This place is nice and I might live here in the future. The leasing agent is extremely nice.

We have lived here for almost 4 years. We like the community and location. But the still never have fixed what was supposed to be fixed in our contract. We have asked numbers of times and still nothing.

I’ve been living here for a solid 10 years and out of those ten years it’s been really good, the people working here are really nice and friendly

I live in this neighborhood and my mom actually works here. Ive been coming here since before we lived her though. Its a really cool neighborhood with a lot of friendly people and its by OU.

Rent is 200 dollars higher than other yes communities for the same size mobile home. They cite for violations ie...mowing, while others are not cited. While living here there has been no less than 5 different managers. It seems management is selective in citing for violations.

Forced mow, two days after I mowed. Come on. And the lawn service they use has ruined the skirting on my home. Very unprofessional.

Lexington is in Virginia not here

The manager is a nightmare to deal with. Extremely unprofessional! She creates extra charges every month out of pure spite with absolutely nothing backing it. Lot rent is supposed to be 381.00 my disabled mothers lot rent has been 465.00 two months in a row for excess use of water... my mother is the only occupant in her home. We have been harassed and threatened since the home was paid in full...Vicky made it clear she wanted to buy it and resale it and has treated us really badly since buying it for my mom. She is now telling us to pay another application fee of 360.00 or she will condemn the house.... this is 9 months after we turned in the last app...its really ridiculous. Countless fines for the grass we actually had professionals cut each week as she would claim it wasnt good enough. We are now in touch with corporate, hoping they get rid of her.

Its your average mobile home/trailer park. I do not live here. I visit family and friends that do. Speed bumps throughout the park...not a bad thing. They are a must for safety. They are dangerously rough on my truck and my body. Seems an update to the design would be a plus.

Quiet, nice, and very kid friendly mobile home park

I just wanted to express how impressed i am with our new manager. He is 99% of time in the office and ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE he addresses concerns that im calling about. I would like to say VICTOR is by far the best manager that has been sent to the YES COMMUNITY Ive lived here @ Lexington Crossing for 5 yrs going on 6 and i havent seen this community so well taken care of!!!! Thanks for sending our community such a caring and efficient manager .VICTOR is doing a AWESOME JOB THANKS.

They take months to fix things. Week to call back, actually i called them so who knows how long it would have taken. They have priorities all mixed up. Rather send help to other locations than help the people that have been waiting months to get a rapair.

The manager and her staff are kind and very helpful.

Lived here since 8/2011 and we never had any problems. I am now buying my home and do not have any plans on moving. Great job Lexington Crossing.

Tried to get a spot here and they gave me the runaround. Quoted me $700 per month on a two bedroom that I later saw advertised for $500 per month. Super shady.

Ive lived here a little over a year and they offer a cookout every year to get to know everyone. Victor is an amazing manager

They call and said I was approved to move in all I they need was some papers to copy into my file I go up there to find out that the trailer I looked at was no longer available and would have to look at another also that I wasnt approved and they needed to call there big boss to over ride it to get the approval and that it would only take a few minutes not to leave well lets jus say it was 3 hr latter and we didnt get approved

I love living here in Lexington Crossing. I do feel the rent charged is a bit high too. I been living here for a year now and am proud to say am buying a within the Community. They work with people with bad credit and are willing to give a 2nd chance in life. I absolutely love my neighbors too. I have read thru the reviews and in my opinion the ones giving bad reviews must have moved on and just sound to be complaining over nothing. Hope they have found their own etpoias because there is NO perfect place. Just my opinion. Thank you Lexington Crossing for giving me a 2nd chance at being a homeowner!!

My husband and I lived at Lexinton Crossings for 2 years. We enjoyed their constant strives to provide a since of community. From the after school cookies for kids, sunday school classes, movie nights, block parties and several other events. During our time there, we had seen a couple managers come and go, but the recent one who arrived a month before we moved (August 2016) seemed very proactive. He helped us during the moving process and made it as smooth as possible. He also told the truth regarding the minor move out fee we would recieve. I would definitely consider moving back there.

Maintenance refusal to take care of work orders and after dismissing your mobile home repairs have the Nerve to post walkthrough but for what reason there not working on work orders those were denied and a MONTHLY PET DEPOSIT and also friends of mine living there for 4 Months and then with No Gas bill for 4 Months Gas being shut off when Temperatures are below freezing with No face to face meeting or a 48 hour shut off notice and the bill was not even in there names and the Gas company still charging a reconnect fee this place is Highly Not Recommended The Managers additude well it you dont like then leave and BTW this is the New Management so in reality they dont even deserve 1

Stay away from this place! They dont care about their homes. They ignore requests for maintenance which in the long run led to water damage (that they also ignored). They ignore your phone calls until you call corporate. The little bit of repairs they did do that we discovered and put on our move in check list when we moved in were done extremely poorly. Ive never been so glad to move!

Its very dated and run down,they rent old leaky trailors,infested with rodents,roaches,you could call them slum lords,they charge high rents,lots fee,water and sewer charges and you still have to mow.there not fair on leasing practices and some of the trailors rent is 1000.00 month it may be as old as a 1970 or younger trailor and they dont accept any housing people you would think driving through the park that its got alot of old trailors knowing they have paid for thereselves more over than a couple of times.most working people want to live in a decent area.with normal rent.this company wants to get rich and really dont care about it occupants. With all that said being in oklahoma they dont even have a storm shelter thats sad. These people have made millions i am sure its a trailor park.what do you expect.!i dont live here i lived here in the 90s and have friends that live here its really bad in some of there homes roofs leeking mold growing behind pictures on the walls light fixtures not working because of water leeking down from roof.no grass in yards just weeds its really a sad stat and its sad because places to live in Norman Oklahoma are few.ok im done.i hope they clean this eye sore up.

The staff is VERY two-faced, they never fix problems in your homes, and if they do show up, they half-ass it then leave. NOT WORTH LIVING IN THIS COMMUNITY!!

Worst place I ever lived, lots of bug problems! maintenance requests were always ignored or downPlayed. Things that needed to be fixed when we moved in were still not fixed when we moved out 15 months later no matter how many times we did a request. This place is very poorly run and a horrible value. Stay as far away from Lexington Crossing as you can

Disgustingly dirty mobile home park, the grass, shrubs, bushes arent maintained.

Its a nice trailer park that I visited be careful of the drainage ditch in the middle of the road it knocked my transmission and drained all my fluid out they need to fix this or at least post signs that it is there
