Tonight was my first time going to this theater and my first time in a theater since Covid began! I really enjoyed my experience...staff was helpful and kind, concessions well stocked (I had popcorn and bottled water), theater was clean and I purchased my ticket online through Fandango. I saw Tenet and Ill certainly come back here to see my next movie!

Hi, I saw the lines to get to see a movie I liked and turned around! I used to love going to Regal. However, with what I read and what is going on with the virus I do not want to take the chance of getting again! I think Regal should offer a theater that you can drive your car up to and see it from the car! If they are worried about folk seeing that movie from the outside then build a wall bug enough so that it cant be seen by them! People dont have good immune system to see it in the theater! Pluse there are a lot of folks the dont care if you get sick or not. If I was a Rich person with millions of dollars I would design a place like this.Hey rich folks what do you think?

After this Pandemic it was great to get out and see a classic like Back to the Future with our kids. Seating was great and spaced out and it was almost a simple sense of normalcy in life again.

Tried calling to inquire about some information about their reopening since Covid-19 and spoke with Tiffany.She answered my first question but when I asked my second question she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, I called back because maybe there was a disconnect and there was no answer so I know this was done intentionally. I will be going there in person to speak with her manager about how unacceptable that customer service experience was.

Our go-to, local movie theater. This place definitely gets packed during big movie releases, so plan your ahead when this happens to deal with parking and seating.The theaters, lobby and facilities are usually very clean and well kept. Staff is pretty friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of the better theaters in Orlando.

I have been going here since it opened and it has been a quality theater with good maintenance and a wonderful movie environment

Easily one of my favorite places to go to. Regal always makes me feel happy and whole with a smile. Their popcorn can be somewhat stale at times, but it does not take away from the fact that I was always a movie nerd, and they really do appreciate that

Good quality screens and sound and less crowded than other parts of town. Concession prices are ridiculous, but thats all theaters nowadays. They are strict about outside food and drink.

Google says you’re open but you’re not so you should really fix that. I drove over an hour on sunday to see the Stevie Nicks concert movie, paid $35 dollars for tickets online only to walk up to a dark building saying “temporality closed by order of the governor”. Highly disappointed.

We were excited to see that movie theaters were open again but our experience was highly disappointing. Not only did the concession prices spike, but we also purchased multiple large drinks and popcorns and came to find out they don’t offer any refills after we’ve already purchased. We would not have purchased if we knew they weren’t offering refills. We understand the no refill situation due to covid but it doesn’t make sense why they couldn’t offer us new cups and popcorns instead or give us fair warning beforehand. Not only that, the concession workers were also handling our food without gloves or hairnets, etc.

The location is excellent since its close to many residential areas. The theatre itself is good, with many options of dont, 3D, 4X and others. Food is standard, so dont expect to find anything fancy or gourmet, but good for a movie theatres standards. It is a Real theatre, so take advantage of their online tools, including opening an account to waive advanced seating purchase fees (although this is free in some other theatres), and if you happen to live close by and like going to the movies regularly, they have a membership where you pay something like $22 a month and you can to add many times as you want

The place is good as expected. And obviously prices are elevated. Snacks are overpriced well it is the cinema right? I would go at night because it’s less crowded then. If you are a UCF student, you get a great discount! Just make sure to bring your UCF ID.

Pretty pricey outside of the matinee times, but otherwise this theater is fantastic.All the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Theater, lobby, and restrooms were all super clean and inviting.I was impressed with the venue and enjoyed my movie going experience.

We were there because of a movie screening early Saturday morning before they were open. It was cold outside and they told people in line they couldnt use fold up chairs. They had to return them to their vehicles. We buy lots of things from the concession area so its not like were there not contributing. We werent allowed to enter the building until some security types arrived. Poor customer service experience.

I’ve been there usually off peak times with the family and friends, and the service and experience has been great. Also I’ve used the regal app and occasionally have redeemed the points for free popcorn and drinks.

Very clean place, from my experience. Everything you would expect in a theater is here. The only reason I gave 1 less star, was because the screen the projector was on wasnt centered. Great place!

Its very nice. The food is great. Heads up though, the food might be a little expensive but not too much. I saw the sonic movie there and it was awesome. I recommend seeing it. Jim Carry is in the movie.

Came here to see Jumanji which was great. We had a great time with a party of 6. Snacks were good. Very comfortable seating with spacious cinemas. The parking space availability was scarce because of how busy and popular this place is....

My son and I watched the Sonic movie in 4D. Youll have to go there to appreciate it. Theres so much motion and effects in the seats that I would recommend eating lightly before you go.

