Excellent place for a walk or dog walk and of course wonderful location for a weeding or get together.

Its pretty neat to look at but it seems like its always closed to see you can never really go inside for a tour

My family & I spent a weekend looking into local history around the Barlow Trail. This was a great stop. I wish the home had been open so we could see inside, but the set-up of the homestead was interesting to picture. It would be nice to stop here when there are people available to explain the historym

Ive officiated 2 weddings here now. Its a cute venue. Fits about 60 people. Clean with bridal house.

Interesting pioneer history on the Oregon Trail.

For a small wedding, this venue is romantically engaging! The grounds are perfect for picture taking and picknicking, and the chapels historical character makes you feel like youve traveled back in time. There isnt air conditioning so if you plan to use the pioneer church, pick a day that isnt roasting and keep your guest list fairly short. I highly recommend this location for a chapter in your happily-ever-after story.

Very cool, very cute place. I loved the history, and the pretty location. My daughter had the most beautiful wedding there.

I found two new outdoor displays. One highlights the old Baker Quarry and how they split the rocks.

Well I love history and this was just that.....there was the log cabin and a small church which is used as wedding chapel would be perfect

Great place to visit and learn some Oregon history.....lots of stuff to see....and when your done you can go just down the street and visit the Carver boat ramp, a popular spot in summer...people often launch their water-craft here...and then float all the way to the Willamette river.
