The best theater ever! Cinemark is always the best place to watch a movie. Their theaters & seats are so comfy and always clean, the concessions are the best (they even have Pizza Hut and wings, amazing!), they serve Starbucks drinks, have a bar and a small game room (try to beat my high score in Temple Run. Havent moved from 1st in years ;D)Its never crowded if you go Mon-Thurs. Best prices. I love Cinemark! (Go here instead of the one in Citywalk!)

Great theater for the cost. 2 adults and 1 kid cost us 37$ and the food was cheaper then most theater food and the seats were bigger and softer. They also leaned back a good amount. They made the whole experience much better. The place was clean and staff was friendly. If you want to see a movie while you’re at city walk or universal you won’t regret coming here.

Movie was good quality. The seats are all loungers. They clean them before every movie. However, their parking lot lights are all off. So it is dark and no security guards. My friends license place got stolen. So take an uber/lyft.

Loved it! Seats are very comfortable for a more plushy person! Very clean with hand sanitizing stations throughout! Staff very friendly!

Great theatre! Comfy seats, good prices, lots of parking. Only downside is location. Abandoned mall so you can’t just walk around while you’re there, just movies and done.

Great facilities at Point Orlando. Also my wife and I went to wrong the theater and purchased net tickets to see the movie there. I requested a refund with circumstances outside their normal policy but with they handled it promptly refunding our money. Good customer service is rare these days.

This is my favorite Cinemark so far. Really great place and we were greeted by a really great fella named Walter. He went out of his way to help us feel right at home. Great job.

I really would like to give 5 star but was disappointed to go and find they stopped serving food and we were gonna eat supper with the movie. We asked about the lack of foodand the staff believed they werent allowed to serve food or alcohol which isnt true because everyone is seated and theres limits

Theatre is kinda good I guess unmm manager is trash, they start making up random rules for no reason, so many rules to just get popcorn overall go to epic theatre or fashion idk go on netflix.

First time at this cinemark theater. It was clean and spacious. The chandelier was magnificent! really enjoyed the leather recliners and cups holders. I had a perfect view of the movie screen while eating popcorn and drinking my Coke. it seems part of the mall that is deserted. no problem finding parking though.update: saw captain marvel and discovered the seats have power reclining!

I love going to this theatre when we are in Orlando. Its always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We saw bloodshot today in XD. Nich comfy recliner seats with foot rests. We are planning to go back in the morning for another show before we leave town. We will definitely be back. Praying they put something useful in the rest of the building because I would hate to see it close down. But the movies and the golf bring a lot of business.

Excellent experience. We loved the electric recliner seats, they were really comfortable and made it feel like watching a movie in my living room. Definitely would recommend this theater. But I wouldnt recommend paying extra for the XD Experience, we didnt find it to be any different than a regular theater, just more expensive.

This is my favorite theater in Orlando. It has nice recliners and plenty of room. its all reserved seating that can be reserved ahead of time online.

This theatre is located in a not so great area. When I went, it was rather messy, with a good amount of trash laying around. Other than that, it was OK, just similar to any other theatre in the Orlando area.Something that makes this one unique, thought, is that it shows international movies, with English subtitles. I believe it is the only, or one of a couple theatres that do that in Orlando.

The stuff is really friendly. You can buy alcohol is a little expensive. Also you can find pizza, cookies, ice cream, coffee....

We always love coming here to watch movies. The seats are fantastic and the sound quality is wonderful. The last film my mom and I saw was Frozen 2, and I admit that it made me tear up a little.

So much fun. Clean theater and happy agents working at every station. We saw Sonic and there were all kinds of kids, we sat in the way front but still had a great time. This is one of my go to theaters!!

The Artegon Cinemark has undergone a makeover!! They have LUXURY LOUNGERS in each theater now! Push the button & the footrest comes up...they are VERY comfortable!! I will also add that you are able to reserve your seats online...when you arrive they will ask you to put in your code from the purchase. There were plenty of restrooms & they were very clean.Cinemark has changed their bag policy, in light of the violence that has occurred of late; any bag/purse larger than 12x12x6 will NOT BE PERMITTED into the theater

Nice theater. The screen quality was fine, and the reclining seats were nice. Nothing about it really stood out as above and beyond, but the ticket prices were really good.

Generally I go to Cinemark theaters because they have better popcorn, including real butter. But this one has you add your own butter flavored on top. They do also have beer on tap, but only a couple of on tap choices. Many more in a bottle. Great reclining seats!

Ive been here since the location was originally Food Festival which then was Artegon. I can see why this theater beat the test of time. It stays up to date with the time and kept renovating. Now they have XD with fancy recline-able chairs, which I would say are pretty comfortable. They have a small arcade and plenty of drinks and food to choose from. The best part is you can see which seats are available and how many seats are taken online or at the location when you buy your tickets.

Beautiful theater... Has glow in the dark mini golf too... Great seats, great temperature (you know how some theatres can be too damn hot or cold)... But very awesome place...

