The clubhouse is wonderful since the refurbishment. Televisions, WiFi, video games, pool table etc!

A little disappointed, the park is beautiful, the front desk girl was super nice. Problem is the used mobile homes are way overpriced for the condition they are in. One obviously has a mold problem and you could smell it and the kitchen floor had a soft spot in the kitchen,, the other one we looked at was all chewed up everywhere on the walls! from the living room to the bedrooms, the kitchen etc from the previous owners dog. To buy them used you need a credit score of minimim of 680 you can qualify for a brand new mobile home having a 600 credit score.

Deerwood Manufactured Homes community house personnel are friendly and helpful.

Been here 3 years. Management is terrible, they refuse to make repaires and give you a hard time with requests you make. Weve had at least 7 different managers in a short period if time. Im sorry I purchased my home. Big mistake. Lot rents are extremely high and increases every year. If you want stress in your life then move here, if not run as fast as you can.

At this point the person who is ultimately in charge of hiring the property manager has very poor judgment. Many have been replaced in such short period of time, as they come they lack professionalism manners and morals. Keep trying sell this place as decent living and at the end of it all it’s such a horrible experience.

Having lived there over 11 years on marsh creek ln and then having to move away again, I found the front office all smiles and helpful. Sad I wont be living there again due to increased prices.

The community is great and the area is very quiet. My family and I just bought our home about a week and half ago and it was a little rocky at first but Patricia the office manager turned around to a satisfying one. Our AC stopped working the first stay that I signed the contract to buy the house. However, Patricia really helped and she came through and gave us what was needed. Thank you Patricia C. for providing great Customer Service Experience. You are a keeper!!!

Lot rent goes up 20% every year! I started paying $500 and now it’s $700! They take you to court for eviction from the land if your 9 days late on rent! Roads flood and the feral cats are a nuisance bringing fleas to my yard which I brought inside by walking thru my yard and one had kittens under my house which were diseased ! I paid for feral cats to get medical treatment and then mama cat died under my bedroom window! The pools are always closed, the playground is too small and they harass you about maintenance like your a common renter not a home owner! You may as well rent to be treated like this! They also towed my friends car while we’re watching a movie and she had to pay 160 to get it out ! They hired a tow company to do this to the residents! So disrespectful! It looks like a welfare neighborhood! I made a mistake moving here and I hope you don’t make the mistake I did

Every year lot rent raises. This Place also has a bunch of pot holes. workers that live in the community can do as please but others can’t. the only thing these people strive is to make there pockets fatter. Let’s not forget about all the cats living everywhere

Not much different than any other place in Orlando with a lot of restrictions and totally overpriced. The park is maintained though and has amenities but if youre struggling family dont even bother.

Very quiet. No bothers you. Neighbors dont talk to you, so its not a family friendly environment. If you dont look or talk or act like them they completely out cast you. If you like complete isolation then this is the place for you.

Deerwood has another new manager. Things are looking up. The last two managers Sun communities sent here were racist and did nothing to improve the quality of life in our community. Just trying to get them to enforce the rules was impossible. Cars parked everywhere, loud residents disrupting other residents, piles of trash around the houses, yards left to grow out of control. No respect for others. It was easier to contact the state officials to remedy the situation then to deal with Sun community employees. They would talk about the the residents of one race in Spanish as they were standing in front of them. Total disrespect and racist Behavior. More than one resident would video themselves in the office for protection. Sun Communities let this go on for over two years. They did everything not to acknowledge the problems that were going on in Deerwood. I would never intentionally live in another community that Sun Communities has control over. It seems to take them way too long to see the problems with their own employees. I hope the state of Florida got a chance to see how Sun Communities operate. #SunCommunities

Good service, clean place and quiet, good to live

Its a nice well kept community. There are homes to fit many household incomes. It has quite a few amennities for all age groups.

