55 + community that I call home!

Good neighbors ..safe and taken care of properties

Located on the west side of Olympia, Friendly Village is located in the middle of places to eat, shop and entertainment. Capital Medical Center is literally across the street. F. V. is for folks 55+ who want a safe and friendly environment. My wife and I are planning to make it our new home.

Beautiful park, has many spare parking spaces throughout the complex. Very nice dog park. Close to shopping.

Friendly Village is truly a friendly place for senior citizens.

As a potential resident and looking around, everybody we talked to was friendly and everybody we didnt waved.

Looking for rental or purchase. Nicely kept despite oogly old mobile homes. Mgr said lots of turn around right then. No rentals

Clean place, management is a bit difficult at times. Space rent as much as 1 bedroom apartment. And you own your own home.

My Aunt lives here. she likes it and the people are nice.

The name isnt doesnt fit the reality when it comes to the managers here. My grandmother lives here and has told me how management has been very rude to her. I give it three stars because the place seems ok otherwise.

Pleasant 55+ mobile home park. Quiet. Friendly occupants.

Beware. There is a man, a real estate agent, who is a scam ripoff criminal selling these mobile homes here.

Great place to live

The residents of Friendly Village are far from friendly. At least this has been my experience over the course of the last 5 years that Ive been coming here. Its no wonder properties within the park sit on the market for years at a time.