My husband and I were there to watch Call Of the Wild and a group of kids would not quit talking. I turned around at least five times to ask them to please be quiet and they kept talking. At one point my husband went and told the acting manager and they told them if they kept it up she could kick them out. Well guess what it never happened. I guess the next time I want to go and see a movie and not have some rude kids talking and using their phones I will just continue going to Epic Theaters.

Beautiful theater with lots of options, but the bar rules were childish and unacceptable. One drink per Id? Cant take two drinks off the bar? My handicapped mother didnt get her rare cocktail because of overdone rules. Not even interested in coming back here.

Not a fan of removing the self service machines. I enjoyed having a physical ticket, without standing in lines filled with indecisive people. Bigger issue was screaming kids during the movie. I think there should be an age requirement for the theater, as there are local theaters that specifically cater to familiea with younger children (toddlers etc).

5 stars for customer service and -1 star (probably even -2) for the lines when buying snacks. If I have to wait 20 minutes (not kidding) in line to get something to drink that is on their menu (a beer) and they then tell me that they only have beer at the bar while being surprised that it really is on their menu (and I have ordered it there before), then youre simply to lazy to change the freakin signs.The employee at the customer service desk was however phenomenally helpful.

Fairly clean location. A nice place to watch a movie. NOTE: this area is super busy lots of pre-teens and teenagers. So if you are looking for a relaxed, chill atmosphere to watch a movie, then this is not a location for you.

IMAX theater was great. Comfy seats and plenty of leg room. Think complete opposite of United or Frontier airlines seating. Also, they have alcohol at concessions. This is new to me... never been to a theater where I can have a beer and watch a movie, so thats pretty awesome. Staff is friendly, theater is clean, movie played flawlessly so I couldnt ask for much else!

Regal unlimited member, come in at least twice a week. Today this location made me feel like I was not important and I didnt matter. Had several issues with both bar and concession and manager barely cared. Got doubled charged for stuff i didnt get in concession and over charged for drinks that the bar tender never poured me. Very disappointed to the point ill take my 10 visits a week to a different place.

Always clean and surrounded by places to eat. With the monthly plan you can see everything, good cheap fun.

Currently waiting 20+ minutes for customer service because their ticket agent didnt give me the correct number of tickets my receipt said.

Convenient for being just off the highway and being close to other amenities but the seats etc are pretty standard if slightly old fashioned. I only come here if it has more convenient viewing times than Epic Theatre

Its ridiculous that you leave on time to see the movie, but you are late for the movie because of the concession stand. Hire more people Hire runners to help get the food and lesve the cashier at the register. The cashier should not be doing both. Done with this place. Its worth the drive to Epic

Movie theater is nice, but gosh I forgot how pricey it is wow... Next time I will for sure sneak in my own canday thank you very much

Great theater but as others have said the seats could use an upgrade. Prices are common for movie places in the area. They do have military discounts. Also kiosk ordering and assigned seats which is helpful. Food is typical movie food. But there are a ton of places right around it gor a meal before or after. Staff id always very helpful and nice.

They play all the great movies! My wife and I always enjoy it here.

1st time in 5 yrs to watch a movie. Seemed dirty on the lobby. The theatre had trash theoughout. They went to reserved seating, which is nice, but we had several people that were seated up top that last monute decided to come sit on both sides of us. Even after telling someone who works there they didnt care. Add to that they no longer have combo deals costing you almost twice what you used to pay. Never again.

20 theatres with IMAX screens with comfortable seats. Standard movie theater food but they do have a good bar.

I really enjoyed myself. Got the technology for closed captioning for hearing impaired and was able to enjoy the movie. First time in yrs I never went to the movies because of it.

Their best theater has great recliners. Take advantage of the Regal Crown Club app. You’ll be earning points for free food upgrades and tickets soon enough. This location is clean with competent staff. Select your seats at ticket purchase, and they frequently have Fathom Events featured.

Theater is nice, the only problem is the ticket and concession lines. Maybe if there were more workers, the lines wouldnt be so long and slow.

This movie theater has much better seats now than the old seats and they recline. Box office now has a screen that has less glare in bright sunlight so its easier to see. Now its all assigned seating but u basically choose which seat u want in the theater. Staff is nice and lobby has variety of snacks to choose from.

How can I give this place anything higher than a 1 star when the management is rude, inconsiderate of customer issues/complaints and flat out doesnt care about anything but how soon they can lock the doors and close out the registers. I guess if you dont care about service then rank this place higher but you better hope you dont have any problems because they wont do much for you. And Im a long time regal member.

I went to see weathering with you (the follow up to the shinkai masterpiece your name) In 4dx and was utterly blown away. Fantastic experience

The only reason that I have given them a 4 star review versus a 5 star is for the fact that they do not have powered recliners like the Epic Lee Vista theater.

