So far so good, just moved in 6 months ago. The owners moved my mobile home from another park they owned ro Riverside Village. Management will work with you just as long as you communicate with her.
Lots more unnecessary rules than most courts. The rent is high and theres nothing in the court on improvements. The area is good.
Management needs to take care of their tenants and take responsibility for what they are suppose to as landlords. Dont be such @$$&%$ on what the residents can and cannot do when they want to visit with neighbors or have people over helping them. Trespassing my @$$.
Great place to live! Its quiet, friendly people, next to the river parkway! Lot rent is a little high but worth being in a nice place. Management is the ONLY bad thing I have to say about it.
Management is rude and will harass you if she doesnt like you. She is an awful person. The park is nice and clean.
Street lights throughout the park at night are a huge bonus.
This is a wonderful place to live! The park manager Michelina keeps the park beautiful by making sure residents follow the rules. Close to everything!
Best rootbeer this side of the Weber River!
I havent lived in the village but only visited. There are not too many green areas in the lot, but only outside... Its located right next to the river parkway which is beautiful. The houses are quite small and too close to each other to my taste, but hey! I dont live there. I know there are some good people living there!!
I lived here for a couple years and its an excellent trailer park. The landlord can be strict, but very nice and understanding. Some of the tenants arent the most outstanding types of people, but if you dont bother them, they wont bother you. Very warm, safe feeling community in Riverdale. Right next to the Weber river. Very cozy.
Well developed and beautifully kept old park.
Noisy, planes, trains, automobile,No swimming pool, rent high. LOTS of cats.
Management is very strict yes but as long as you follow the rules that you sign to anyway in the lease its fine and she really helps if you need anything. Works well with you as long as you communicate and is there to help even outside her office hours sometimes.
Real. Nice
You wouldnt know it from just driving by but, it actually pretty nice. The train cars can be rather noisy though.
I walked by the place. I think my cousin has a trailor there. I wouldnt want to live in Riverdale
Nice quiet street, neighbors are hospitable and friendly a nice.
Morelia is the most buirufull placecon eart,
Been living in this trailer park for 9 years no complaints
We have enjoyed living here. It quite and close to everything.
Horrible place to live. They do the worse job imaginable when it comes to snow removal. The park manager is a senior citizen who thinks everything has to be her way even if its not in the park rules she tried to make new rules up as she goes. She threatens illegal evictions and harrases tenets all the time. She complains like crazy if you try to file a complaint and refuses to send them to anyone nor will she provide anyone else you can talk to. My wife also fractured her wrist falling on the ice checking our mail were they take care of the side walk and she refused to profide there inssurance information. There is absolutely no parking for guest anywhere in the property and they play favorites some people park on the road The entire summer time and others get towed after 20 minutes.
Lets keep this place a secret!
