This place is closing. Most of its trailers are moving because it is up for sale.
I have lived in different RV parks for work around the country. This place doesn’t have amenities, they are listed but good luck ever using the pool or getting a hold of anyone because things are either closed or otherwise unavailable. I make a point to be friendly with people and here it felt like management would go out of their way to find issues or make it feel like you might get tossed out for whatever reason. They explicitly reminded me while filling out the forms that a warning for something could result in being kicked out with three days notice. They are very demanding considering this place is a glorified field with a few lots. Imagine the most demanding KOA staff in the most nothing park. This place initially seemed like that RV park that turns out to be great for working in the area. Don’t let it fool you, this isn’t the laid back park with good prices and mellow staff. Go further towards SLC or just further down the road. I stayed here a little more than a year, wouldn’t do it again or recommend it.
Reasonably priced and located near where I needed to be. Has a pool and some swingsets, but not much else for kids. They did not seem dog friendly. Also, I stayed temporarily in my RV and was told they would not be renting to RVs in the near future. The managers were nice.
I visit my friend a lot. The owner kidnapped one of her cats (That cat was a sweetheart), before the cat was kidnapped the cat was locked in the owners shed, they are just jutks to my friends dad, her dad got yelled at for floral curtains. And me, my mom, and my grandma were expected to leave after my mom told the owner she had cancer. The pool is a bit fun in the summer, too bad that its open at the weirdest time if/when its actually open.
If i could give this place a negative mark, I would.Friends and us came in late on 5/8/2019.Next morning the security guard was so rude to our other friend that was already here. So we went to go pay. Now the sign says, no cash. The security guard took our cash but didnt take our passport. So instead of 20 a night, it was 40.Plus we got no receipt. Now we pulled in because 1, to surprise our friend and 2,, we was tired. Then come to find out some of the water post are missing. So its not even a very good place to stay.
It is Passport America, $20.00 credit card only, no cash. 2 night stay. No showers, disappointing. The park is old. Part of it has live in. The spaces are not compacted. A good place just for a night or too. Easy access on and I 15 hwy.
Weve stayed at Wasatch View during Sept. 2018. Its a quiet park that is still close to the interstate. Not much in amenities at this point...they are crossing over from being a trailer park. But the sites are quite large so you arent squeezed next to your neighbors windows! We were able to have fires and use our charcoal grill which seems to be something here in the West that most RV Parks dont allow.
They no longer take pa. They are remolding. Managers were very nice and helpful. But without discount probably won’t be back.
Office Staff is very nice. Lots are fair price.
This is a trailer park being turned into an RV park. Its fairly close to the freeway entrance but I dont notice the freeway noise. Being in this location it is close to lots of fast food and gas stations. Has decent service -we got there during non-business hours & called the number on the door. Someone came within a few minutes. Theyre willing to work with customer needs. This place has what we needed for the short time we were there. There is a pool but disappointed with the hours. We like to swim later in evening when its cooler, but the pool closes at 7pm where other places close at 10pm.Its paved so kids can ride bikes and skate. There are speed bumps everywhere so no speeding traffic. There is a small playground by the pool area. We did enjoy our morning & evening walks.
Been here for 6 months now! The staff is RUDE! The two main ones in the office act like they are high up and can make up any rules. They finally got the pool fixed at the end of July, the hours are from 12-9pm get there at 2 and they still have it closed. We go and ask the staff when it will be open and his response was “I’ll open it when I feel like it” then he jumped down my husband’s throat about having a seat out of our Jeep against OUR trailer while other people have so much junk in their yards!! He told my husband that he would write him up and that we needed to read the lease agreement. It also says in the lease agreement the exact times when we can be in the pool and they won’t follow that! They do whatever they want, and they think they control whomever. We will be leaving soon.
Nice quiet stopover. This park has both permanent and semi permanent trailers as well as space for RVs. Convenient on and off freeway without noticable freeway noise. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice pool. Full hookups. Takes Passport America.
Wonderful no frills park. Manager was awesome. Gave us insight ro places to visit. Beauuutiful view of Wasatch mountain.
A good mobile home park off a big I-15 exit. Great views of the surrounding mountains.
