Im not a big fan of the homeless there. First thing I saw before even parking were the shopping carts swollen with garbage bags of their stuff. The small playground area was cleared of that stuff but Ill definitely be looking for something more kid friendly for my family.

I just love this park. Its an Oasis of sorts. It gets a lot of use but is well maintained.

The Restroom at this park has been out for over 2 years. The Park workers said it would be working by January 2019. The put a very small pre=made building that looks like a small garage there. Its been sitting there for 10 months. I have seen children crying because they had no place to use the restroom. The city should hold parks and recreation responsible for this. There is no way anyone can excuse this. Who can say Nobody can hook up the water and electricity? If it ever is in working order will a responsible person show up to unlock the place on Saturday and Sunday Mornings? Then make sure It is locked up Evey Night? Well we are All Watching. Tired of Waiting.

San Antonio park is big, mostly field space. I attended a festival for the community.

San Antonio Park has come a long way since its hay days especially in the late 80s through much of the 90s. The park itself is a breath of fresh air for the community since its really the only local park within a mile or two of the community. Seniors can be found walking in the morning and families can be seen during the day having various functions in the park. A provided soccer field is used on weekends by various ethnic groups, even the tennis courts are sometimes being utilized into a mini soccer or volley arena. There is 2 basket rim and a small childrens swing area as well. The restroom are a different story, the area is plague by homelessness and as a result the scene isnt always ideal for use especially if you have a big group and half the people need to use the restroom. I would avoid being in amd/or around the park before and after sunset! Much as change throughout the years but even so...there still seems to be some remnants of individuals who cause mayhem (theft, physical assault and etc). Always best visited in large group or stay in the open area where traffic can see you. This helps to deter any unwanted attention that you may attract. The dog is also a dog on-leash and/or not allowed but many just ignored the signs. Depending on the season and the community coalitions...you can find a few community related event that are hosted at the park.

Well is an ok place for competitors to get a quick game, theres not alot of people sometimes, people smoking, vaping. Not family friendly, theres some toxicity, but over all is an ok place.

Nice park but a lot of drunk and alcoholic people drinking like they own the park. Don’t know why management let them around like that. It’s not safe environment for kids at all.

Very nice big park. We always come here. They have basketball courts available for the people. The only thing is the bathrooms are really nasty. Overall a great family park

Nice park, came here for Chicanx Moratorium Day and it had a playground basketball courts, and a soccer field. Only downside is the druggies :/

This is a decent size city park with large grass areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, a play area and room for picnics. It is open until 9pm.
