Its nice..yards are well kept. There are speed bumps. Numbers on each place which makes it easier to find which particular one your looking for.

I love this place!!!! A great community, because this is NOT a park, very good to raise children. The management always have events for family. BEAUTIFUL!

Its cool, the owners can be questionable but the staff that works in the office is awesome.

It’s a quiet decent community. The neighbors are friendly. They charge ALOT for lot rent. They DO NOT care if you have an emergency situation, if you don’t pay rent by the 4th they charge a $60 late fee plus $108 ( minimum) court fee and file eviction (even if you own your mobile home). They get new management every couple of months. This place is a rip off!!!

Love living here but the current management is horrible.

My mom has lived here awhile. She hates it. They’ve continued to raise the lot rent. It also constantly seems like every time I visit her they have given her a notice to fix something or clean something. My mom is getting older and doesn’t have a lot of money. So what this means is that I have to constantly fix and clean something. Things that aren’t hurting anyone else or unsightly. This place is horrible.

The management sucks, they blame everything on the owners who are in CA. Raise the rent to unreasonable and with no improvement!! Dont live here!

Lot rent is expensive and they dont work with you. And charge an outrageous price for late fee and processing.

Dont bother bringing in a mobile home unless it already has central heating and air.The park forbids window units. Im sure it has nothing at all to do with the fact that they can help you get a deal on central heating g and air installation for only about $143 per month...

If you have kids dont live there

The manager of Canadian Shores MHC has a problem with running her mouth. We purchased a mobile home in this community which is up-to-date with lot rent through Oct 31, 2016. The manager lied and told us they controlled the home with a contract through the previous owner. There is no lien on the title. Do not let this community manager bully you into paying unnecessary fees that go into her pocket. She also shared details about a previous employee of West Wind Enterprises (corporate owner of Canadian Shores MHC) that clearly crossed a professional line. Very unprofessional and we expect someone from West Wind Enterprises to contact us as soon as possible to discuss this in further detail.

The lot rent is way to high here and they have done nothing to upgrade the property.

Was picking up a friend from work nice place

Rent of lot goes up often. Landlord is very picky about tendants keeping yard kept up.

Doesnt answer the phone bad area I have a major ant problem a tree problem I wouldnt recommended a stay here I wish I didnt have to.