I love this place! Its quite clean and the people have been great. Nightly, weekly and monthly rates. They have a nice pool and recreation room. Definitely recommend this place to park your RV.
Well kept grounds and lots. Good people and neighbors
Really helpful managers. Nice location right close to freeway.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They escorted me to my parking pad, and made sure I knew where all the hookups could be located. Although this was only a 3 night visit I would recommend them to friends, and would use their facility again if needed.
The WORST! Avoid at all costs, the managers are absolutely abhorrent, and thrive on DRAMA, and Negativity!!! The most hateful people Ive ever encountered!!! And, the park is disgusting!
Nice quiet RV park and it was closer to family than the one weve stayed at before. It looks like theyre cleaning things up and moving it old be double wide trailers. We did have a problem with neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs. The managers were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
Needs some TLC. The comfort station was closed. No water.
Stayed here for two days with the PA discount. Theresa and her husband were great and directed us spot 198, which had trees on both sides. The site was level, electrical and water were great. Although mixed in with full time mobile home owners, they are all friendly. A good place to stop overnight or a few days.
Big wide sites, paved roads, clean, nice pool.Convenient to shopping and downtown Ogden. It is an older mobile home park they are slowly converting to all rv so there is some eye sore.Great deal with Passport America.
Just moved in over here and so far its great. Its a little ways from my work and stuff but price is right and they have the room
Rich get more rich and well thats how we have trailer parks
There is a great deal of work being done. They are getting old mobile homes out, keeping the grounds in good shape. Large sites, fhu, club house, great views. Staff are great.
Well its convenient because its right by the freeway a lot of places to eat around there overall all been good
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. MANAGEMENT IS SHOCKINGLY RUDE.We showed up at 7:05pm (somehow their office closes at 3pm on Tuesday/Wednesday). So we call them and no answer. Then we call again and they swing by in a cart and yell at us for our dogs being on the grass. He then proceeds to tell us that Passport America discounts only work before 7:00pm. We decided to leave after this treatment and the man says “thanks for leaving”. Do yourself a favor and never stay here
Nice clean pk, roomy sites.
Easy to find address when delivering
Get what you pay for. At $20 Passport America I cant complain. The manager was helpful and polite, but there are a lot of run down mobiles as neighbors. WiFi is non existent but if you ask for a double wide there is plenty of room.
Great place to live whether it be long-term or short-term. And Josh the maintenance man, we love you.
Large lots, clean, very nice pool and clubhouse. Manager very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Good ppl leave here park is always clean no rif RAF here kid friendly safe place to leave
Terrible. No help At all and very rude
The showers were inside an old double wide that has seen better days. They were relatively clean and people were nice. There seems to be some sketchy long timers so we kept to ourselves. Overall fair for the PA discount.
The rudest and most unfriendly management! We had a monthly spot already paid for the month. Due to family problems called and told them that. I would be out to pick the trailer up at end of month witch rent was already paid. They said that we needed to pay the power. I offered a credit card over the phone. They wouldnt accept it. Im 5 hours from there. They yelled at me on the phone and they said they was confiscate the trailer. This is the 2end issue Ive had with this so called management. I would stay at Wal-Mart before i ever stayed there again
Our first RV experience was made unnecessarily stressful due to the rudeness of this parks staff. We started at the park with a park employee parking our trailer in mud and off of the concrete strips. We had to pull the trailer out of the mud and the park employees got upset that we tore up their sod (really weeds and mud). We rented for the month of March 2019. We took a week long trip during that time and when we returned (still in March of 19) there was another trailer parked in our spot, even though there were several empty and dry spots available. When we called the on call manager he was very impatient with my husband trying to back up the trailer in the new spot. We ended up leaving angry and will never return. Hope this stops others from this headache.
Friendly staff, quiet park. Needs some updating but the sites are very large and the rates reasonable. Many full timers with a mix of mobile homes and double widespread as well as RVs.
My dad wants to move here, awesome place! Great golf course and staff!
Run down mobile home park.Limited maintenance.Big spaces.Water own grass (whats left of it).Good prices - daily, weekly, monthly.Currently for sale.
