Oregon law states that if property is left in a mobile home park, after 10 days it is considered abandoned. An older couple moved out of TVMV and put their shed up for sale, which I purchased with its contents. Learned that the night of day 5, after the shed mover looked at the shed, management entered the shed and removed light fixtures, metal shelving and a freezer. Park residents witnessed the removal. The shed has since been moved. They didn’t even wait the full 10 days before they took my property. Taking advantage of others and taking what doesn’t belong to them. What does that say for the management? You be the judge.

Its quiet and clean, friendly folks. Space rent is a bit high I think it is 305$ monthly. You have to be 55 or older to live there, some of the folks live on very little social security so for them almost half their income goes to space rent. Although I suppose they could find something cheaper. But it is hard to move when you own the mobile home. Anyhow nice place landlord is friendly but slow to keeping the needed repairs done.

Live here its a nice park Please note the great reviews from all but one person I believe he is a hard to get along with person who didnt like our Manager I have lived here going on 2 years with one rent increase of 5 dollars Rob saying the rent goes up all the time isnt speaking the Truth that I assure you only problem here is finding a spot here to move into. We have a 95% occupancy rate for a reason nice folks clean park good management Rob is wrong. Check it out for yourself.

I LOVE this place! It is very clean and well kept! Ron and Betty are always great. Extremely welcoming, well informed and simply delightful. Conveniently located. Very quiet, neighbors all watching out for each other. Card night is always so fun. I have nothing bad to say about TVMV. Again, the management here couldnt be more friendly, hospitable and helpful!! Thanks for all your hard work, Ron and Betty!! Lena is wonderful and is also very helpful around the park too!!

Managers are wonderful, always there to help out.Very quiet peaceful place to live. Well maintained andRv spots have concrete parking for your vehicles.Love the storage units located in all spots and as farAs Rob Smiths comments I have never met him in the5 years weve been staying here.We will definitely stay here again...reasonably pricedWeve been all over the United States and the rateshere are great.

Stopped in there one time en route from Texas to PDX (circa 1985) and spun the rear axle splines out of one of my rear wheels on a VW Type III. I had minimal tools and the wagon was *fully* loaded since I was coming home from the Navy during July. At any rate; as it was getting very dark outside, I started knocking on doors. The first guy to answer was retired and said : Dont worry about a thing. I will a make a few calls tonight and we can get your parts and get it installed tomorrow. Go get some rest, knock in the morning and we can get breakfast and get you on your way.He took my girlfriend and I to a nice ranch style restaurant and every person in there knew him as if he was mayor. Steak and eggs all around. Turns out he was a retired military pilot and a crop duster. I had been a SAR swimmer in helos so things went well with our rapport.His buddy at a junkyard sourced the wheel drum and another pal with a garage let me use his bay and tools. In the end, he would not take or allow me to pay a dime for anything.I sent them Christmas cards for 10 years until he passed.6 stars??

Excellent 55+ RV Park. Great management. Lot rent is very reasonable. Rvs must be 2000 or newer. Pet allowed on leash or tie out, cats indoor only. Wonderful place and sense of community for full timers.

A recent mobile home park in Ontario oregon. Nothing stands out in my mind as far as amenities. Seems clean

I stayed here for a month. Very clean, quiet area. Ron, the manager went above and beyond when I needed help. The only inconvenience is that there are no community restrooms or propane on the property. I would stay here again.