Love the new drink station for adult they should think about expansion on the arcade games for kids

Good Regal location within Waterford Lakes shopping center. Popcorn is average not much flavor, but you can add your own butter and salt to it. Seats are comfortable but outdated no recliner seating like the newer theatres. Screen and sound is still good.

Staff is always polite, they do a great job of keeping eat cinema area clean. Lines for drinks/foods/snacks can be time consuming depending on how popular the current movies are.

Prefer Lee Vista Epic as seats are more comfortable and area in front of srat is more spacious when late comers arrive. Seats were not reclining and seat in front of you as close as an airplane seat

Good, polite, quick service at the ticket booth and concessions. Comfortable, clean and spacious seating and plenty of showtimes when needed.However, your soda tastes WRONG...Compare the coke, diet coke, or coke zero to any of those from another store, restaurant, or other theater. Youll notice. Its like the scent of popcorn has gotten into the machine and affected the taste. And its not that it just seems that way because Im eating popcorn or am in the theater. Even if you take it home, it will still taste bad and like burnt popcorn.Its unlikely that any action will come from this, but you should really look into it. Its like how a bar needs to clean beer lines often. Ive stopped buying soda at the theater because of this.

First and foremost let me say so far the staff seemed friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, the seats are small and it seemed as if they tried to fit as much seating in the theater to get as much money as possible from each movie they play not taking into account making the customers feel comfortable watching the movies. I usually go to an epic theater where there’s a TON of space, large reclining seats in every theater to the point I almost feel like I’m watching the movie on my living room recliner just with other people around me. Maybe I’m spoiled from always going to a spacious movie theater and willing to pay for the comfortability while watching a movie. This theater was a last minute decision. If you like being in tight spaces....hey that’s good for you... if you don’t like tight spaces then this theater is not for you. But sometimes you gotta experience things for yourself I guess to see if it’s for you or not!

Very clean and nice cinema rooms, the chairs are very confortable. The people how work there are very friendly. With good service.

The screen and sound was excellent, buying tickets and reserving seats online through Regal website was easy. We did not use the concession stands.The movie started without being in 3D, I went out to inform the staff and one of them (probably louder than they meant to be) said that had happened last time too. Not a day ruiner, mistakes happen, but would take very little to confirm the movie is playing in its appropriate format for quality assurance before needing a customer to. They restarted the movie with 3D in full effect.The seats are at least better than they look as you walk into the theater, but not by much. They didnt bother us, but I could easily see others feeling differently.

This theatre has been around since early 2000 when nothing else is opened in Waterford except the theaters, Target, and Barnies (which was a local coffee franchise back in the day). Good to know that Regal has kept the place up pretty good. Great location, clean, and they show movies that other theaters were not showing such has ‘Unstoppable’ (2019) A documentary about surfer Bethany Hamilton who’s arm was bitten off by a shark.

I try not to go to the movies too much because it is way too expensive for my family, but when we do go, we come here. I love the rewards program. You can also link it to Fandango and Disney Movie Rewards for extra points!

We drove all the way out to this theater to do the Star Wars event, and they didnt even have enough pins for one showing which is one of the reasons you want to be there for the event. Even got there early, and they said they didnt have pins out, so we got some food and came right back and they told us they were out. Why would you only have a single bag of pins for a packed house event where there is reserved seating. You would think they would have one for each (Reserved Seat)! Employees, were no help and seemed to care less. Will not be coming back, and will likely not go with Regal for movies anymore. Such a botched handling of a huge event! So thanks for disappointing my 10 yr old son.

I am already a crown club member. Must admit that Regal at Waterford Lakes has probably the best and most courteous staff. The facility is maintained well and going there for a movie has been a great experience.

Worst experience Ever! We had our newborn baby & was asked to leave a movie because we had our newborn daughter with us. After we purchased our tickets & was seated inside the theater! Totally Unprofessional!!!

This is a nice theater of course its a little pricey to go see a movie these days. I havent been there for a while I saw Fifty Shades of Grey there. No big deal you pay to get your concession and go to your seat and watch the movie or fall asleep

They didnt collect our tickets when we walked in thats the first thing. Second thing absolutely no soap in the ladies room. Theater seats need an update.

Its very clean, and the movies start on time after your typical commercials and coming attractions. Never had a complaint about sound level or temperature either.

While its a decent theater, just be sure to bring a jacket, sweater and/or blanket. Weve been here now a few times and have frozen every time. Even with a sweater. For some reason they keep the theaters extremely cold.

