I happen to think the place is doing quite well now that they have gotten a new improve maintenance team working together the place is starting to come around pretty well. Just have to say to the two new maintenance guys (R&M) keep up the good work
My friend Greg lives here. I appreciate this park, and Jan, the parks manager.
I know everyone who lives here. I know their histories, what they do for a living and their criminal record. To say, Everyone here is on drugs is laughable. I am not and certainly the vast majority of people here are not on drugs. When behaviors start affecting the park, they get kicked out. Most work and the few that dont are disabled. This is a working class park and most have families.
A great group of tenants live here mostly from the blue collar trades of one sort or another. A sense of community exists and most get along well. Slightly rural, wild life such as deer, possums, squirrels and raccoons often appear. The park is older and over a period of time getting renovated. Families with dogs who struggle finding a place to live with their pets find it easy to take up residence. Several students reside onsite and find the location workable. Diversity is important so discrimination isnt spoken here.A downside, however, is no bus service.People who do drugs and cause problems get evicted here.
This place is a hole full of meth attic’s and thieves when I first moved in I found out a week later that I was staying by a fugitive they do not do background checks and I also think the manager Jane is on hard-core drugs because she has a whole staff except one guy that I know of full of tweakers so if you want a place to lay around and do meth this is the place for you
Honestly the comments I read of the people who say nothing but tweakers live here is extremely rude and ignorant. There is such a thing as called the working class that has a thing called graveyard shifts. Or what of those tweakers who have insomnia. I just recently moved in and although the place needed a little T.L.C. And elbow grease it has already surpassed what it once was 10 fold. And honestly if it wasnt for the awesome matience staff here (R&M) we wouldnt have progressed as quickly as we did from fixed-uper to cozy home. I just have to say to the crew that keeps the park up and going: keep up the good work!
Lived there for 6 months. I found mold under the floor coming up through the heater Every time we used the dryer because that was not vented right. My wife got ammonia twice within the 6 months we lived there probably because of the mold. Not a good place for a family unless you smoke meth because thats the only kind of people that live there. Kids that acutally lives there stole from our mailbox mulitple times. People we constantly coming and going at all hourse of the night. The landlord lady was rude but very close with the tweakers that lives next door. We tried to tell her about all the activity that was constantly going on there but it seemed she didnt mind one bit. Not a good trailer park at all.
I live here! Its nice and quiet.
Kinda a dump...
Very trashy
Poorly managed and maintenanced, drugs sold on site, all around trashy
