I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! you get treated terribly all Ginger does ( manger) is drive around and find something to complain about you get notes on ur door every month. and you can’t get ANY internet here at all! this place sucks.

We moved in in Feb of 2020 and have gotten notes on our door every month about our or should I say their yard not being up to the manager standard but they have no place to dump trash or anything else. My wife and I have had heart attacks and we cant do things like the manager wants in a New York minute she is never in her office and all she does is drive around and look for stuff to complain about my sons friend who lives here doesnt even have a place to park his car because all the visitors parking is taken up with residents cars

I used to love living here. That is no longer true. The rent has just been increased, my yard has been torn up by a New mobile home, my driveway was severely chipped by the double wide that is there now. I have just retired and moving away wasnt in my plans but is now.

It is a good place but they increase the rent too much, my mothers spot was increased $32 for next year

It is run down and filthy.

Love living here lots of fun
