I went to do an estimate for work in this neighborhood and was really impressed. Im not that into mobile/manufactured homes or parks but this was nice. The roads are well maintained, the lots are large, and its very clean. I found myself considering living in the home I was looking at. It just had a pleasant feel.

Nice over 50 Community. Friendly people, quiet, and lots of activities. Larger yards than you would expect from a mobile park. Very dog friendly also.

The rent is very high for a old park and they offer nothing!!! They dont honor there rules unless your filthy rich.sad but true.

I love living here. Friendly neighbors. It is a safe park near to all conveniences.