I love Cinemark!At first we started going there because of proximity with our place and because of the better prices, but there are several things that differentiate it from other cinema theater brands.First of all, THANK YOU for having kettle corn which is great 95% of the time, instead of the unbearably sweet prepackaged caramel sweet popcorn.Second, you guys were the first in the city to have reserved city and reclinable luxury loungers, which are AMAZING!Third, you offer a pretty good amount of menu options from different burgers to chicken tenders and even Brazilian cheese bread. Additionally, you create seasonal items according to new movie releases, which breaks the monotony of always having the same food. The newest addition of pre backed pizza and Hershey pizza size chocolate chip cookies was really smart.Fourth, you offer different types of beers and cocktails in your bar, as well as ice cream, and Starbucks coffee. They also have refillable popcorn and drink containers that you pay full price for only once and bring them back and pay only a portion of the cost to refill everytime you use them, all year round.Fifth, you have your own version of IMAX, called XD, which can be seen as it is or with 3D, and there is also 3D by itself.Sixth, you have Movie Club, which gives me 2 tix at $8.99 per month, 20% discount on food and beverages, and NO ONLINE fees when buying and reserving my seats prior to even being at the theater, among other benefits.Seventh, but not least, the service is great. Dont get me wrong, there have been a few service failures related to latency in food items being ready on time for the movie, but you have been making it right by reimbursing the money and delivering the food to our seats so we dont miss the beginning of the movie, the very few times this has happened in the last 4 years we have been going there. Air conditioning wasnt working well and the manager didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. He said he turned it down when we asked. Movie wasnt enjoyed by any of us.

Nice clean new theatre. Seating is layered so you see over other peoples heads. Comfy seats. Liked it because there was lots of room. Food was tasty.

Very nice and different looking theater, very comfortable sofa-like seat...they lean back,...but they need a little bit more cleanliness, and have their pizza kiosks stock on busy days like Saturday at night. Other than that, its not bad.

This is one of the best movie theaters Ive ever been to. As soon as you walk in theres a beautiful grand staircase, and beautiful tile floor. The staff which greets you is always very friendly and welcoming. Now youd think such a clean and fancy-looking theater would have higher prices, but it is quite the opposite. This theaters ticket prices are only $9 and $7 on Tuesdays. It is somewhat of a drive for me, but the environment and prices are absolutely worth it.

Very quiet If you want to enjoy a good movie. Mostly adults and families. No small babies crying through the movie.Great customer service and attentive staff.

Great theater! Perfect recliner seats and love that they still do early morning ticket prices! Bought Starbucks in the lobby and enjoyed a great movie! They also have a full bar and a nice concession and meal area.

On Wednesday 11/6/19 I purchased a ticket for an 11/7/19 showing of Terminator in XD @ 4:45pm.When I arrived, I gave them my ticket, they scanned it, and I walked into the theater.The only problem is that the movie had already been playing. BECAUSE IT STARTED @ 3:45p.Now I dont know if its Fandangos fault or the actual theater. But, no one notified me of the change and I was not given a refund or replacement ticket.Hell, I dont even want a refund. Just a voucher so I can actually see the movie.The theater wont help and neither will Fandango. Ive spent a lot of money at your theater. Id like an ounce of respect at least.

Absolutely love this cinema. First time and everything was awesome BUT the female bathrooms were disgusting. Smelled and tatty. Especially surprising with everything else looking phenomenal

The luxury reclaimer chairs were nice. They play a lot of commercials before the previews and then top it off with some additional commercials after the previews, before the movie. We don’t pay to see commercials. The over-abundance of commercials is the reason for 3 stars.

I’ve been coming to this theatre for over 10 years and the staff has always been great, Walter in particular has made that experience great. Clean theatre, good prices, great sound.

Very nice theater with reclining seats and divided walls between isles. And a nice theatre to order drinks (Margaritas and beer). And a comfortable lounging area to eat in near snack bar.

This place is garbage, wouldn’t even let us in because one of us didn’t have ID I have never heard of that rule before, 0/10 just garbage and the customer service is horrible and the manager has to be one of the most useless people ever

They need to clean up the garbage outside. It was really nice before, but lately it seems as though they dont run the A/C anymore it gets hot fast... dont bring a sweater.

This place used to be my favorite movie theater in town! the seats are so comfy! They recline! BUT lately it’s become a mess :/ last time I went they were not taking Credit Cards at the concession but they failed to inform people in line so we got to the front of the line without a clue about what was going on and wasted all that time in line cause we didn’t have enough cash, besides the whole thing looks dirty and messy, the restrooms were insane! Overflowing trash cans, crazy smell.. such a shame !

Clean place, comfy seats prices are kinda high but I guess thats movie theaters these days. Plus assigned seating keeps everything in order so you are never trying to find a good seat, you know what you are getting before watching the novie.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, average video sound quality non-IMAX.Dirty bathrooms, trash cans overflowing, cigarette buts and popcorn all over the floor. After our movie was over, same floors were slippery, trash bins still overflowing with sticky floors. Oh and the concession stands (only 2) had long lines with over 5 minute wait for service. I will say i enjoyed the pleather reclining movie chairs.

