Had a few friends stay there. Seem family oriented and everybody was close as friends.

Used to be a great place to live with the original owner but he sold it. The new company that is managing it you like you are a nuisance for anything and everything you ask about.

Older homes! Fair prices! New management cares! Will see a change soon!

It was OK. Most of the trailers were older, not in the best condition but also not the worst.

Its peadeful, very quiet and friendly. Neighbors are very kind, they are the best.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMMED, SOME TRAILERS HAVE MOLD AND ARE MAKING PEOPLE IN THEM VERY SICK. SOME HAVE NO RUNNING WATER NO HEAT,WINDOWS THAT DO NOT EVEN OPEN,SOME PEOPLE CANT EVEN DRINK THE WATER FROM THE TAP IF THEY HAVE WATER,THESE PEOPLE PAY THEIR RENTAND GET NO HELP FROM THE OWNER WHEN ADDRESSED WITH PROBLEMS.SOME CAN NOT EVEN USE THEIR STOVES BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROPANETANKS FOR THEIR TRAILERS.THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN.THE CODE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTIONTO THIS MATTER.YES IM TALKING ABOUT BIG ECON TRAILER PARK I WOULDNT LET MY DOG LIVE IN ONE OF THESE TRAILERS.THE PEOPLE ARE PAYING GOOD RENT AND LIVE IN DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS.YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
