Great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. This park is the best for smaller kids thanks to the safety proofing, soft floors and parent sitting, It is the only place I can sit back and watch them be kids and I am one of those dads that are always following after their kids. The price is very reasonable on price unlike others. As far as parties there are 4 party rooms. I recommend going mon-thurs before 4pm if you like a quieter environment or have smaller kids due to it is usually less full.

Soft, refined and carefree environment. This playroom was what I was looking for. Finally, I found this excellent place, It was totally perfect for my kids. Direct and smiling service from all staff who accommodates us. I would definitely recommend and referred this playroom to everyone without any hesitation.

The manager(if you can call her a manager)Andrea refuse to give me the owner info! She ripped us off and kick us out threatening she will call a police on my son’s birthday party because someone booked a private party and as she said paid a lot of money for it! Will never go there again! The is not the first time we are having such a bad experience with her! No customer skills whatsoever!!!

Cool local place for parents to bring kids for parties and rainy days. Its clean, well organized, and the kids have a wonderful time. There are some light foods, soft & frozen drinks, and coffee. All in all a nice and reasonably priced morning or afternoon activity for your family.

No Parking. When I called to ask where I can park & mentioned no parking a worker said “it’s not my fault.” A few parents that told me to park at the Publix across the st. It was raining. :/ It’s pretty from the outside & ugly on the inside. Cashier is not friendly. Food is pricey & just average. Playground is not safe! Zip ties came loose & laying around. Holes in the netting where they can slip through. I climbed with him as much as I could but it is NOT too parent friendly, it’s impossible to climb to the 3rd floor w/ out getting stuck. 1 monitor on the floor was helpful but stayed near the trampoline. It’s easy for a child to get lost a lot of parents spent most of their time running around trying to find their kids. Not the best for little ones. 6/7 years + sure. Not coming back!

Price wasnt horrible, $22 for two kids 7 and under. 3 party rooms decent amount of seating. Small selection of food and drink available on site. Kids had a blast. Downside is there are only 30 parking spots at the location.

The staff members had a wonderful job in helping my 4-year old daughter. I never had any incidents and the kids absolutely loved the place. She could play and interact with other kids. Plus, they have an organized activity and different types of toys to enjoy with. Such a great place for your kids. My daughter thanked me for bringing her here and even asked me then to come back. To all mommies out there, just try to visit the place.

Awesome place for kids! It s a giant maze full of obstacles and fun stuff!

I’ve noticed that my daughter has a more meaningful play with the toys here than we have at home. She engages in more pretend play and acts out more complex scenes than I’ve seen him do in months. It’s refreshing to see him stretching her imagination and to be fully immersed in her play. This place is great!

This is an amazing place, we went there with our 16 months old baby and she had an amazing time, she loves it, It is a clean and a happy place and the price is good/affordable. Some places smells like bleach but at least it means it is clean. My little baby played for almost two hours, I highly recommend this playground to entertain our energetic toddlers, it is parents friendy as well, although parking is limited.

Do not celebrate your kid’s birthday there! Party manager Andrea is the most unpleasant person I had to deal with. She should not be working with customers especially not kids.

The place is great I was referred by a friend to go there and since he know that I was going him and his daughter came along with me and my son. when my son got there he had a great time ( from his word) and you know as a parent I did love the the place was clean, it really looks like they try there best to keep up with the cleaning. The food was good as while a little expensive but that expected me and my son enjoyed the pizza and fries. But over I would give it a 5 stars and would go back

My 5 year old loves it here. Ive been taking her for about 8 months now. They are always clean and it feels safe. Its 3 stories high and one of the largest indoor parks Ive found. It has lots of slides, a toddler only area, small trampolines. A soccer area and a ball pit area. I wish they had a monthly pass or something. I would definitely buy it. They should also have a discount for the last hour or 2. Not cool I was there 1 hour and 10 minutes before close but had to pay full price.

It was not expensive, offered play areas for older kids and toddlers. There were eating areas and snacks for sale. We enjoyed it immensely.

Great place for kids but not a lot of parking!

Huge indoor playground with tubes, obstacles, slides, etc. Have been coming for the past year and always a great time. They do have snacks and drinks available and socks if you need them! (Must wear socks or shoe covers in playground area) Great way for your kids to interact with other children as well! Always a lovely time! Highly recommend.

