Great open space for the whole family and pets. Trees with shade to park under. Big area to walk around. Great place

This water park is great for a couple of hours so the kids can splash on all the different little water fixtures. There’s only one main big water area which is the bucket. There’s some places with shade but most are always taken so I would go prepared. For a free water area it’s good enough.

Its a great place to do differents activities, like to run, walk, ride a bicycle, etc. You can have a nice time with the family.

I HIGHLY suggest visiting here for the holidays. Me and my boyfriend decided to park and walk the park instead of driving and it had such nice places to take photos and it was overall breath taking. It worth the drive and the walk

This was our first time enjoying the lights at the park. Looking forward to may more years for this. It was very festive and creative we really enjoyed it.

Really love this spray park!Its free and open from 1-7p.m.Small children friendly, awnings for picnics, with tennis courts and baseball fields next to it.As said before, watch your children very closely.Plenty of unattended children out there that like to be aggressive and mean to other kids.Other than having to watch your kid more closely than you do now, its a lovely place to go for kids to play, and get cooled off in the summer.

They have a beautiful display of lights for Christmas. You can drive thru or walk. Its free, but they accept donations.

We were there for the fall festival. We enjoyed our time there. We go there all the time. Love it

Fun for younger kids, around 13 and younger. Older kids can have fun too, but no deep swimming areas. Its free for all, and its a nice way to cool off for summer.

Its a nice little water park it is as advertised a a little water spray ground great for a couple hrs but I can see how it can become overcrowded as long as kid and parents are nice its a great place just to stop by from your walk through Comanche trail

I love the shade areas and I love how close it all is. Spray areas and shade areas are close...Easy to keep an eye on my child at all times. Better place for small children. I liked it better then the new dinosaur water park at UTPB.

I am very impressed with the display of Christmas lights and I hear that the spray park is awesome but we have not tried it yet. As for the childrens play ground I was not real happy. The large slide is extremely steep. It isnt a safe slide and we visit many parks and I am not over protective as a parent. I was not a fan of the rocks all over the play ground. They were full of small.pieces of trash. The swings have a steep drop off to the protective ground pad and I personally tripped on it. It is about a 7-8 inch drop off. We left early becuse there was a large amount of adults loitering around. Lots of adults on bikes and not like bicyclists like thugs. I felt very unsafe so we left and it was before 12 in the afternoon on a sunny day. Honestly the playground isnt real kid friendly as far as safety. Looks great like a stage coach but when you get there to play it is for older kids 8 and up. Even the portion for smaller kids was really not proportional for kids under 5. Just not real pleased with the play ground.

At this time of year at McKinney park in Southside Odessa ( one can see the huge Christmas display from I-20). Probably a bit squirrelly trying to get to it but its there. Zillions go to the Beautiful Christmas lights display and walk or slowly drive thru and I hear they may have chocolate or coffee, maybe??? Enjoy!

Nice view I like the trees and walking thru the trail the park has .We really need more of a playground for the children its way to small ...TAKE A LOOK AT SHERWOOD PARK .ITS WHAT MAN DOES...OH AND DONT FORGET UTPB PARK...POLITICIANs ..I say there all unfair just to stay in office ....

One of my favorite parks in Odessa. Small, has a splash pad, playground, volley ball court, baseball field, basketball court, and a 9 hole disc golf course . Also the home of the Christmas village during the winter.

Good park to go to

Nice park to walk around, the pond is nice to walk around or to fish (dont expect much), nice paved walk way or if feel adventurous walk off the path into the brush. Connects to two other parks.

This parks shining feature is holiday displays. Check out the lights they put up for christmas.

Average community park. Used very well by municipal government for community holiday displays.

Always have fun there, it has a toddler play area that my grandbaby loves.

Horrible experience if you have kids. Nobody directing traffic so people constantly cut you off and pull u-turns. After sitting there for 45 minutes with a 1 and 5 year old, we gave up. Wont be going back. Not exactly a family event due to the extreme rudeness of odessa folks or all of the out of towners here for the oil work. Either way, no respect.

There could be more places to sit at or ever more shade umbrellas would be nice with some benches.
