My father has had his trailer there for 33 years and it was a really nice place when he moved in, while it has been pretty well maintained the road into it leaves something to be desired however its a pretty decent place to live.

Probably the worst Mobile home park I have ever seen very run down and quite frankly trashy. Also one of the largest groups of feral cats I have ever seen in one place. It actually smells because of all the cats also seems a lot if not most of the Mobile homes there are in serious need of repairs or replacement. Sorry for a bad review but this place needs a lot of work also the lots are tiny and crammed in like sardines.

Quiet manufactured home park. Mainly Hispanic population. Pets and small farm animals are allowed.

Well, for starters, its a trailer park. It is clearly for low income families or individuals. It is near shopping, and is right next door to a private school.

Red Cross and Fire department installing new, free, 10 year smoke detectors.