The Playroom is really fun! The activities are the train set, the store, the rideable cars, and the climbing structure. The place was very clean, the staff was attentive, and I liked that the mats on the floor were extra-thick, unlike other playrooms weve been to where they used the same foam tiles we have at home. Overall, my son spent about 90 minutes there having a good time, and thats the most important! Highly recommended!

This is a must go to indoor play ground. My kids have a great time every time. Plenty of room and levels for the kids to climb and have fun. My only concern would be the cleaningness and lack of attention of the tables and staff. I happened to be there near to closing time recently and experienced a lack of care from one of the staff members by leaving a blower in the middle of the playground (yes where the kids play, run, and jump around). It was a signal of annoyance by the staff that parents and kids were still there 15 minutes prior closing time. Like really? If you need more time to clean, then I may suggest closing at 1930 instead of 2000. Also, if you dont have the staff to keep the place clean then leave some wet wipes or sanitizing tissue around and as a parent Ill be more than glad to clean up and promote a clean environment. Finally, prices are very reasonable from admission to food.

Had my daughter 2nd Birthday at IGi playground in Miami and it was such a joy and everyone had fun! I planned the birthday party 1 DAY BEFORE the birthday and EVERYONE at IGi were all so accommodating! They let me set up before time, were beyond patient with my guests and the children. I was thoroughly impressed by how effortless it was. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you IGi for a wonderful experience!

Very fun, clean and affordable place for the little ones to burn off energy. Parents, if you have little toddlers or babies, I do warn you to be prepare to run around and get a workout. I loved that it was parent friendly so I was able to get in/on all of the obstacles with my 3 year old. Food and beverages are very affordable as well, in comparison with other indoor playgrounds. I highly recommended this place.

Very nice indoor playground! Good size, area for toddlers and older kids. Hours of fun!! My 3 and 6 year old had a blast! I had a coffee and was very tasty! The place has its own parking area. They sale food, snacks, non alcoholic drinks. Entrance for children @10$, adults don’t need to pay entrance. Seating area for parents. Will return for sure :)

Best playground in North Miami. My baby is just 10 months old and he loves to play here. They sell good food too. Its a place for the whole family.

We celebrate the birthday of our daughter and the best ally that you can have is Andrea and her team (except for a tall white lady that is super rude) te rest of the girls are super kind and nice! Don’t hesitate to contact Andrea if you ever want to celebrate a birthday party there! I highly recommended!!!!

The best playground in miami..very nice place

Great place! The kids (4.5 and 1 year old) had a lot of fun! Try coming as early as you can to be the most time as possible. There is all type of snacks the kids always love. There is fun for kids of all ages... I would say from 1 to 12 or so. Recommended

Horrible experience. I saw this bloody snot on the floor of the playing area. And worst than that, none of the (very hostile and useless employees) did anything about it or cared at all.

It’s a great place to take the kids for a day of fun, affordable prices. Pizza is good, kids loves it! Workers are friendly but not too attentive. The place is not very big so it get very crowded and somewhat danger for the kids! Recommended for morning play time on regular school days.

Nice indoor playground. My kids stayed entertained for 2 hours. The place gets quite chaotic on week-ends, however. Also, you have to watch your kids really closely as there is no access control system at the door, basically anybody could walk away with your kid if they wanted to.

FUN! My kids (6, 4, & 2) love this place. They can play for hours in a clean, safe space with lots of active climbing, bouncing and obstacles. I even have fun climbing after them and sliding back down!

Good place for kids. Offers a variety of fun activities for kids of all ages. However, one of the infuriating things would be the poor customer service from staff and management in particular. We have always been charged as it is publicized online $10 for kids under 7 years of age and $15 for older kids but our last visit we were greeted by the manager which charged my wife and I $15 for us and our 2 year old son. We found that illogical as normally kids have two parents and found the extra $5 charge for the both of us as complete nonsense. If you want to avoid a bad review managers should take under consideration when customers complain. So far that reason is suffice to say that there is very poor management skills in this place.

So updated review .. after seeing this place was back open I gave it a shot and came. The parking is alittle difficult to find! So I would suggest parking across in the publix plaza. It is very affordable.!! Their lunch/Café area has great food options. The playground is really beautiful! I loved it . It looks like a mini jungle style but organized at the same time they also let parents in the jungle to supervise their kids with socks and also have shoe covers if need be.. The seating area is spacious and they have wifi. They also offer private party rooms in the back for birthday parties. Overall I like the place and I would come back . Sidnote: the staff are friendly and courteous.

