The people are very nice and its like a Community of its own. Management is outstanding and very attentive to the needs of the residents. She is also flexible and a works hard to ensure her residents are well cared for, even makes the whole moving experience wonderful. I would definitely reside here if I was looking to move.

Okay first off this isn’t like your normal trailer park this isn’t a trailer park this is a beautiful community that’s quiet and sage I’ve lived in this area and it’s not bad hopefully we get approved and we’ll be new tenants today! Everyone is very friendly and even the maintenance man said hello and he was working unlike our current maintenance guys lolThanks and god bless Marc K.

We have loved living here very much. Sad to be leaving after living here almost 3 years - and just when we have solid & fun relationships with our neighbors and my boys love all the friends theyve made to play with! Highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights in the rv area very quiet and well lit up with street lights. We will stay here again.felt safe.

I had a great experience from start to finish here at Forest Park Estates. I was shown around by Derrick, the sales person here, and he did an amazing job with giving me options and being flexible with my schedule. The application process was easy and quick, as well the approval process was fast. I had a pleasant experience through and through with all of the office staff including the maintenance guys which I met the day I was shown around. This area its tucked away in its own little neighborhood, its quiet, and I would strongly recommend Forest Park Estates to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Bernita the park manager welcomed us as if she knews our family already.the park it self is beautiful and the lot where we are ourselves picked for our mobile home is absolutely cute little spot with so so so so many potentials I cannot wait start making my new little place look fabulous thank you for your welcome Bernita...

We have changed managers of the park since my past review. I wouldlike to say that Miss Bonita and her crew are amazing the things that theyre doing in our community is all positive. From the beautiful flowers the picnic tables to cleaning our community up. Thank you

Seems ok but not fully secure neighborhood

Derek was extremely helpful and they have great payment arrangements for any. They do have rent own as well! Still the quality they have is rare. Extremely suggestive for ppl looking for great homes.

Me and my husband came to forest park filled out application moment we walk in all the employees was very cheerful and great moods .The sales man Derrick was the beat he show me and my husband around He did a wonderful job and he was funny we enjoy the tour they have the best sales man thank you Forest park estates me and husband and Kiddos cant wait to move in start making memories here

Bad place to live!

I was disappointed in this business, didnt want to show us one because it was close to closing the office. They blew us off so i dont think this place would be good to live there and you needed some assistance when it was almost quitting time in the office.

Hi. Im Maksym Olasiuk. I came to US 4 years ago. This place is my home. Im currently living here and Im not going anywhere not even my kids and my grandkids Excellent management and friendly neighborhood. Anybody will help you no matter what.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE OR PURCHASE WARNING !!!I would give this place zero stars if I could . its a very unorganized, unprofessional place. the leasing agents have no experience and the manager is just as bad. I went in as soon as an add for a 4 bedroom went up with cash In hand. they put me off more than a week trying create a bidding war between applicants . their add list as $1k down and after seeing the home applied . we were told by the receptionist that there were many people applying and that if we couldnt put down 4k the home would go to someone else . so we started looking else where . in about a week they called and said we were approved with 3k down . which we agreed to . move in date was set for the 1st of june, so the whole 3k had to be paid by then . no problem . we signed our paper work for the home and out a couple hundred down to hold it until Friday but had until the 1st to pay it in full . I have been in their office driving 20 mins each way more than 6 times in one week filling out paper work they keep saying they forgot . the manager was extremely loud with me today raising her voice and being extremely disrespectful to the point I asked for my deposit back . we decided not to deal with their small office drama and politics . I also contacted the owner and have put this review up in many place along with adds on facebook . DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE !! worst management and leasing agents I have ever met with no regard for others .

I had an exceptional experience with the entire process when I was looking 2 purchase my first home the office staff was not only very nice they were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process the man who took me on a tour to view the properties was great his name was Derek I believe he really took the time to understand my wants and needs I couldnt have been more pleased with the service at Forest Park I recommend this community to anyone in the market for a new home

Not the best location but has a nice pool

Very nice place to live. Alto of amenities, good security, quiet community and the new managers are excellent, they are very honest and care about their community. The only down side is there are alto of older homes.

Love living here but tired of the police being here because of my next door neighbor

They have false advertising on Facebook. And the staff was very rude.

My parents have lived here for 30yrs and it definitely is not like it use to be. Having management issues. I would not recommend this mobile home park to anyone

Great friendly and family oriented place to live and ffordable

We have resided here for almost 3 years and are happy. The park is very quiet and serene with almost no street traffic. The amenities are nice and the grounds are well maintained. The only real concern my wife and I have is the swimming pool being cleaned adequately and frequent enough. We own our home and are not familiar with the parks rental property maintenance and repair record. All in all, this is a nice place to live. The park is not tolerant of bad neighbors or deadbeats. The staff responds we to complaints from residents.

The staff is absolutely amazingly Pleasant with a extremely clean and well-maintained Park. I cannot wait to get moved in.

Pretty nice store I worked here a few years back about the cheapest place around to buy cigarettes and he is compatible with his gas

Its a great place to live.

Seems kind of expensive for not looking that nice and not that nice of an area. I mow a yard in here for someone trying to sell a trailer, and he is having a hard time getting contractors to take on the work. It really doesnt need that much either, so seems pretty strange.

The residential homes and the neighborhood within are decent, but its surrounding areas are so heavily littered that I could not take my focus off all the trash dumped on the sides of the road. Perhaps a clean up needs to be in order.

Security is horrible bunch of base heads running around everywhere not a good place to start a family

Too many stray cats and a few dogs that constantly bark. But I guess thats life.
