Iv been living here for 9 years very good Place partys in the week Ends and quiet in weekday everything u need to feel at home office and pool always open pool is getting cleaned every week its over excellent for the price we pay

I’ve been living here since 2014I’ve never had a problem with no one-The new manger is great she is making this place look good!!Look at our new park yes so the kids can playThe pool is always open and she is always in the office to help with any questions we might have!!!There are lots of ducks but hey that’s nature what can we do,,,They don’t bother me at all-I’m really happy here!!!

We have lived in the park since February 2017. We have never felt unsafe. Our neighbors are super friendly and we watch out for each other. The community has made strides in approving the park appearance. The only downside is the roadways. They need to be repaved and we have been told that would be done soon. I believe they are waiting for the construction on 15 to complete.

Nice and quiet community

The new manager is making some changes, but no changes are fast enough. Pot holes through the park. Poor lighting. Homes are too close together. No privacy. Some homeowners get away with more than others. Like materials on front porch. Trailers in front. Canapys out.

Nice place for a few hours in the day

This mobile home park has a significant problem with dogs being allowed by their owners to run loose and cause trouble. Fortunately, the management is friendly and cooperative. They make clear and obvious efforts to make the park a safer community for its residents.

Chill place to be even tho I think they should have more light poles

BACK SIDE OF PARK FLOODS WITH MORE THAN 5+ INCHES, EXIT HAS HUGE POT HOLE IN ROAD, ONLY BRIGHT LIGHT IS AT FRONT OF PARK, HOMES HAVE VERY LITTLE SPACE BETWEEN THEM, MAILBOXES BENT & VERY SMALL ROADS, ALL UNORGANIZED LOTS, VERY SHADY & GHETTO TRASHY AREA/HOMES FALLING APART WITH VERY UNIQUE ADDITIONS & WOOD BOARDS NAILED TO THEM, SO UNIQUE THAT I SAW A CAR WITH RIMS IN A MAKESHAFT SCREEN/GARAGE ON BACK SIDE OF PARK...MOST HOMES HAVE LIKE 3 TO LIKE 6 CARS PER MOBILE HOME AND LOTS & LOTS OF STRAY CATS ALL OVER PARK...ON WEEKENDS SOME BACK SIDE RESIDENTS LIKE TO DO BBQ & PLAY MUSIC SUPER LOUD, NOT SURE WHAT THEY DO WITH ALMOST $600 LOT RENT, YOU EVEN HAVE SCREEN ENCLOSURES WITH DOOR WITH BARS, LIKE NOONE COULD JUST BREAK THROUGH THE SCREEN LOL...UNREAL....THERE WAS ANOTHER BURGLARY ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO BC OWNERS WERE GONE...WOULDNT RECOMMEND PARK FOR KIDS BUT ON THE BRIGHT SIDE ITS LOCATED ABOUT 5 MINS AWAY FROM ORLANDO AIRPORT...

Some people here can get away with anything. Ive complained multiple times about noise and partying at all hours and nothing has been done. The guests at the parties park on my lawn where Im told not to park. Wish I could afford to move

I stop by this mobile home complex today while jogging near my neighborhood, as Im standing catching my breath near the front of the neighborhood the leasing manager by the name of Maribel Ramirez Pulled up on the side of me in a van with another man and asked me what am I doing in her neighborhood she does not like just anyone roaming around while blowing smoke out the window at me. I was very surprised and disgusted by her racial comment towards me but I did not know how to react being that I didnt know her or the driver of the vehicle. I have lived in this area for years and Ive never been talk to you in such away that I felt as if I did something wrong or as if I did not belong. I have contacted my local news station about the situation and I hope that someone has a serious talk with Maribel Ramirez on how she approaches people in this community.

The homes are run down and the landscaping is horrible and the streets flooded with 4 to 5 inches of water every time they have heavy rain.