I wanted to give kudos to one of the managers in the theatre. Definitely knows how to treat and take care of a customer. The food concession stand was aweful messed up 2x and to top it off cold and missed out on a movie and Kyla took very good care of us thank you for your customer service and going above and beyond! Will definitely be back

Great place. But seats are outdated and uncomfortable even paying more for imax. Upgrading chairs to recline would make the world of difference

We went to see End Game and the theater had been changed due to a last minute buy out. They failed to tell the ticket checker and we had to find customer service in order for them to confirm which assigned seating was ours in the new auditorium.On such a huge release and even not so big releases, all if your staff should be made aware of any changes that would affect your customers and that is something that you should advise your staff to proactively share with your guests.

No better than the other theaters around here. They serve beer. I have a problem with people snooping for my stuff for safety though. They really just want to make sure you arent bringing outside food in, just say what it is and stop hiding behind safety.

I dont like that they got rid of the queue for the concessions. Other than that, we loved being able to pick our seats. The employees were engaging and friendly.

Your prices are high, your seats are terribly uncomfortable, the rooms are dirty, no one ever does anything about disruptive patrons, and the quality of most of the theater rooms are iffy. Youre simply not competitive with [insert any other theater in Central Florida], since you asked. You got two stars because only your cheaper rooms bleed sound from the adjacent ones.

First time here and it wasnt horrible but I would more than likely come here as a last resort. I saw the latest Avengers movie here and the line for snacks was ridiculously long. I decided to watch the previews and revisit the line thinking that with time the lines would be shorter. I was wrong. Theyre were only four cashiers and I waited for about 20 minutes ( or possibly longer). I figured with it being opening week for the new Avengers and with almost every show being sold out, the crowd should have been anticipated.

Ive been going there for many years and never once have had anyone ask to look in my purse. I have been asked the last two times by the same lady saying it was for safety reasons. Is this something new? I understand but on a Tuesday afternoon. Really is it necessary?

1st time experiencing a movie in Imax 4D & it was so fun. The kids are still talking about it

We took the family to see the Lego: Ninjago movie. It was a good experience, but I still feel like they can make the seats more comfortable. Kids still had a great time and the promotions posters, etc. make it a more enjoyable experience.

This place has been my movie theater go to for YEARS. This place has great screens. The seats are very comfortable and its easy to sneak candy into the theater. They also play anime movies on occasions for the weebs out there who are wondering. 10/10 would recommend!

This theater is rapidly going downhill. The outdoor ticket kiosks don’t work, and there isn’t enough staff at the ticket booth to handle the crowds. Food service is understaffed and unbelievably slow. I’ve had fine dining that took less time than the popcorn. There used to be a bar, but they mostly demolished it. Go to any Regal but this one.UPDATE: if only the front box office and food counter were as responsive as the social media team...

Great screen, friendly & helpful sales person. However, the theater had a faint urine smell. On top of that a screaming toddler (?) didnt help. If I lived here, Id find another theater.

This theater was absolutely amazing. And so very comfortable!! The employees were all extremely nice. Buying our tickets online and not having to wait in line was fabulous!

I have been here twice in the last few weeks for early premiers. They have done an excellent job of keeping us informed and keeping different shows separated. They let us use the bathroom and go in for food while waiting also. The theaters are clean and maintained and the people are friendly.

Good theater but a bit pricey.

I caught a good movie here and enjoyed the show and the facility. Clean and missing that obnoxious burning popcorn smell I hate. Good job Regal!

This is a nice, clean movie theater. However, it doesnt have the nice plush reclining seats that Winter Park Regal Theater has, which can spoil you for your movie experience.

The movie started 10 minutes late. And when it started we missed the important set up. They finally stopped it and started over. Then the sound was so low we could hear the storm and rain pouring outside. Plus it felt like a steam room in the theater. The AC finally came on with 15 minutes to go in the movie. The movie was a Fathom event of Kinky Boots. We should have gotten some kind of free tix or a partial refund for all we went through.

Really good cinema. Prices are affordable, $12 per ticket for 2D movies. Theater is big, the seats are comfortable.

It had good surround sound, but the popcorn was a little too greasy.

Good theater over all, it would be great if they would upgrade the seats to recliner like many other theaters are doing.

This place is always pretty full especially on the night of the new Avengers movie. The line for concessions can be pretty long. They did open an extra line for paper tickets and the other one was for electronic ones, which helped speed things along. I really like that you can pick your seats online. This is great for date nights and you are short on time. Since your seats are already reserved you can get there right on time. Parking is crazy near the theater, but since its a big place there are other stores you can park in front of. We sat on the far left side of the theater. The sound was good. The seats in front of me were lower, but a tall person in front of me was obstructing part of the view of the screen.
