This is I really nice Mobile home Park oh, all the homes here look like theyre in very good shape. The roads arent messed up at all, they have road humps but theyre not too big. I like the idea that they have rocks on each side of the road where the humps are so youll know where theyre at. Its really quiet there too, I used to live in a mobile home park where they would have crazy parties all night. They even had roosters in their yard.

Got a tag on my car window because they said I had parked on grass. I was actually on the curb near grass. Said car was to be moved or would be towed 9 next morning. I was there to visit friends which I do about once a month. When I was leaving saw other cars parked on the grass not the curb like I had been and yet they had no sticker which are very hard to get off windows and are just embarrassing because the sticky residue is still on your window after you finally get the sticker itself off. They squeeze trailers so close together there is room for parking or much else. Have never had a problem before. Very disappointed in the way owners handle things.

Secluded. Well maintained. More like a neighborhood than a trailer park. Only downside seems like a lot of turnaround in employment. So its hard to build relationships. They also pressure you pretty hard to buy instead of rent. Quiet area. Never seen cops besides lockouts and emergencies. Besides covid, it has a great park area and pool. Maintenance is fairly fast and effective. I do pay near 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom and 1 of them is tiny. Thats with 60 for pets 50 for shed 40 for yard service. Water/sewage usually 20. It adds up. Besides that units are all electric so the ice storm was misery. Got to 24f inside my trailer. Overall its a great place. Everywhere has ups and downs.

Lived on this property for 4 years and lived in a sister property since I was a kid. I will say I will never live in another property ran by YES. Their extremely unprofessional and use excuse after excuse when you have a problem. My family and I had to move out in April because they refused to renew our lease. We had thought to try and buy a house through them back when our income taxes came in and decided not to to continue saving for another year. We told them this in February and they said nothing about not renewing. After we moved out they said we should get a check for our deposit, and, AND the $100 we had paid extra in rent. Every time we’ve called in the past 5 months there’s always been some bs excuse as to why we haven’t at least gotten that 100 back. First for three days the manager was out of the office and just no NO ONE else could answer our questions. Then it was the people in the office that handle this were gone. Then it was oh it hasn’t even been sent off. And the last it was pending and it should be 4 to 6 weeks and we should get it. That was back in July and now they refuse to answer our calls or questions. If we had been horrible residents I would understand but we were quiet and kept to ourselves. May not have kept the best house or yard but we paid the fee for the property to mow our yard without a complaint. We cleaned the house the last day we were in there. Left no trash in the house, swept and mopped didn’t vacuum since there was no carpet and the two things that were messed up in the house we had been complaining were not working properly the whole time we lived in that house. It was the dishwasher and stove. The oven on the stove would click and if you turned the burners on higher than 5 we’ll be prepared for a fire. We had to hand wash the dishes because the dishwasher wouldn’t clean at all but they refused to change out any of it because it hadn’t stopped working at all, mind you that stove could have blown up the damn house but ok don’t change it out. Our daughter caused no issues at least none we were made aware of. The whole time we lived there I probably saw least of all spoke to Tammy the manager twice, and every other yahoo in there could never answer our questions about anything, the only person in there that was even slightly ever helpful was the leasing agent. They can’t keep the pool open to save their lives and half the time it’s closed is just because the maintenance men don’t feel like opening. Literally that’s the excuse I got on my daughters birthday one year when I was trying to throw her birthday at the veranda and was hoping the kids could go swimming while waiting for the dogs and burgers. I will never live in another YES property nor will I ever recommend a trashy place like this to live to anyone I know.

We visit family and friends here often. The management here is a joke, grounds are only maintained if corporate is scheduled to come through, no one abides by the rules, people are constantly speeding through the community including the maintenancemen in their golf carts and trucks, renters are compensated and treated better than homeowners that have been there for years, dogs run wild everywhere and the lazy owners dont pick up the poop, cops are constantly out for some reason, the list goes on and on...

Other than their strict rules. Things are quiet you dont have to worry about your bike coming up missing, you can sleep with your door unlocked and have to worry!

Horrible place! I’ve been here 2 years and I would not recommend anyone to move here. Maintenance is a joke, the guys that they have working don’t fix anything. The office has a bunch of stuck up (). Cops are in the park every other day for something. Young kids run this park and break into the empty homes. The water is shut off without notice at least twice a month and half of these trailers have mold!!!! Do not move here! Waste of time and money.

This place is really nice and the lady I met with was really friendly and very helpful.

Visited my sister here at her home. Neighbors are always friendly. I didnt give them 5 stars because the staff here do not respond to any issues in a timely manner. My sister had an emergency problem (gas leak in home) and nobody showed up until four days later. When she asked why her issue wasnt treated as an emergency, the maintenance employee told her that it was treated that way, but nobody checked the maintenance answering machine until the afternoon of the fourth day. So if you move here, hit your knees and pray to every god you can think of. Because if a real problem hits, youre screwed.

This is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is very helpful and maintenance is Johnny on the spot. I am very happy.

