I called about any rental units available and told there was no sub-leasing, was also informed about some mobile homes for sale and was told I can come and see them and if owners are there can talk to them...Manager was surprisingly very friendly and very professional and respectful, its a smaller park and very, affordable rent....I went to go see space #30....owner is outrages and the owner is an idiot, hes asking around 60,000$ for something thats worth 28-30,000....Its a good park a bit small but management makes a HUGE difference.....thank you .Mr Ramos
