Ive been Scouting here with my son, who has Autism, for several years now. The group has welcomed him so much that I was even asked by another BSA group to come speak with their leaders about having other kids on the spectrum in their activities. My son and I have been welcomed with open and understanding arms. The motto Do Your Best is absolute with all these men and women who have volunteered to make this a great program. I totally committed to this activity with my son and look forward to getting my other children and daughters involved.
My son has been in scouts since he was 6 and will be an arrow of light next year . My younger son will be in scouts next year and cant wait because he sees how fun his older brother is having . Scouting had been great to my son and my family. This pack really is like a family.
