This is the best movie theater we have ever been to. We had a birthday party here and it was the best decision we could have made. Private screening was such a great idea for a movie theater! The staff is amazing. We absolutely loved how friendly and accommodating they were. The Manager and Assistant Manager really go above and beyond to make your experience welcoming. Everyone left with a smile and we definitely plan on returning. It is so nice to see people who still care. Thank you Epic Theaters.

Wow! Highly impressed. We had really been wanting to see Tenet but were a little anxious due to the pandemic. We went to a Monday night showing and all employees were wearing masks, and you could tell the whole building was so clean. Once we walked into the theater we were shocked! Large, comfortable, reclining leather seats!! Not just seats that lean back a little, full on reclining and adjustable seats (theres little buttons right under your right armrest.) For a 2.5 hour movie we were both comfortable the entire time. THIS is where well be seeing movies going forward for sure. Highly recommend for an upgraded theater experience!

Customer service is amazing. They pick up right away every time I have called and very politely help me out. It is super clean. Recliner seats are very comfortable. Great food and drink selection. I am very impressed. My new favorite theaters in town and only one I will go to for now on.

A lovely theatre! Too often theatres are worn down, containing dirty old carpeting, and old seats. This theatre is fresh, new, and the service is top notch. Awesome (and surprisingly affordable) wine, awesome reclining seats, and great quality sound/picture.

Impeccable. We saw Tenet (go see it)! There was no expense spared in this theatre. So very refreshing for Ocala! The seats were clean and comfortable, we felt like we were lounging at home. The staff was personable, polite and we do appreciate that. Thank you for a classy date night for us!

Loved this theatre! The place was very clean and comfortable it felt like we were in our own personal home theatre. Even though we were the only people in the theatre the night we went the staff still gave us the full experience and were very friendly and welcoming. Also big thanks to Madison for finding my husbands wallet in the seat you’re a life saver.

Needless to say, it was difficult to find something the family could do together to celebrate my nephews birthday....But you can now rent private screening at Epic Theater! From the first moment i reached out to Neco, he tried to make everything i wanted to make happen for this event work! FYI.... i am extremely detailed orientated and their were a lot of emails. The big day finally arrived and from the moment my family walked in it was amazing customer service!!!! Once everyone arrived i was able to play a video montage using in lieu of watching the previews which came out great! Not to mention the behind the seen look was pretty cool! The food orders were brought directly to our designated theater!! Our family of 8 adults and 2 children were able to sit anywhere without interruption. The kids had the opportunity to run around and the adults had the ability to recline and be on their phone if they so wished!! I bothered Neco and Madison way more than i thought i was going to do! All in all it was a great event for the covid-19 world we live in! Thanks again to Neco and Madison for making the event stress free. Happy 9th Birthday to DJ Marshmello, Aka. Miguel Alonzo who stayed in character while his mask was on! Happy Halloween!

Staff are very courteous and the theater is very very clean, plus the seats recline and are SUPER comfortable!

I attend opening day this past Tuesday and outside of the comfortable recliners, not worth the experience. Here is a list of things I found challenging. 1. Ticket price for regular standard movie is $12.50 verses Regal Hollywood at $11.50. Their XL movie is over $16.00 while the equivalent at Regal runs for about $14.00. 2. Concession stands is self service for everything except asking for hot dogs or pizza; then you pay at the end. Employees did not know pricing nor were they helpful when ask for assistance. One of the managers or leads had to assist us and provide guidance on how to serve ourselves. No signs or directions. BTW concession stand pricing is also more then Regal Hollywood. 3. There is no ticket booth and all transactions have to be done via kiosks which had their first day bugs in full action. You can also complete online with additional fee of $3.00 for your transaction. -- Last word of advice. If you are looking for an effective way of saving money but taking family out to the movies....on a regular weekend or day go to Regal. But if you can go on a Tuesday then go to Epic as their standard movies would be $6.00 per ticket or go to Ocala Center 6. Their movies are $7.00 every day and have excellent (The Best) concession stand pricing across the board.

This theater is BRAND NEW opening less then a week ago and this was a much needed move into the 21st Century... The stuffed leather reclining chairs are FANTASTIC and offers you a more enjoyable movie experience.The old and tired Regal has served Ocala faithfully for decades and you can see {{and feel}} each one of the hundreds of movies the seats have lived through without change........

I am happy they reopened and with good ticket price, however I am not a fan o 6 oz of wine for $11 and can they plz get real popcorn salt.

Went on the opening day it was hectic, the manager Michael was amazing with the helping of purchase of tickets and made it for my first time doing it with ease. The food line was different one of the employees was a bit rude but it seemed the manager stepped in and made my experience a little better, I got the chicken tender and fries meal for 9$, the french fries were delicious but the chicken tenders were obviously frozen and not good, the cashier at checkout Brianna I think was nervous but answered all of my questions that I had with ease and was very nice, she knew the prices of everything before she even opened the screen and knew about everything, I understand it’s opening day and I know everyone was training so I’ll be coming back again when everything is better! Thank you Michael and Brianna for your amazing service skills hard to come by in movie theaters but you guys made it better!

Visited the much needed new Movie Theater in Ocala. The inside is very impressive. Upon entering theres a nice modern lay out with a sitting area in the front and the Bar and Refreshment section to the right. I had a Mai Tai which was $12 dollars and priced well in my opinion since Ive been to places that charge much more. I will try the food next time. The best part was the extremely comfortable lounge seating. The sound quality was great as well. The bathrooms are lovely, I quite enjoy the double duty faucets that wash and dry your hands. The staff was friendly and helpful. Side note (it seems you cant tip the waiters at the bar) other than that I will be back for sure. Ill make sure to visit on a time thats not so busy.

Comfortable seats but I’ll stick to regal Ocala came in today to catch a movie and check out the new theater and saw a manager at the door didn’t greet me which is not a good sign. All the employees there didn’t greet me at all actually. Wanted to do the $6 Tuesday and was charged full price and was told I have to be a rewards member which I understand but the employee could’ve given me a way to get the $6 still and show me how to become a member. Probably won’t be coming back as a manager myself I train my staff to greet the guests and the little things sometimes the little things are very important for a business.

This theater is incredible! You feel like you’re in a Los Angeles suburb and not Ocala. 10/10, worth the ticket price! The power recliners are awesome. They even have a Jack Daniels & Coke icee machine.

Went to this new movie teather today because of their $6 movie price ($7.50 with the service fee included) and I liked it. Big screens and confortable seats. The only drawback is that the 32oz drink was $5.50.

Great comfortable recliner seats. Tuesday is $6.00 day. Two tickets $12.00 . A little pricey small popcorn and drink $13.50. $25.50 a little pricey for a so so movie!!

This is way not worth the money!!! It is more expensive than regal! We had to get our own popcorn which was stale, drinks were small and expensive. The seats were ok, but I’ll stick with regal. Regal theatres in Gainesville have bigger reclining seats, delicious popcorn and bigger drinks. I don’t see this place making it, what a shame for Ocala.

Seats are awesome but concession stand was very confusing. And I for one dont like when the food is out for help yourself. Who handled my popcorn last? Someone who is not food safety conscientious as I am I bet lol.