This is the most terrible place to live for many reasons1 the managers kim and terry are completely rude2 they will evict you for stupid reasons3 they will have your kids work for them illegaly4 they will illegaly evict you5 they will complain to you that you have stuff i your yard even though most of the lots looks like a war zone6 rent is way to muchBottom line your better off living under a bridge then here this trailer park is full of gang activity and drugs its pretty bad when the maintenance workers hate it here and hate the managers they are running people out of this park atleast 10 people get evicted a day here
Its a ok place to be at
Looks like a great community. Quiet safe and friendly environment
The place is not well kept up. There was no grass just stickers. Lots of empty spots...I left after only 2 days because my dogs could not even walk without stepping on goatheads. They kept my whole months rent and my 250 deposit for the electricity even though I only stayed 2 nights. Would NOT recommend this place even to an enemy.
You have to die to get in. Well kept
The staff is very friendly management and the crew that goes in Queens around the place is very nice and beautiful they take care of their swimming pools and make sure thing is accommodating for all those needs for RVs and mobile homes
Nice clubhouseThe grounds are not well kept and I would not want to live there.
Wonderful park
Do not hesitate to stay here. Some previce reviews are misleading.Customer service while booking, as well as check-in, and led to our spot were quite pleasant as well as thoughtful. It a super Large park, with long term residents and RV Park.Using our Good Sam, 50% discount, nevertheless, is worth full price!Pull through long enough for our 37 RV with our Jeep Cherokee in tow.Only weeds we saw were maybe knee high, in an ababdon driveway. Definitely no big deal.Very close to eestaurants, shopping. Check out LEES MARKET. SUPER NEAT, CLEAN & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Should we be in the area again, well return!!!!
THIS YEAR, 2016, THEY ARE REQUIRING a MOTORHOME ...that wants to STAY FOR 3 or 4 MONTHS, ...TO PAY **FIRST AND LAST** months RENT PLUS a deposit. The deposit I understand, First and Last is RIDICULOUS for a traveling motorhome!!We have stayed there 2 years in a row for several months in the summer, the place is fine, they are trying to fix it up by taking out all of the old trailers that are there.
Management staff very rude apparently it is OK to threaten people in polite conversation but theyre not capable of holding one I record all my interactions with them.
WAS A VERY NICE FAMILY TRAILER PARK ONCE UPON A TIME!!!
Its a great place my girls love the poeple are friendly its clean and quiet n i wouldnt change the experience I had there..
Garbage. They were rude to my dad. They showed up here. And started yelling at him infront of the people who were suppose to move next door to us. They cussed at him. Theyre very rude! New management sucks!! theyre always coming after us because of our dogs barking. Like dogs bark And my dog luna hate leashes but never leaves the yard. People complaint about her but its really just the management. Because Ive seen other dogs run around and they dont do crap! Theyre always harassing us. They can be nice.
They have some nice rv spaces we had stayed there year before..Now they have new management watch out for them there drunks and not very nice,We made reservation told them we would be there around 6pm we got there office closed we had or sites we started parking .I called to let them know we there and backing in they showed up on a cart and told my husband he wasent to smart and i said whats wrong and he told mom me to shut up he would get me and he did my son walked over. Then his wife started telling him of we was like whats the problem they said we like everyone to know who boss is and if you dont like it leave.so we did.there are lots of really ran down Mobil homes and looks like drug ussers. .so beware !!.so that might be why they have so many open spaces when all the other rv parks are full ..
This was a community of homes now they have turned it in to a Koa resort campground. I would not move here again.
There welcoming have a pool and a shower area great place...
Kim and Teresa are great managers to work with. Very helpful.
Very nice man showed us to our RV spot and helped spot us by the utilities. Cant beat the place for stopping to work or to see area attractions.
