes you just got to stop get out of your car go for a walk and look for it.

Great park with mountain biking

Looks like a great place to ride your mountain bike. We were kept busy on the river pier and the playground. Fun

Mountain bike trails are still in their early days, loamy and with not many features, but theyre complete. Good riding, with lots of promise for the future. Cool seesaw feature in the parking lot. The park has nice views of the river, bathrooms, and a decent playground. Glad to have a trail closer to home.

Thank you MB trailblazers. Rode the trails a bit and got turned around the wrong direction. If you get to the part where the trail comes out on Airport road go right along the road and down a bit and the trail dives back in. Want to help maintain the trails but not sure who to contact? Nice spot to relax and watch the river

Nice little spot to stop and have a picnic and walk down on the dock for the view of the Tomoka river.

Beautiful are little play set for kids, not to big. water and dock is a plus for fishing or site seeing.

Riverbend nice quiet got the River on the other side I want to go by myself I will take somebody with you sometimes theres some homeless people hanging out by the bathroom other than that what can I say you know its in the middle of while Forest of something the other ties the airport so with your family thats about it if you want to go fishing I guess got bathrooms and everything but parking is limited so yeah something that you would do during the day dont ever go there at night not recommended strange people

Super mountain biking in a smallish park

This is a small but pretty park located on the Tomoka River. It is very natural looking, lots of shade and offers plenty of green space, picnic tables (some covered), grills, restrooms, walking trails, and is pet friendly. There is a dock on the river where you can fish, but the stairs leading down to it are long and steep. Weve had several successful family gatherings there. The 3 star rating is due to the few jerks who ruin it for the rest of us! Because the park is sort of out of the way, it can draw some undesirables, and has been know to be a meeting place for adults seeking a good time with other like minded strangers. We live close by and have a small dog. My husband used to take our dog there on weekends to walk the trails. He had to stop because on several occasions irresponsible owners of large breed dogs would be there without their dog on a leash. Numerous times he had large dogs just run up on them, with the dogs owner either 100 yards away or no where in sight. This of course lead to verbal confrontations because ignorant people dont like it when you point out the obvious. In summation, nice park for a family cookout. Just be aware of the potential for these problems and watch your kids & pups.

Nice little park. Great for familt picmics. Has toilet facilities, and is right on the river. But lots and lots of ants.

A quiet park with dock on the Tomoka river, with fitness trail, restrooms and a few picnic tables. Nothing elaborate. Bring mosquito spray.
