The manager is amazing she sweet helpfulness makes me comfterble and its nice and quite yes it is the best one i have noticed but the rules suck and the one way in and out i dont like that but over all its a good place to live

HORRIBLE management. The manager(Wendy) is rude and inconsiderate. Unprofessional AND immature.

The drive into the estate is atrocious!Holes big enough for you to lose your car! Everything else was good, but that entrance makes me cringe

I lived here for 2.5 years in that time the park changed hands 3 times. They have a very bad roach problem that effects EVERYONE in the park. They have moved so many trailers in that they are right on top of one another. They have open sewage lagoons that cause a terrible smell as well as a fly problem that us impossible to get a head of. Dogs run wild and nothing is done about it. Some of the homes that have been there for a while look as though they should be condemned. The residents of the park are nice and it WAS a very nice community. One other major thing that isnt mentioned when signing the papers to lease your home, there is a HUGE problem with water drainage. Everything floods and the creek that goes around the park is eroding away so badly they have had to intervene so homes wouldnt fall in.They fix nothing but want everything. I do not recommend. I am literally still in the process of moving out so this is all very very recent. When my family first moved in I gave the park 4 stars. I would give it zero now if I could.

Wendy is very nice and a hard working woman.this place is very nice but flooding could happen.some kids not saying who are mean and they make fun of my friends.besides that this is a very good place

In response to Adam Jessups complaint, Ive lived here for almost three years and we have never had a single fire, so Im not sure what he is talking about. We have had the fire department out here once in response to an EMT requesting lift assistance. And Im not sure where you got the idea this park was condemned. No structures have ever been condemned here either.

Wendy is by far the most down to earth god fearing woman in world we love her and hope she stays forever with us out here on the edge of town !

Office manager Wendy very nice, not unusual to see her working hard in the community & extremely helpful,always has a smile.friendly neighbors, and many have pride in their homes. Great school near by. over the past year many updates to the community .but mailman is always gives mail to wrong lot & roads in community as well as drive ways needs alot to be desired, especially after a rain storm

This is a very pretty & clean, friendly environment & the manager Wendy was so helpful & nice.

The manager Wendy is simply amazing. I stayed here for about 6 months during my divorce and she was always on top of everything going on in the park. She would call me if she noticed anything strange with my rv or if people she didnt recognize were around. When there were any issues she was extremely prompt to fix them. She made my stay here much better, and revealed me of a lot of stress because I knew she was watching out for me.

Vary clean and Quite

Went to a yard sale in this trailer park. The ladies who were have the sale were fantastic. The entrance of the trailer park needs some repairs on the road.

The people here are ALL very kind.

I use to live there in the 80s its where my youngest son was born, its half the size now. Whats funny is my son move in to the park to start buying a house and raising my granddaughter

Ditto to the above. My home was deemed unliveable after the tornadoes a few years ago. FEMA was going to help me relocate. The crazy lady at the office refused to allow it said she was a CHRISTIAN and refused to lie for me. Even though I had broken windows...siding beat off my house. .flooding. .roof damage... and on and on. I was rent to own. BTW. Thats my double wide they have on their website lol.

Nice mobile home community.Manager was great.Moble homes over priced though!

The place is junky. Some homes are falling apart and no one seems to care. They are moving in too many campers that also junks up the place.