Thanks you moved in here 2012 which my husband which we Hyundais the maintenance management everybody is from grateful to me Im still here because of the management theyre married maybe run down Shaqs trailers there is one of the best places Ive lived for a long time knowing that I have house is great they are taking their time to build up new manager is here how old man of great too but the owners are actually taking time to build up houses so its a great place to live they know when they have to spend money on somebody and when to fix something your does take time but does get fixed I have great friends here is just like a suburb of each other part to move into if you looking for a trailer park RV parking I dont think theyre taking rentals for mobile homes like I live in Im actually thinking of trying to get rid of them all turn into RV park only but dont know how long does it take theyre great management and great maintenance team around here to do a lot of work and got to give him up for for that always room for improvement so I cannot give a 5 no ones perfect 9 minutes to the park and not even any trailer park but I love living here of going on five years unit 3 bedroom mobile home its wonderful and its the largest home ever owned or rented so anywho the neighbors like best friends we all know each other and we know who to count on when we need people like a little suburb in the in the far west very pleasant view far west north of you Im sorry if mic suck on my phone! But it help in long I dont have to type anyway I give four stars this place because its better than an apartment complex the I got a grass fencing line AM proud to be here because there a great managers and great management here that really care for you they dont just stand by and let you say words and keep on singing they actually help you out great people around me how to care RV trailer homes mine or North Ogden friends are right here in the trailer park Im popular they have 9 foot pool deep pool is great when you can basketball courts close to gas stations restaurant whatever you want close everything and called Tony might actually first best place ever lived anyway thats why do it four stars it still needs help ya since around down soon run down RVs but theyre doing their best to fix the one drops that people are living in getting rid of ones that have been empty for ever so Im already is coming so its clean up a lot this year theres my advice take it or leave it thank you listening and thank you for those people at Wasatch view estates. Keep up the good work!!
If I could give a negative review I would. If your not selling or buying drugs from the management you might as well not even stay there. Gross pool, the bath house is an old falling down double wide, they do not mow rv lots, if you dont have your payment in before the 1st of the month they will put an eviction notice on your door that afternoon (you can not pay on the first without getting a late fee), if you have a broken water connection you have to fix it yourself with no reimbursement, wild cats and dogs roaming around that will harass your pets, they make rules that only some residents have to follow and friends with management do not have to follow, the best one is if you go and get your last statement you will get cussed at for not asking to leave their wonderful establishment.Over-nighters drive the couple extra miles north to the KOA in Perry or south to Cenrty 21 RV in Ogden.
Way over priced for what you get, no WI Fi, no cable tv, no picnic tables, broken concrete and rude staff. RVers dont bother, Century 21 RV Park is much nicer and has everything youd expect from a RV Park. Well never stay there again.
Very unkempt, too bad this should be at least a 4 star rating with its location
Mobile home Park that has converted some pads to RV use. No guarantee of level site. Nothing special, no shade. Only takes credit cards per parent company rules.
Stayed in park a year untill new management took over. When the horrible new managers started to be very ugly to all that resided at the park. Not friendly is an understatement . Said they were going to clean up park, but what they do is let drugs and trash come into park. Their nasty attitude seemed to be directed to anyone that asked about why they are allowing riff Raf to come in. And the reply was we cant discriminate against anyone . Local police dept. Visit park on a regular basis due to complaints. It is a really horrible place to stay. Even over nights have problems . Water is always being shut off . Lawns are shabby, overall it does not deserve a first look, these managers are chasing good people out of this park! We cant understand how the owners Silverking properties would allow this kind of management team to run their facility,.if people want to come and stay. They want to charge top dollar for this park with that kind of money should be resort living, which this park is now becoming the worst park in Utah.Never again will we be fooled into a park that advertises so much and gives so little!
After three rv parks that were so road noisy we could not sleep, we are staying here overnight. Is very quiet we parked in a very level site.
Dont remember coming here
Wonderful place . Nice people
Weare my Hart ID IS.General g....
Place was a dump
I wouldnt stay here ever again the management Kim very rude very disrespectful and it just seemed like all he wanted to do was fight very rude man doesnt listen to anybody else the side of anything doesnt bother to even sit down and talk about anything you just wants to yell at you scream at you and pretty much just get you out of the trailer park I have stayed in a lot of RV parks and trailer parks I have deal with a lot of rude management but I have to say this one is number one on my list of rude management
Wish I lived here... I
Worst management. Poorly kept. Supposed to be for travelers but didnt even offer showers.
