Updated Jan 2018:23 yrs old, still a fine place to call home, very peaceful. And everyone keeps to themselves. Small families and elderly, never had any issues really with noise. Management takes great care around the park.I have lived here literally almost all my life with my two parents and younger sibling. Its an amazing community, and consists of the nicest families around. The place is always lively and many children run around having fun. Its a great place to live and a prime location as well. I am now 18 and heading off to college at SPSCC and then UW two years from now. Ive definitley grown up very well here, and never have come across the thugs and trash the first reviewer refers to. Its a very wholesome community and I have loved living here.

Was there visiting, some what clean mobile home park. One to many petophiles for me.

This place sucks ... They dont abide by there own rules and make up rules whenever they want too....