Went to Christmas day showing and had the pleasure of sitting next to someone using their phone. Management will not get involved....they claim to want to be Switzerland. I kindly asked her to put away her phone. Her response No......

Glow in the dark putt putt golf is awesome! The holes do get a little tricky. Headache/Migraine suffers: it is lit by black light and has lots of colors.

I love this theater. The seats are very comfortable especially since they recline. Its always clean and the employees are usually very nice.

I absolutely love this theater because its never super crowded and they have reclining seats, they also have a snack area separate from the concession stand where they sell hotdogs, pizza, burgers, nachos, frys, ice cream, milk shakes, stuffed pretzels, and mozzarella sticks. This is the only theater I go to I absolutely love it I feel like its my little secret because its never really crowded.

Went here for the comfortable seats. Also, this facility has you order and pick your seats online. I like the way it worked, and we will be back. Of course, the concessions were overpriced, but my daughters birthday so we splurged.

On March 6th, my lady and I went to watch a movie at the Cinemark Orlando and XD theater. Upon arriving at the theater we realized that the theater was closed and we were not allowed to enter even though we had purchased the tickets in advance. Unfortunately, do to a human error on our part, we realized that we had purchased the movie tickets at a different location. Stephon Gibson, quickly saw my concern from afar as he attentively paid close ear to my conversation with his fellow coworker and to my immediate surprise, Gibson was soon standing before me asking to help me. Surprised that he even knew what was going on I followed him where he not only managed to help me watch the movie my lady and I were wanting to watch, but also by the kindness of his hand he brought us a Large popcorn and asked, Is there anything else I may assist with ...inarticulate by his genuineness I just smiled and said No Mr.Gibson you have gone above and beyond! This was beyond the best experience that my lady and I have encountered and we have been going to this theater for years.~The Cortes Family

Good place some of the workers are not knowledgeable about points. And discounts with the regal crown club. But the managers know a lot about it. and are quick to fix the problems. That will persist with the other staff. The Seats are very comfortable. Its a nice theater and a friendly staff all around..

Really enjoyed this theater. The seats are spacious and comfortable. When you buy large popcorn and large drink you get a free refill. Tuesdays are $5 movies all day (not sure if this only during summer break). Downside is the cleaniness, but its somewhat expected as everyone keeps dropping popcorn all over the place. The staff there is really friendly too.

Great reclining seats in all the theaters that you reserve ahead of time -- and not crammed together. The theaters are cleaned up after every show. Can go cheaper with normal sound or more expensive with HD, 3D, etc. First movie of the day available at a discount.

Great electronic recliners and a huge screen! Lots of room to walk around in the theater well-lit to see where youre going. And what a wonderful Diversified employee staff!! They were all very kind.

This is one of the nicest theaters Ive been to. My wife and I needed a break from the heat of Universal Orlando so we took a break to go see John Wick 3. It was a great experience here. A matinee was a little over 10 bucks a ticket and that included reserved seating. Youre in for a treat as well as the seats were all leather recliners with plenty of seating space. This was quite the experience and I wish I had a theater like this back home.It also looks like you can get Pizza Hut pizza and a variety of beverages to take into your film. This was a quick Uber ride from our hotel and Id recommend going here instead of seeing a flick at the City Walk.

Great Cinema and really enjoyed the Jay and Silent Bob the Reboot movie. Would highly recommend catching a flick here at least once if youre in the area. The concessions are not too expensive and really enjoyed the luxury seating. Will be going back for sure and hopefully this teacher sticks around even though the rest of artegon has closed.

This movie theater has done a good job of preserving and upgrading their venue. I love the variety of food and drink offerings. The movie theater inside was clean and the seats were very comfy. The only complaint is the lack of light outside in the back parking area. Unfortunately, this venue is in a closed mall. I believe they need someone monitoring out back at night and additional lighting. I will definitely come back.

This theater has been here for a long time and Im so happy they made the place comfier. The place is my favorite to get collectable cups and posters its just great. They have great selection of either regular or restaurant food to take into your movie. Perfect for all, super comfy seats, and best of all the prices arent terrible compared to a few other places.

It was a hit for my daughters rainy spring birthday, beautiful theater, great prices on Tuesdays and staff was also a plus. I will come back when in the area.

The sound was not working for the first 10 minutes of the movie sometime had to leave to tell them but they didnt rewind the movie. They left the lights on for most of the movie so I was hard to see as you can see from the photos. Then the full lights kept clicking on blinding us. Everyone complained and groaned. A lot asked for refunds, I should have as well but was needing to make a dinner reservations. It only gets the extra star because the ticket lady was nice and sweet.

Comfy electric reclining seats and not so close to the next person. They have a great place to eat in the lobby with about a dozen beers to choose from that you can bring to your seat. If they are not to busy they can bring it to your seat. Theaters 1,2,19,and 20 have balcony seating. Every Tuesday all 2D movies are $5. Love this place!

Very different varieties of time and movies. Good service. One suggestion is to get Movie Club, It saves a ton on snacks.

I loved Tuesdays because of specials but even them I love their reclining chairs. The hosts are always friendly. They have an elevator too. I love the kettle popcorn.
