Never answer the phone or emails when I see their cars right outside the office. Horrible customer service. A family member applied for a trailer here as well and never even got a response for acceptance or denial. We tried calling all the other locations and nobody answers. We try to knock on the office door and you can see her inside but she literally will ignore you. Don’t move here, if you even get the chance to talk to someone about getting an application.

This is another nightmare to be a resident here,please stay away or you will be sorry,the manager another want to be thinking that she knows everything and you’re another ignorant person because you want to live in a mobile home park please God forgive her ethics and let her be. My advice stay away.

Everytime that it rains it looks like a lake.. The street gets so flooded there is no way you can go with shoes cause they will be under water and there is a lot of stray cats. The pool is usually pretty clean and they have Wi-Fi in the pool area.. They have a laundromat ..washers and dryers arent that big but for small loads they are pretty good and area is always clean. Lady infront office is very nice

Nice quiet place, the flooding is an issue when heavy rain comes. They have recently updated or fixed the drainage system but Im not sure how much of a difference it has made. I have family who used to live there.

Homes need renovating, not very well maintained, people are great but too many dogs, and some are just loose, not safe for anyone
