This is where I work as my second job, taking care for a senior, something I really like doing. My employer Andelcare have had me for almost 9 years. I work here as a caregiver. This place is very cool, cool environment, friendly community and I have worked here for 1 year 3 months. This place deserve 5 star.

Very nice 55+ mobile home park. All the yards are landscaped nicely and kept manicured. Mobile homes are kept up as well.

It is the flatest walking area in my neighborhood.

Great, safe, friendly, affordable community. Big clubhouse with activities going on all the time. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, pool tables, TV, etc. We love living here.

An excellent 55+ community. Great neighbors, solid values, strong covenants. Most if not all units are DeTrays manufactured homes. Well built. (95% sure of that).

This is a nice quiet park. It has a indoor pool, sauna and exercise facilities. The people are friendly and the yards are kept up nice.

A very clean mobile home community for seniors. Very friendly staff. Activities that are fun. A very secure place. People are very friendly.

55+ Community manufactured home living. Location visible from the road. Nice, and clean. Great landscaping. 2 Bus stops, one directly across the street to head to Lacey. The other stop is on the same side as Colonial Inn that goes downtown. Chambers Lake park is across the street. Also, two trails directly behind property. Transportation is also provided for Colonial Inn tenants. They have a Clubhouse that includes: indoor swimming pool, spa, billiards, ping pong, bingo, exercise area, daily group activities, office area that includes wifi. Staff friendly and professional. Lot lease includes, water, sewer, garbage, recycle, comcast basic cable, and security patrol. I really like living here. Homeowners Dues: $15.00 pr year.
