Nice park. I am a realtor and have helped several homeowners buy and sell in this park.

If I could give this place a negative stars rating I would. The so called property manager is a lady named Martha. She is completely incompetent and unprofessional. She not only yelled at us through the phone but also hung up abruptly. We called her office to inform her of an event we were going to host and that’s how she responded. We also called about her staff taking pictures of our guests which was unbelievable in itself. She proceeded to become irate and unprofessional again. This is a constant reoccurrence with Martha. This place is ridiculous, if this is how they treat their tenants. Absolutely find better residence for your families.

It was not that bad just that it got worse over time im telling because lived there for 12 years so yeah i really dont think you should live anymore or dont think of living there

Management needs to follow the rules as well as the tenants and not take advantage of parking spaces because of their title.

Do not believe the positive reviews, they are fake, created by management Martha. This is the worst place. They tell you if you have any problems to contact the office. When you do contact them they ignore you. Management has no pride and it shows around the park. When management sees something they turn the other way so they do not have to deal with it. If you have an issue good luck you are on your own. Management is only there to collect the rent and that is all. I once was told by a police officer that they are tired of dealing with country meadows that is why if you call the police especially about a noise complaint they ignore the calls he told me if management does not what to deal with these problems then why should they do.

This place wont even let you have spectrum and the management wont ever get to you.

Looks might be deceiving, but they have a nice mailbox area very luminated, and my friends home its 4 sale I wish I could afford to buy it. Just saying

The park itself is a friendly neighborhood however management is absolutely horrible! Management does not care about the tenants needs and concerns. There is no rules in a place therefore management takes advantage of this. They are working with tow truck companies to take tenants money. You can not leave your car out anywhere because it will be towed in any minute. I had two cars towed within 3 days apart. That is outrageous. Management should be fixing bigger issues rather than towing cars. The park needs a lot of work but somehow they only care about pity car issues. SMD is the towing company they use keep an eye out for them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will definitely regret it. This is by far the worst company that I have EVER dealt with. Management is unresponsive and their corporate office is just as bad. The rental hall has roaches, there are cats and loose dogs everywhere, they will tow cars quickly unless you are the manager (who always has cars in the the guest parking). They charge for things and add in late fees even though it wasnt late. I seriously cannot believe that a company is able to run like this. No wonder there are attorneys sending out letters to all the tenants to join their civil case. I understand all the reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, so a lil info on me. Single, hard working mom, just 2 of us living in the home, never paid rent late, never had a car towed, never any evictions, high credit scores and very responsible. I only give this info to show a bit of my character. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did. Thanks and Good Luck!

Family oriented gated community of well maintained manufactured homes with two recreation centers each with its own pool, one has a play structure to the side. Theyre a short distance from an outdoor market and shopping centers. Gates are closed in the evening, accessible by the residents with a gate code. Some visitor parking is available, visitor automobile information must be provided to the property management office by the residents.

CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION Unprofessional mobil home community. Always shutting off the water and light off for many hours. They have a woman named Martha with very rude attitude and she is very unprofessional. Rent is very expensive and every year it increases by about $50 dollars. You have to watch your vehicle or they will have it towed even from inside of your driveway. The people of the administration become more corrupt every day and this place is getting worst. They fixed the pavement on the streets without even letting us know that we were going to be charged for that. They just included on the monthly bill and its been more than 10 years already and we are still getting charged every month.

I would give it 0 stars but I can only give this... 1 star... I dont recomend living here to anyone period!! This place sucks the neighbors and only some not all are rude dont respect people and block my drive way when I need to come in and out of my parking lot... They play music all night.. I work early and need to sleep but they are always making noise. Thats just one thing. I have had many things around my house stolen so I went to complain at the office and the lady told me call the cops.. no other option they gave me. Still I keep missing things and stolen stuff from around my yard. The rent keeps going up and they charge everything here. I got this place because it was the only place I was qualified. I regret living here. If I could go somewhere else to live I would in a heart beat.

Love having our family reunions at the Country Meadows halls! They are fully equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, AC, tables, chairs, etc. Makes it so convenient and perfect for get togethers. Very clean and pleasant mobile home community!

OMG! The houses are amazing! The space is so good! The public swimming pool was so cool! I LOVED THE JACUZZI! Thanks, Country Meadows!

It looks clean, I was visiting when I went. I need to get a permit, but no one to help me about that. There alot of people selling their homes there.

No one at the gate mid day during week no one anywhere around in the office to ask questions.

Easy to find your way around.