I love this place is so good for the kids. Safe environment, nice staff, cheap. Pretty awesome to take your little to waste some energy.

It’s an OK, place. But, management of it could probably be better. My son was hit by another kid on purpose, and got a cut above his eye. Nobody did anything about it, and the kid was allowed to continue playing around, in which that child was still being rude to many other kids. Many other places would have had that family leave, but here is it seems you can just do whatever. It’s otherwise a nice place to go to, but that aspect should be managed a bit better.

My 2 year old boy loved it! It is a clean place and the price is good. It smelled a lot like bleach which was a bit too strong for my little one and for me, but at least it means it is clean. Maybe it needs a little ventilation to have the smell of bleach flow away. Just a suggestion for the manager... Anyway I highly recommend this playground to entertain our energetic toddlers. :)

Parking is hard to find when its busy but this place is great for a rainy day. Great for kids of all ages.

The only thing going against it is the rookie management. But, I will not discredit this place. My kid loved it. Parents get quite a workout keeping track of their children. The place is pretty well-kept. Though I have not tried the food, it isn’t too bad for $10 a child. A much more enjoyable version of Chuck-E-Cheese minus the mouse and the tables.

Very safe and fun environment for children under the age of 5. There are small seats for adults in each playing section so that you can keep an eye on your child. The indoor playground is big enough for adults to interact with their child (or children). I strongly recommend that you keep an eye on your child at all times, you never know how aggressively/carelessly other children play. I personally think its more enjoyable if child has a play date.

Good playground. 2 stars because of staff. The manager is really not nice with customers. I don’t want come back at place where staff not glad to see new customers.NOTE: the place has a rule - if you leave the premises, you must pay again.We were at playground less than 2 hours. The manager said harshly that we stayed for quite a long time and if we go out for 40 minutes to get the child’s mother back from work and come back, we need to pay for the entrance again. I can accept the rule of the playground, but this should be reported in advance and not in such a tough ultimatum. Flipos on Hallandale we like a lot more. And the staff is much nicer.

Amazing place for our son and us to play in a safe, friendly, clean location that’s indoors for the summer heat. We had a blast, and there were many children of all ages play together and socializing. We are so happy we found this place and want to support it And hope that it stays for years to come. It was very very affordable for all, so please go with your children and support so that we can continue to go with our son as well!

This is a nice location. The ball pits are a little worn down, and its hard with smaller kids under 3 because the older kids are very ruff. Wish they had designated areas for certain ages. Other then that the staff was friendly.

If I could put no stars. I would. This place shows to be open online but when We called all day we were sent straight to voicemail. It’s my babies birthday today and we figured it would be a GREAT surprise as my baby has been here once before and enjoyed himself. Here we are in the parking lot where everything is CLOSED. staff isn’t even courteous enough to say anything. There’s a little white paper saying closed. Private party. OH THANKS ! We’ve waisted a perfect day because your staff can’t even ANSWER THE PONE. #1 way to lose your business. Ridiculous.

Awesome place to take kids. GREAT STAFF..

The place for children is very good and its fun. The attention is terrible, zero kindness. The cleanliness is also bad, there were tables that were full of food from people who had already finished eating and nobody cleaned them. If you wanted to use any of the tables you have to clean them yourself.

Great Playground and Staff but the parking is a big issue plus they need to add more tables go the guess.

Everything is mixed up, there’s not a specific place for toddlers and another one for older kids which is dangerous. The place is crowded which makes it impossible to go alone with more than one kid and watch after them. Only one monitor in the playground who was really unkind, even rude, with adults AND kids. Definitely not going back there

I had my sons 4th birthday party at IGI and we all had the best time! The staff is attentive, helpful and very nice. They went over and beyond for our party to be a success! All the kids (and adults) had lots of fun! They even gave my son a birthday gift. Thank you to Andrea and her staff for a wonderful time. I highly recommend IGI.

Awesome playground for kids! Very good customer service. I highly recommend this place if you want to go out with your kiddos, they have valet parking on weekends which is important cause Biscayne Blvd over there is kind of difficult to find parking. Why four star?! Ill say because the food, I ate a pizza and I believe they can do it better or change the menu...