I lived here for about a year. I gave them plenty of opportunity to give me a bad experiance. They only delivered a good one. I would move here again if I was looking. Great commute to the FAA.

This place is terrible!!!! They are never in the office and when they are they dont do their job. My air conditioner went out and the maintenance man hung up on us twice because he didnt want to deal with it. It took 2 days for them to get someone out to fix it so our trailer was 90+ degrees!! On top of that this park is full of irresponsible kids and dogs that roam the park through out the night. Dont let the $1 move in special trick you into signing a lease these trailers are falling apart. I promise you will be just as disappointed as everyone else.

IMPORTANT READ: Been here 2 weeks absolutely hate it. Was promised all the issues the trailer had before we moved in would be fixed and they fixed 1 very simple one (a hole in the wall from the bathroom door knob) and all they did was put a door stop in place of the hole. I was told by a lady upfront (charla) that she was all about helping but never turned in a work order or gave maintenance a key to fix our problems we have with the supposed 1yr old utilities have called maintenance multiple times and they have showed up once and told us all the other times to call back the next day or lied to that someone will come to look to see what needs to be done and noone shows dishwasherflooded the kitchen called maintenance matt come out told me he would see what needed to be done to fix it. Its been 4 days and i have not heard a word nor have they said anything to me about it when i call and ask. Im on 2 weeks with utilities that dont work i cant cook wash clothes or take care of my bodily functions cause they all flood the house. I WOULDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE IF I KNEW THIS BEFORE!

Its ok but they raise your rent each time you renew your lease. So unfortunately we will be moving after 2 years of living here once our lease is up.

****Update****The staff is friendly. Park is clean and the playground and kid area is huge and great for the kids. Gives them something to do! However some of the children here are lets just say bullys and part of the less desirable. We have witnessed children carting guns around (bb) but still. They push hit and cuss the younger ones. Even the older girls shove little boys and punch them. Lots of drug use with some of the neighbors.They have lots of storm shelters but unfortunately you cant bring your fur babies so we have to leave in severe weather. You can not let your dogs out on a chain unless you are right there with them, even if you have a fenced in yard which, btw is not allowed according to lease. They have a few homes with a fence yet you can NOT leave pets unattended. Strange I know! All in all its a decent property and most of the staff are nice..****update****There is raw sewage under at least one of the trailers and they have fixed the issue 8 days after the first request.. The main sewage line was disconnected by someone and previous tenants had requested it to be fixed due to sewer getting backed up into their tub.. Same thing happened to the next tenet.. Actual sewage was seen last winter and the following months running freely down the driveway and into street.Also a neighbor had a.c. go out over the labor day weekend no emergency Maintence and took more then 2 weeks to fix.Another neighbor hasnt had a refrigerator for almost the entire 2 years they have lived here.. They had to go buy a mini fridge. Office refuses to replace..Only hearsay but thats enough for me!!! Heard there were bed bugs in several trailers..We are totally ready to move as soon as we can!!!

We havent even moved it yet. Our leasing agent gave us wrong information about the 2 trailers we were looking in to, she was very difficult in coming to a resolution so when I finally got a hold of the manager she was very agressive and I could not get a word in. Disclaimer: I previouslyworked in fast food for five years and Im really not a complainer but there is no professionalism in the office.

I almost gave 3 stars, but they are THE ONLY place Ive leased with (16 residences in almost 12 years) that exhibited compassion towards hardship and conducted business without losing their humanity. My life fell apart and I had to leave 6 months into a year lease, we got the $99 move in special and they still gave me a partial refund AND didnt legally evict or sue me for the remaining balance. Thank you!BUT, we repeatedly asked for pest control and an AC check, yet never recieved either. Our trailer was HORRIBLY energy inefficient-$350-400 (with SmartHours) OG&E bill June -September and rarely got under 80°F in the place. The guest bathroom plumbing never worked right, apparently a longstanding issue according to long term tenants. The shed was used as a selling point yet they wouldnt provide keys to it. Not their responsibility. These are typical instances of nonsense when dealing with any leasing office/maintenence staff though.In terms of bang for your buck-we got what we paid for and overall it was an experience on-par with the rest of the OKC metro. I would not hesitate to do business with Yes!Communities again and hope to do so in the future.

I will never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. This place needs shut down. Do NOT do business with any yes community ever unless you like you dont like professionalism.

Any issues that come up are taken care of immediately. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been to the community 2 times now. 1 by myself and today with my husband. I spoke with I think Christy both times andbthr way ti me very nice shower me about 5 different homes. I really did not like any of them. I went in today and she was rud e from the start. She could not even get off her ass and see who walked in. All I here is a hello and I walk around the corner and she still can not get off her ass. I let her know that I had been there before and she acted so put out by the fact that she had to do something. She really did not wab t to show us and said that She has an appointment coming on and that she would call to see where they are butvthatvwe would have to possibly wait.Any ways she showed us 2bhomes and let us know that there is a $875 security deposit and that they can not even hold the home. So you pay that money andvthey can lease it right out from under you. I do not think that I will be back just due to the customer service.