Extremely unprofessional mobile home community. We are constantly harassed here by the residents and management. I cannot drive my vehicle without having to deal with swaths of dirty looks from residents. These parents toss their kids outside to play on the streets, which is very unsafe and not good for young kids as they will be influenced negatively. They are outside almost all day for 5 to 6 hours.The day we moved in, my car was keyed by several residents. The car is not even a new car, it is quite old but was taken care of. As bad as it is, I will not cry over spilled milk and low life petty people.Next, do not plan to move in here without having to deal with hordes of stray dogs running around with no supervision, leash, even a collar at the least. There are small dogs that run rampant, poop and pee on random peoples lawns, and are otherwise a menace to the community. We have complained to management, only to be given rude remarks back from the two women who run this place.Another unprofessional instance of these petty and pathetic people is this: one day I needed to buy a key card to get in. I called the office several times earlier in the day to confirm someone is available. The two women said yes, they are in the office. I said great, thanked them, and proceeded to drive over. When I got there, I had to wait outside for 45 MINUTES. The two women in the office were present the whole time. I am a full time college student who works two jobs and I dont have time for these peoples childish antics. It is disheartening to even feel welcomed here. We have done nothing but mind our own business, yet we still feel singled out by this facility.Next, the grass in this community is not treated and there are ticks and fleas that harm our animal and us. We have requested that the facility take care of this issue, as it is unsanitary and not safe.There are two pools. Both of these pools are over chlorinated. I have tried to go swimming, only to almost vomit because of so much chlorine. Often times, there is feces in both pools due to parents being negligent and management not supervising the pool areas.Overall, you do NOT want to live here. The demographic of people are very unwelcoming, there has been previous complaints of theft, and drug problems within the residents of the community, and management is extremely unprofessional.Finally, keep in mind that you may own your property here, but you still have to pay renting fees and other fees. Each year on average, rent increases by about $48.00. By the time you move here, you are looking at paying over $1,000 in fees that continue to increase.I would stay as far away as you can from this community. It is not safe here, the people who live and manage this place are rude crooks, there is high drug usage here, there are a large amount of stray animals on the loose. Most being cats and dogs, but I have seen chickens running around too at one point. It appears management wants to do as they please, charge ridiculous fees, not take care of the place, and continue to make hardworking peoples lives hard.Something else to note: There are often power outages with little to no warning from management. The water lines are quite old and I am extremely concerned for the water quality. There is often times piping work to be done, meaning you will not have access to water for a good 9 hours. Think before you come here, inspect the back of the community, not just the front. Have a look at the trash that lives here, and be aware that management is not professional or even good.

Worst place you can bring your family to live! Always shutting off the water & light with out even letting you know will go an entire day with no water and no warning! In the summer with 105 degrees will shut the lights not caring for the the elders and children not having AC. They have a woman named MARTHA with very rude attitude & very unprofessional!!! The first week we moved in .. had our home robbed!! If u don’t have cameras trust me you will be robbed .. they lied about the community being “safe” & etc....but we didn’t get that . Second year living here and they already raised the property rent!! We will soon be selling our home and hopes on getting out of here ASAP!!

Too much traffic going in and out, half of the mobile home community not so great. But its still a home for alot of people.

I have a friend that lives there and she has had a wonderful experience. The ladies in the office are great and very helpful.

Please what ever you do dont buy rent from country meadows in Ontario California 1855 east riverside dr. The management is bad. The management has turned this once beautiful place into a sanctuary place for illegal immigrants and drug users. The owners Kingsley management in Utah dont care. Its all about the money for them.

Worst place to live. Most people have trash, play very loud music at all hours sometimes until 3 AM. Arturo and Martha dont care. If you complain they always tell you that they can not do anything. Nobody enforces any of the rules, everyone here does what they want. This place should be called Little Tijuana because that what it looks like. Arturo and Martha all they do is sit in the office.

Great staff! They keep a clean park and beautiful pools!!

I like this place I feel safe with gangbangers living right nextdoor with automatic weapons. And with little cops patrolling it makes it a safehaven for crime.Makes you stay on your toes as your recyclables can be taken any moment.All tennants disregard stop signs and drive past kids. And dogs are left unleashed to leave you a surprise on your grass every morning. Your car will most likely be towed. And with all the the drug dealers and drug addicts it gives it a real cozy feel. It gets a little noisy with the helicopter and the house raids but thats just normal.

The head manager is a witch. And watch your vehicle cuz she will have it towed for nothing!

Its an OK place to live if you dont care about DOGS Crappiing all over your Green Grass because there is no control on leash laws in place or if you want to feel like your in Mexico because people park however they want and park Mgmt does nothing about it. So understaffed...this place has gone from being a descent place to live until a couple of years ago. If you make a complaint to staff here they do nothing about it. Really Sad how this place has gone downhill. I would not reccomend loving here.