This place is ran by fascist. This place is Hell!! If you have one spec of dirt on your home you get written up for a violation with potential for eviction. Even if your yard is well maintained. Also expect your lot payment to continue to rise year after year. It will be cheaper to buy a real home! Stay aware and stay away from this horrible community with rude office managers. They rather be right then listen to any of your concerns about management.

Manufactured home community with rented lots. Appeared to be in decline during the Recession, but new owners have made significant upgrades to amenities like pools, clubhouse and playgrounds. Single main street through complex with no light at exit to SR 50 is a problem at rush hour even with recent widening of 50. Seems family friendly; not just for seniors.

Its ok they need to fix the road of this place

Doing a good job on renovations. Should really consider putting a cap on lot rent for long time residents.

Straight cats issue

I got approved for a brand new home and they gave it to someone else because Jamy Valeria dont know how to return calls and 4 time I went there they were closed? Today when I got there she sends me the email Ive been waiting over three weeks for an answer the customer service is very poor I will never recommend nobody to go the people in the Office are not professionals I hope corporate will get back to me they have all my information

Crack head dug through my front shed this morning. While I was at work. Dogs began barking and my my 5 month pregnant girlfreind was home alone while this was going on. When comfronted he said he was broke down and looking for gas...yeah right. Either way get away from my house. There is ome house on the back loop of Windmill Grove Circle that the druggies go to. Just a few places down from me. I have lived here for 15 year had vehicles gone through people digging through my belongings. I thought new managment would change all that but now I cannot get a hold of anyome at the front office to make them aware of the crackhead epidemic. Ill have to stop in. Verified theres a cross dresser crack head that carries a fire arm all through that nieborhood who knows when thats going to come to a head and someone innocent will be mugged. Its not a safe place for adults let alone children. If you are a resident seriously look into getting yourself some home defense.

My child attends this school. They dont take bullying seriously enough. My child has been spit on and cursed at by other 2nd grade students and nothings been done. Im not an absent parent in my childs life like most parents and will not tolerate such.Because of this, Im seriously considering home schooling my son from this point forward. I cannot accept that nothings being done to curb the bullying....and in 2nd grade, I mean seriously? Very disappointed.

I can wait to get out this community, they are hungry for $. They won’t listen to your concerns, they are horrendous customer services. Their ledger will not match with your.

I have no words for this place. Its bad. The lot rent we pay is now over $650.00 a month!!! I guess if you kiss butt in the office or you are a favorite of theirs you pay lower lot rent! Tbe police are always in here, every dayTheres now a gang of kids breaking into homes and causing troubleThis place is NOT SAFE!! First chance we get we are outta here!! There are supposed to be pool monitors now but yesterday we went to the pool and both bathrooms were locked! There was also 2 truck loads of teens that were drinking and smoking, not sure what, and blasting vulgar music with a pool full of kids!! A lot of the families left, those teens were jumping in the pool without looking and almost jumped on top of some young kids. Where are the so called pool monitors or dont they do their job on the weekends? I can guarantee you those teens did NOT live in here. And some one please explain the reason for having pool passes when any damn person can walk in there??!!! A few weekends ago there was a fight at the back pool and the police had to be called!!! Nice place this is!!

Inexpensive place to stay a few days in Florida

Clean, beautiful place

This is probably one of the worst neighborhoods to live in. The rent is crazy high and they keep raising it, its not worth it. Why do they make you pay so much when you dont have a yard, the pool is barely open, and the new playground they put in is so small. The rules are also extremely strict. You cant even have a small fence for a garden unless its really really tiny. They have a major stray cat problem that they do nothing about. Not to mention, the place in general looks ghetto. The workers are rude, the people that live here are mostly rude and loud, and its just not a friendly happy place. Do not move here. I wish I could move somewhere else.

You will not be happy! And you be broke all the time! Think about it! You have 500 homes on you land! Each lot is over 600 dollars or more a month! Do the math!! They are making millions off this while people are struggling to get by and they do not care! I say do not buy here
